Since
this
dentist
thinks
it’s
a
better
investment
to
pay
the
lawyer

to
get
negative
feedbacks
removed
from
Google,
than
to
improve
their
service.
Listen
to
your
customers!
Why
do
we
need
to
be
at
your
office
10
minutes
before,
when
someone
will
only
show
up
at
the
reception
10
minutes
after?
Instead
of
investing
in
lawyers
and
silly
lawsuit
threats,
hire
a
receptionist
who
can
organize
that
chaos!

on
you!

I
have
read
that
this
practice
is
trying
to
remove
negative
feedbacks.
So

whom
it
may
concern:
I
was
a
patient
for
2
years
and
I
have
over
6000€
in
invoices
to
prove
it.
I
moved
to
another
dentist
this
year.
Don‘t
try
to
question
or
censor
me
because
I
will
not
tolerate
it!

It’s
total
chaos!
The
dentists
are
good
but
the
supporting
staff
make
the
experience
terrible.

I
gave
an
important
document
to
person
A
for
my
next
treatment.
The
document
was
lost
for
a
few
days
preventing
the
treatment
from
starting.
3)
I
arrived
once
and
was
told
to
wait.
I
waited
for
30
minutes
longer
than
expected
and
then
I
get
a
call.
It
was
them
telling
me
I
had
missed
my
appointment.
I
had
to
stand
up
and
tell
her
„I‘m
sitting
in
front
of
you“,
the
reply?
„Oh“.

I
get
a
call
on
Monday
because
my
appointment
for
Tuesday
had
to
be
cancelled
and
rescheduled
for
Wednesday
15:00.
On
Tuesday
I
get
a
call,
asking
me
why
I
missed
the
appointment
(which
they
cancelled).
Then
I
arrive
on
Wednesday
and
was
sent
home,
because
what
needed
to
be
done,
had
to
be
done
in
the
morning.
It’s
very
rare
that
you
find
someone
at
the
reception,
it
seems
like
a
job
everyone
does,
so
naturally
it
can’t
work!
I
went
there
because
they
advertise
being
experts
in
patients
who
are
afraid.
What
did
they
do?
They
left
me
on
the
chair
for
20m
alone,
looking
at
all
the
devices
they
would
use
on
me.
This
isn’t
being
an
expert
with
patients
fear,
it’s
actually
not
respecting
that
fear.
The
most
impressive
thing,
is
their
inability
to
say
„I‘m
sorry
for
the
wait“,
„I‘m
sorry
for
the
error“,
„I‘m
sorry
for
the
inconvenience”.
