I ordered the #24 - clear noodle soup with vegetables in vegetable broth. It was delicious. The bowl was huge and the flavors of the soup were amazing. I made my spicy by adding some chili oil. It was perfect. I couldn’t finish it all but I was happy to bring home the leftovers. I also got the tofu spring rolls and they are addicting. I could probably eat hundreds of these in one sitting. I love this place.

Delicious rice plates. Especially the lemongrass chicken. The vegetables are always fresh and crisp. I also enjoy a young coconut to drink.

This place is very good! First time there the owner came out and greeted us. Since we had not been there when we ordered he made sure that what we got we would like. I had the steamed vermicelli with prawn and beef. It came out had to put it together but I gotta say, very tasty. The fish sauce is a house sauce and it was good. Will I be back? Sure will next time I'll bring the kids as they like Pho.

This spot has excellent pho; the broth is just right and the meat is done exactly how it should be. The com thit nuong was also very tasty, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the coconut water coming in an actual coconut! The spring rolls were good, and the peanut sauce was decent. Service was friendly and reasonably prompt.

This place has very tasty food and great service! I order the pho with chicken and enjoyed the tasty broth and the perfectly cooked chicken. I would definitely come here again!

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. Every time it is great. The food es excellent, and the service is spot on. Today I had my usual. Egg rolls, and rare steak pho. The egg rolls were crispy and fresh. The pho was amazing. Their broth they make is always good. Fresh addons elevate the pho to a different level. If you live in Rio Rancho this should be a regular stop. My Albuquerque peeps, this is worth a drive.

The broth was good and spicy, but was cold. I ordered Bun bo hue, but they didn’t have 2 of the meats it usually comes with. Portion size was kinda meh. It’s decent.

Me and my boyfriend have recently been coming to Saigon a bit! We had it at least 5 times now and it’s so great! We get great service with a staff member (I am unsure her name) but she’s young and super sweet and friendly and she already has our order memorized and she gets them out fast. We get numbers 15 and 13 and we both leave super happy:)

I'm still sitting in the restaurant with my belly full and happy as I type this, that's how pleased I was with my experience. The food was authentic, the portions were perfect, and the service was friendly. The fish sauce reminded me of my in-laws fish sauce, flavorful and sweet! The pho was so delicious and fatty, I recommend getting the #13 as the rare beef was so tender and delicious. This is our new go to pho spot!

We were in Rio Rancho one evening and I Introduced my extended family to Pho and Bun. We also had enjoyed the delicious spring rolls. The staff was friendly and the service was outstanding. This place is a really great place to get some authentic Vietnamese food.

Following the ratings decided to visit as I love Pho. Was the worst Pho meal I have ever experienced! Everything, except egg rolls, were totally tasteless. No matter what I added to improve taste, it was like it all got neutralized. Broth, noodles and pork…tasteless. My dining friends, with different selections, had the same reaction. Actually, very odd. Never again!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today. I have never had worse Vietnamese food. The meat was dry and tasteless, the vermicelli was stuck together beyond patties. I finished nothing! I didn’t even consider taking the meat home to my dogs! In reading the rave reviews I have to think the chef was sick so they pulled someone off the street!!!!

Consistently good food and friendly service. I have been coming here for about 15 years, since they opened. The owner greets me by name. I like to order the spring rolls, bun with grilled pork, lemon chicken or curry chicken.

This was absolutely delicious. It was the egg rolls #11 and #13 on the menu 😋

Do not get the pho. It tasted disgusting. I wanted pho cause I wasn’t feeling well but this was just bad! I will never be going back🤝
