0 stars!! This place has CHANGED a lot. I used to enjoy taking my daughters for dental work. Everyone used to be polite. About 2 years ago I notice a change in the dentist office . The front desk are un aware of procedures. Dr.Chen was very rude to me and my daughter. First screaming that we were late, but yet proceeded to check my daughter teeth. I told her If we’re late then reschedule us. If you didn’t want to deal with our lateness which was 10 min btw. We were late because the front desk had to verify our paper work. What a very unprofessional experience here. Horrible place don’t take your kids there ! Not that same old IWS.

The staff here are incredible! It's clear they love what they do and are eager to help all the patients as efficiently as possible. The facility is also beautifully done and makes for a very enjoyable experience!

I am very pleased with Infant Welfare Society. My three children have came here since they were babies and they are now in college. I would recommend IWS to anyone looking for a clinic. The Staff and Drs are very kind and friendly. Always takes the time and care to listen to our concerns. Very happy with their service!

Awful staff members especially the ladies in the front desk . Always have a attitude when you trying to ask a question. They always cancelled appointments and they want to give you appointments months after you need . And last time I was there for a appointment they where publicly talking about my case infront of everyone ! Horrible .

This place always over books appointments. They demand you be on time but make you wait. Ex; you have a 3 o'clock appt but don't get seen until 3:40, do your vitals, get sent to another room, and wait another 15-30 mins before you actually get seen by the doctor. The doctors are good but they gotta get their appointment scheduling together, if you're scheduled for 3 you should be seen by 3:10-3:15 and done by 3:30-4:00. Last time I had a 3 o'clock appt and was finished at 5:15 for a 10-15 min physical. Not enough doctors for all the appointments being booked. Either book less appointments or get extra doctors. Nobody wants to wait that long, especially during these "pandemic times"...

I have been with that clinic for a long time, the staff they have for appointments do not attend well. I recently made a call. to change an appointment they answered me wrong, just ask why. My appointment is at the same time as my son and he answered me wrong. I don't know your son's date or maybe the one you gave me is not his with those words, it is not the first time they have done it and there are two women who do it because where there is a man and a lady they are very kind to the staff, people change clinics for people who want to be treated well, you don't have to give them work, then they give proof of how the care was, it's not the first time this has happened.😡

My children always get treated so kindly and all of the staff is attentive to our needs. Great facility to be a part of.

The staff at the dental and the doctor's office is phenomenal. They are so kind and welcoming, and so gentle and sweet with the children. Best pediatric clinic in chicago!

Please do not take your child there. Doctors are so rude and they yell at their patients. They don’t have patience with children. My daughter now has fear from all doctors because of their treatment. Horrible experience

Staff is friendly, and providers are helpful in whatever concerns I have expressed. Parking facility is great and the receptionist is kind. Would recommend this clinic to anyone looking

I received my Covid vaccine at Angel Harvey Family Health Center, and they were INCREDIBLE. We had hundreds of staff members scheduled throughout the day, and the staff was friendly, organized, and caring. It made my experience very enjoyable.

got my Moderna vaccines here...the staff was friendly and welcoming and had me in and out of the clinic in rapid fashion.

If I can do a zero star I will . Horrible doctors office for children . They canceled appointments . I recommend you do not bring you children here for covid testing or doctors appointments when sick they will not been seen .

The IWS Center is a wonderful place, caring for the health needs of families in the community. The staff is hard working and dedicated to the health and well being of each and every patient.

My family has been coming to this clinic for a very long time. And there is always great service. The workers are kind and always help when there is an issue. It's a very family-friendly place which is useful so everyone can go there. Just in general a great doctors and nurses and every employee to be honest!

I got my COVID vaccine at IWS last year and has such a great experience. The staff were so kind, attentive, timely, and made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions and were very professional. And this week, I got a follow up call to schedule my booster. It felt like a great personal touch and made me feel like I really was a part of their patient family. Thank you IWS!
