    We ordered our food through drive thru, just to get home and realize our fries were not included. Called, drove back to get the fries that were not included. Then had to wait for them. Then we get home and our orders were wrong and cold. Soggy chicken on what was supposed to be a Deluxe Spicy sandwich. Not so deluxe if you ask me….extremely disappointed.

    I came on in, found a seat, placed my mobile order, and the meal was promptly delivered to my table. The nuggets and waffle fries were prepared perfectly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The service was exceptional. The value for the money spent was great. Overall, another fantastic dining experience here at Chick-Fil-A.

    This loation doesn't do extra crispy fries! I ordered at the drive through and asked for extra crispy fries but the staff was very rude and had an attitude when I asked. Not to mention the chicken on my sandwich was super dry and had two small shriveled up pickels and the fries were super soggy. They also forgot my sauce. DO NOT recommend this location if you like their crispy fries. This location is closer to where I live, but won't be going back. Was very disappointed.

    The manager was there and was the nicest manager I’ve met in a while, she even threw our trash for us. We dined in and it was our first time in chik fil a! I’m glad it was at this location!!!!

    We had a sweet old lady named Mary serve us, and she was very nice. She talked with us and made sure we were okay, and that the good was food. The food was great, and it was very nice to have her with us today. The dining room was also very pretty.

    This CFA is very good. They have it together. It's clean on the interior and exterior and their parking lot is well-lit and well-paved. The inlets and their outlets for both entrances/exits* (*NW and NE side) are very narrow and not great to try to exit OR enter in if you're in a flow of traffic or someone is getting in/getting out the same time as you. The Staff is very friendly and courteous and the food tastes great! Update: This location is great. My family eats here almost every Saturday after swim lessons. Such great food and a great play area that is safe and well-maintained.

    Just got home from picking up a drive-thru order. When I got home, one Cobb salad had 3 nuggets that were sliced to appear to be the eight nuggets. When I called, I was told to come back with the salad, and they would either replace or credit back. I told them I live 15 miles away. They said it was their policy because "people keep the wrong order and try to get free food." That came from the top manager, Christian. Apparentlyif I want to speak to someone higher, I need to speak with Bridget after 9am. I posted two pictures of the 2 salads I ordered to show the difference in nuggets

    Extremely slow service in drive-up. Tomatoes served were only the ends and should have been disposed, not used on a sandwich. See photo. Unacceptable.

    If I could give this place negative stars I would. I feel as though they pay people to write positive reviews because my brother who used to come here says the same thing. Every single time I come here they always mess up the order or forget sauces. I will be going to the one further from my house because this customer service is just absolutely terrible. My neighbor and I even talked about it this morning! And if one of the drive-through lanes is closed, don't you think a sign would be helpful? Or even a cone? Just a thought! I had to phone in about my order after I went through the drive-through because they forgot about me in the drive-through parking spaces, only to mess up the order once again. I won't come here again.

    Ordered 2x 4 piece tender meals and this is what I get in the box. Looks like they ripped one tender in half to make it 4. Really dissapointing.

    I love this store! The staff is always very professional, friendly, polite and efficient. I had today their Chick-fil-A Chicken sandwich and Spicy Deluxe with Waffle potato fries delivered to my home in 10 minutes after my order was placed. Very fast! Wonderful service and tasty food!

    9/23/23 Great job to the team working when schools stopped by after the X country meet! They had great team work and the atmosphere was amazing! Smiling faces and helping hands all around! Thank you for a great dining experience.

    4 starts for the food. The drive thru service could have been better. We were treated with smiles and friendliness however, the food was forced into a small bagg which ripped and fries flew everywhere while driving. I also was not given what I asked for as far as the types of sauces.

    Drove to our local location wasn't able to get inside hours on door stated they were open till 10p.m. went to drive thru ordered food got it home didn't get ketchup nuggets were old cold fries were a bunch of small pieces. Very disappointing if I would've got to seat inside and enjoy my meal I would asked for fresh food. Maybe the new chicken places coming into Rio Rancho will help this location work harder to have better customer service and follow there posted hours.

    Went thru the drive thru and discovered food was missing when I got home. Called and was told to come back and get it. I was already home and the drive was 15 minutes away. Asked for a refund and was refused. Why should I waste my time and gas for a mistake chick fil A made? I guess the owner has a NO REFUND POLICY WHEN THEY MESS UP!!! Unacceptable customer service. Check your bag before you leave. Got ripped off for a sandwich I never got and was charged for it.

    I really like the big table when we eat with family. I don't particularly like the tall table as I have disability so I have a hard time getting up on the stools. When I sit at the low table beside it is hard to visit with the people at the big, high table. Food is always good. The salads are big and tasty and there are several to choose from.

    Today I ordered my usual number three meal. The cashier was very sweet. The food came out in about 15 minutes and the food was burnt on the bottom. It's hard to not love Chick-fil-A but I believe there's a little bit of training that needs to be done at that site.

    I went to this Rio Rancho location on 09.22.2022 for a school fundraiser night. The food was a major disappointment! I don't know how far ahead the chicken sandwiches were cooked but the buns were very soggy. The fries had been cooked well ahead of time as well. Major disappointment. If I ever go back to this location I certainly won't go to support any schools!

    1/7/22 visit: Still great food, but wondering about the management... stood up at the counter for a simple refill and watched many empty handed employees walk past without even acknowledging that I was there. There were several at the takeout window just chatting without a care in the world it seemed. One girl who appeared to be heading out for her break finally stopped and took care of the refill... glad some still have a sense of pride in their job to help out... lowering my overall rating from 5 to 3 until they take care of the service issues. Original review: Ordered a party platter more than a day in advance and showed up before it was supposed to be ready and notified the staff member that I had arrived for pickup. I was told it would be right out, 20 minutes passed as I was waiting patiently to the late end of the 15 minute pickup window before talking to them again... and that is when they started getting the order ready. Took another 10 minutes before I was able to head home to my daughter's party that was starting in 5 minutes. I had to ask if there was anything for my inconvenience... after a discussion with the manager I was given a couple of free brownie/cookie vouchers... Very disappointed in our experience during this trip... usually excellent service

    I have to change my review from a 5 star to a 2. The reason is because lately we have been going our orders are sloppy and normally not what we ask for. Last night was the tipping point. I heard my wife order while she was on the phone. Asked for 2 deluxe Chicken meals, A lot of Chick-fil-A sauce and the red Hot sauce. My wife said can we get a lot of the Chick-fil-A sauce. They gave 4 of the Chick-fil-A sauce. She also didn't receive the Red Hot sauce at all. Also you could tell it was closing time. The waffle fries was as if it was scraps and refried. The bag was torn when it was handed to her. This is not the only time. Customer service has gone downhill fast! I don't know if it's new management or what. But lazy is the theme at this store. Sorry, I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but when I do. . It's for times like this.

    Went through drive thru, missing a sandwhich, no nuts for my salad, the deluxe sandwhich I did get had lettuce that was Itty bitty and wilted, and missing the tomato. When I went inside for the missing sandwhich no one took responsibility to replace it, I ended up waiting about 5min and I had to re-ask for help. Sad service, quality and care.

    The past two times we have gone through the drive through we have had food missing. The first time we were missing two fries and we called and they said they couldn’t refund us, we had 30 days to come in and order and our name would be in their book (??? How often does it happen to be put in a book?) but we don’t even order from here often enough to redeem what we paid for.. The most recent time was today where we were missing a sandwich. Didn’t even bother to call. We will be going to the cottonwood location from now on. Based on reviews, we aren’t the only family experiencing this.

    Menu shows grilled chicken strips on a sandwich and when you get to the window they're fried chicken strips not grilled. My receipt grilled chicken nuggets. I also ordered no ice in my drink I got all the way to work there was ice in my drink.

    This store's line wasn't long at all and it was much closer to home. The young women taking orders outside were pleasant and helpful to a fault. It's always a pleasure to visit this particular location!
