Update: 28.11.2021 I have reduced my feedback from 2 Stars to 1 Star. Since this dentist thinks it’s a better investment to pay the lawyer Matthias Hechler, M.B.A., to get negative feedbacks removed from Google, than to improve their service. Listen to your customers! Why do we need to be at your office 10 minutes before, when someone will only show up at the reception 10 minutes after? Instead of investing in lawyers and silly lawsuit threats, hire a receptionist who can organize that chaos! Shame on you! ___________________ I have read that this practice is trying to remove negative feedbacks. So to whom it may concern: I was a patient for 2 years and I have over 6000€ in invoices to prove it. I moved to another dentist this year. Don‘t try to question or censor me because I will not tolerate it! ___________________ It’s total chaos! The dentists are good but the supporting staff make the experience terrible. 1) I gave an important document to person A for my next treatment. The document was lost for a few days preventing the treatment from starting. 3) I arrived once and was told to wait. I waited for 30 minutes longer than expected and then I get a call. It was them telling me I had missed my appointment. I had to stand up and tell her „I‘m sitting in front of you“, the reply? „Oh“. 4) I get a call on Monday because my appointment for Tuesday had to be cancelled and rescheduled for Wednesday 15:00. On Tuesday I get a call, asking me why I missed the appointment (which they cancelled). Then I arrive on Wednesday and was sent home, because what needed to be done, had to be done in the morning. It’s very rare that you find someone at the reception, it seems like a job everyone does, so naturally it can’t work! I went there because they advertise being experts in patients who are afraid. What did they do? They left me on the chair for 20m alone, looking at all the devices they would use on me. This isn’t being an expert with patients fear, it’s actually not respecting that fear. The most impressive thing, is their inability to say „I‘m sorry for the wait“, „I‘m sorry for the error“, „I‘m sorry for the inconvenience”. Why 2 Stars? It‘s an average: 1 Star to the reception staff. 1 Star for the organization. 2 Stars for the high fluctuation of dentists. 4 Stars to my last dentist.

New dentist took over the practice, and since then it has been truly an awful experience. Refused to help, doesn't care about the patients, only in it to write bills. There are thousands of dentists in this city, absolutely avoid this practice.

I received a letter from the court and had to pay a fine of €1200. I haven't received an invoice now. And of course I asked them in advance to pay in installments and they agreed and I immediately sent them a fax. and they did not answer me. I waited and called, but they shifted responsibility to each other. This is not the first time I have had such a bad experience here. Their processing of paperwork is very complicated and unclear. and I never come here. I don't want to get caught by Schufa again. The bill was from February, but at the end of the year I received a reminder without knowing what had happened. The job is expensive, but you work so unprofessionally. I lived in Hamburg for 9 years and luckily my friend was a lawyer and took care of someone who didn't understand the law as well as me. and the amount is reduced from 1200 to 700€. I highly recommend Frau Decker. She made an uncomfortable procedure very easy and painless. Her patience and attentiveness always makes for relaxed appointments. She can also accommodate English patients. I am very glad to have found such a nice dentist.

I can recommend the dental practice to everyone. Very competent and friendly team. As an anxious patient, I felt very well taken care of. Everything was explained to me in detail and I had the feeling that they really took their time with you. You don't have to wait long for follow-up appointments. This won't be my last visit. The practice is also very centrally located. Changing doctors to this great team was worth it!

A very good practice with great employees. The waiting times are short and the treatments are super pleasant. The dentist Ms. D.Elmurzaeva is very competent. She took a lot of time for me and explained the treatment options. Even in an acute case, you can get to it quite quickly. Opening hours are also excellent for working people. Absolutely clear recommendation!

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time because I was ashamed of my teeth. An acquaintance recommended Doctor Elmurzaeva to me and I am grateful to her. She is a great dentist. She treated my teeth without any pain and I now go to her regularly and am no longer afraid :) Thank you so much!!!

The staff on site was friendly and the practice is well furnished. Unfortunately, I had several crowns done at this practice a little over 2 years ago. The first crown fell out after a year, the second after 2 years and a month. A dentist from another dental practice explained to me that all the crowns are faulty and need to be remade (medically necessary). The crowns are too short and therefore broken off in some places. As an anxious patient, it is of course incredibly annoying to have to go through the whole procedure again. I absolutely cannot recommend the practice.

I am very satisfied with my treatment. I had an appointment for a general check-up with the dentist Ms. Elmurzaeva, as well as a teeth cleaning with Ms. Schulz and for a new grinding splint. The doctor was very professional, took her time and was friendly. I can recommend teeth cleaning to everyone.
