Budget hotel near the pink zone of Riobamba and the Terrestrial Terminal. Comfortable and with good attention from the owner. Breakfast included and garage. It has WiFi in the rooms and hot water.

6 years ago I returned to this hotel, the first time I stayed, it was acceptable and I expected the same or even better; but now it is very neglected, the common spaces in disarray, luckily it rained and water began to drip into the rooms and there were even water leaks, facilities in poor condition. No TV control. The food they serve for the cost of the accommodation is not at all pleasant, they even bought chickens at another restaurant for our dinner. Personally I don't recommend it.

The good reviews are a mystery to me. In reality, the standard rooms are noisy and smelly holes without windows in which rats feel comfortable. And then the landlord wants $36 a night for this shithole. The room furnishings are from the 80s, as is the 12-inch tube television and the dirty brown carpet, which was probably once red. The mattresses feel so worn out, as if they were also from the 80s. We arrived at night and were tired, otherwise we would have looked for somewhere else to stay. However, we didn't get to sleep either because some guests and some of the staff were partying until 4 a.m. with loud music, shouting and drinking. If you're just looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay, you definitely shouldn't stay here!!! In addition, all doors were locked with U-locks until 7 a.m., so you were locked in. One can only hope that a fire never breaks out at night in the run-down accommodation. In any case, the advertised 24-hour reception is a lie.

Nice place, needs a little more customer service

The WORST hotel I have ever been to. Dirty, neglected, looks like it was abandoned 5 years ago. At night on the weekends they rent it to people to set up a disco on the top floor, all night with loud music. Nobody warned us and we didn't sleep at all. The only good thing, the employees who were very helpful and understanding. The owner didn't even deign to come down and talk when we told them about our anger.

Max, the director, contacted us as soon as we booked our room ( 2 single beds, nice hot Shower, TV incl.small breakfast for 9$ per room-during the week). Max habe us all the information oabout the Hotel. Someone made a comment about locker Doors. Yes they are locked for your security. Also it is not very loud at night, If then use earplugs. But the area is Safe, do not worry. The Guy in the kitchen serves your breakfast fast and pays Attention to your needs. Shower was good, furnitures in the room, WiFi works very good, beds very comfortable. All in all very Happy for that price (9$per Room) The review of Gunter H. below i do not agree with.
