Kids love it here. Park is fenced in. If you plan on doing a birthday party here, set up early. You may want to to do a call and inquire if you need to schedule birthday parties at this park.

The most fun park for kids of all ages and is for all types of people who are wanting to get some play and exercise out. With such a beautiful day we took advantage of the weather and decided to go do something fun for the kids! There was a surprise visit from the ice cream truck and we got ice cream from the family . They have quite some space to have alot of kids to explore and have some fun they offer shade and picnic benches to sit on.

My grands love this park and so do I. Lots of fun educational equipment. I think it's the nicest kids park I've ever been to.

What a great park!! We were in town visiting and was taken here by a local friend. Beautiful and all inclusive park for all abilities, well maintained, and we had parking. My only criticism is that due to vandalism the bathrooms were closed. Would've loved to have stayed for hours and let my son really run around.

Fun stuff for everyone. They went above the average park and created a mega park. With swings, music section, sand box, slides, rock climbing stuff, dog park, picnic tables, and other odd things to play with. I would definitely recommend going if you have a kid with a bunch of energy 😉.

Accessible park in Rio Rancho with equipment and play structures for all ages and abilities. Lots of shade, plenty of tables, grass areas and a small splash pad.

This park has so much to offer including swings for disabled children in wheel chairs, instruments, a splash pad during the summer. It could use a bit of updating at this point but kids have a good time. The restrooms are never open which is a bummer .

My kids absolutely loved this park. So many play options for them. Usually, when I take them to the park, I get bored in the first 10 minutes but here, I had fun running after them and playing with them. I think kids of varied ages would have fun. It was definitely safe enough for my 1 year old. The padded ground cushions falls. The music area is amazing. All of the equipment are nice and sturdy enough for adults in some cases. One criticism is the inadequate parking. But not a big enough problem to cost them a star, since street parking is available.

This offers a large unique park where all children are welcomed. This park offers wheelchair accessible rides, a splash area, and 2 dog enclosures.

Seriously the best park we've found & we travel the entire country. Every type of playground equipment available & accessible for all, large music area & sand box, splash area, workout area, basketball courts, walking path, plenty of picnic benches & sitting areas close to the kids playing for parents. Plenty of shade for equipment & sitting. Totally fenced in. Entire place is on the astroturf play surface with extra cushioned areas around equipment. Bathrooms. Staff are generally present & things are attended to & fixed promptly. I wish every park was this well equipped & looked after!

This is a great space for children to have a great play day and plenty of shaded areas for parents to set and watch. However it could use more water features. It seemed like that's where most of the action was. Overall a great space and there should be more spaces like it.

A little crowded for my taste but I can't blame the place for a park this nice. I don't think I've ever been to a park this nice. They had like foam floor for part of it and tons and tons of things to do and play on. It was really nice and the kids had a blast!

Lots of room to play, wide variety of equipment under shaded canopies, long slides over a hill, musical area, splash pad, dog park, and more. Great place to release energy for our toddler!

Very fun and enjoyable for the family, we came here from a recommendation from a friend. We loved how it is set up and how spread out all the activities are so older kids and younger kids can play with out getting in each others way. The slides are good size, but could use a bit more shade for the hot days. The sand area is big enough for lots of kids to play and not be o top of each other. They have enough activities for kids to run, climb, jump, hide, ect... Over i was very impressed and hope more neighborhoods build parks like these one.

Great park. Kind of sub-devided for different ages. Bocce ball and basket ball courts. Dog park. Restrooms open when staff is around. There were a lot of kids playing, laughing, and having fun. There is even a music section of the park with instruments kids can play. Highly recommend.

Great park and very big. Has multiple play areas for all ages. Both young and old kids had a blast. Has wheelchair swings and is fenced all around with only a few open entrances.

In a world that often doesn't seem to make space for children, this was a breath of fresh air. So many play areas, different kinds of equipment, and eating areas all for a range of ages for children and their caregivers. My family had a blast. Be aware, while there is a lot of parking Saturday afternoons are a hot time for birthday parties, so it may be harder to find a spot. Highly recommend!

My daughter loves coming here. The small splash pad area is nice. I have it 4 out of 5 because of some of the changes since opening. Still very nice and I appreciate that it has restrooms.

Wow, we loved this park, even on a super busy day! There's a toddler area, a bigger kid area, a music area, and a splash pad during the summer! There was another area off in the distance, but we did not get to explore it so I'm not sure what it was. The only downside I had was that none of the slides were in the shade! With so many kids running around and slides being a huge "park" thing, it would be nice to still be able to go down slides during the summer without burning little legs. There are quite a few handicap options, too! Swings, walkways. I don't believe there are any stairs in sight! If you go on a busy day, just make sure you know where your kiddos are and make sure they know where you are! The park is huge, so if you are in one area, it's really hard to see in another area to keep an eye on multiple kiddos at once.

Absolutely love this park! So many fun things to keep the kids busy all day! My 2 ½ yr old granddaughter loved playing in the water, sand, and swings. We will definitely be back many more times this summer

As a Grandma to two wonderful boys (10 & 7), birthday parties can be stressful no matter what you do. Well, my daughter had raved about this park for over a year, and I just could not fathom it being as great as she was saying... Needless to say, I am now eating tasty crow, as this park is AWESOME, and it's FREE! She had my grandson's 10th birthday party there today, and everything was PERFECT: weather, atmosphere, playgrounds, and all of the guests! They invited a bunch of kids and parents even stayed too. For most, it was their 1st time, and they couldn't believe all of the attractions, different areas, equipment for those with disabilities or special needs, a splash-pad, etc. There are many tables, benches, and sitting walls, beautiful grass and sand areas, as well as the CLEANEST PUBLIC BATHROOMS I have ever seen!!!! Yep, an AMAZING PARK! Although it's quite a drive (37 miles RT) for us, it's well worth the trip and we WILL be back!

A Park Above is also a great place to have a kids birthday party. The park has plenty of space for kids to run around and play, and there are a variety of picnic tables where you can set up food and drinks. The park also has a pavilion that can be rented for larger parties. One of the things that makes A Park Above a great place for birthday parties is that it has something for everyone. There is a wide variety of playground equipment to keep kids entertained. The park also has plenty of covered picnic tables, so you can have your party even if it rains. Overall, A Park Above is a great place to have a kids birthday party. It is affordable, has plenty of space for kids to play, and offers a variety of amenities to make your party a success.

My son LOVES this place, other than wishing it had a dog park attached or was pet friendly it makes my heart happy to see how excited my son gets when I bring him here

It is the one place that you can take any get whether they're whether they're wheelchair-bound or they have cerebral palsy or they have sensory skill problems or anything like that this park is so versatile in versatile in catering to our children. They even have swims for wheelchair children. It's so amazing. It's in a great part of town not too rowdy.

Really cool park to take your kids there are all sorts of toys and swings for the kids to play. The park is fenced away from the parking lot to keep the kids safe. There is a dog run, there are restrooms. But the best part of all, it's a clean safe place for your kids. I highly recommend this park.
