30 minutes to find out you don't carry the product. Your suggestion? I interrupt your interaction with the single other customer in the store or in your words "just come out with it." As a business owner I expect my customers to be greeted, notified if there will be a delay and be cognizant of their wait time. You could benefit from some basic customer service training.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very limited selection. I came here with a battery in hand looking to buy a replacement. The guy at the counter looked at it, held it in his hand, and then said "we got those right here". He then proceeded to sell me the wrong battery and when I went back to return it, they told me that they can't give me a refund. I'm extremely frustrated at the fact that you can be a vape shop selling incorrect products then not accept returns. And do nothing to make it right. Completely unacceptable...

I did not like my experience. I went in for an elf bar and delta 8 was pushed on me. There is a lot of ppl in this area in recovery and offering someone delta 8 could ruin what they are working towards if trying to get better.

This review is about Brad Fletcher, the owner of this establishment. He is operating illegally and without permits. He withholds paychecks from his employees for no reason. He makes up reasons to fire his employees if they refuse to lie about the fact that he has no permits. He thinks he can do whatever he wants without consequence. It's time to shut this man down. He has money so he thinks that no one can touch him. He hurts people who are just trying to make a living. He has no soul and I will be calling the labor department to do everything I can to shut him down. It's time he learned that he can't do whatever he wants just because he has money.

Great top shelf products and their Melon Berry is great, great price for 100ml bottle. Regina is very knowledgeable and when I upgrade, I’ll be there to buy it.

Brad is a horrible business owner who doesnt know how to pay his employees correctly.

I have degenerative hip, sciatic nerve pain and arthritis pain in my knees. I have tried other CBD lotions and none compare to Vapor Rockets CBD lotion. I have been applying it 4 times a day. The results are incredible and the pain was under control in less than a week. This is my new go to product. If you are considering tying CBD lotion look no further. The store is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable.

The gentleman here sunday was very kind and sweet even tho i kno i almost messed up his freshly mopped floor while he was tryna close he was still very helpful and answered all my questions, their deltas are the best around that ive found the flavor and consistency are on point! Thank you for being so kind!

The employees are all great - helpful, friendly, and all-around welcoming. The store's juice selection is great, but honestly, the store's own juice is what I always go for; it's clean and doesn't burn out my coils like other sweet juices do, and is a heck of a lot cheaper than the top-shelf boxed juices. Give it a shot. They have a few locations, and if you're looking to cut out cigarettes, it's absolutely worth a try. It may not be for everyone, but I went from a pack and a half of cigarettes more than four years ago to zero nicotine vaping and am currently working on stopping altogether. They're there to help. I'm not changing my review, a long time after initially posting it. They're still a great shop, and have since added a section of delta 8 products - super nice, helpful people with great juice, good selection of devices, and I still highly recommend them.

They are always friendly and helpful. I always enjoy stopping in this store. Always clean and lots of options. They even have a lounge if you want to stay a bit. Love the new people here Scott & Gage!

You know, at first I was super put off by the aggressiveness of the woman helping me, but after sleeping on it I realized she was just trying to help and I was in a hurry and knew what I needed. I appreciate the care and time she took yesterday to help me understand the different types of e-liquid and what is the best thing to use which was the opposite of what I was using. I did not take her advice yesterday but she definitely was knowledgeable and helpful and I will be back for her help.

Great spot for your juice, coils, Delta 8, CBD etc.. prices a little on the high side but they will usually give you a discount wether your a fireman or military or not. Cool people, cool vapes, great juice, quality Delta 8. Overall 4/5..

I love this vape store! Mainly, for their in house juices. My favorites are Chanel,that tastes like butterscotch and berry blast, that tastes like berries and melons,yummy! They always have deals, and are very helpful and knowledgeable with the products they sell. Go check them out. They have a few places in st.Lucie to choose from.

Fantastic experience, got me a badass gold tank for my unit. I like options. If I could, I'd probably use a different style vape everyday. I like variety in my style so maybe I'll come back for some more upgrades in the future.

Nice clean store and knowledgeable employees. I purchased my first Prime Sunshine Hemp CBD Gel. It is amazing and takes a small amount. It is not greasy, goes on smooth and smells amazing. I purchased for hip pain and found it relieved my knee pain within a few hours.

Vapor Rocket was an incredibly positive experience. They were very informative as well as kind! The owner really has a professional passion & understanding of his business, something which is seldom seen these days. He even has in-house vape juice! I would absolutely recommend this vape to anyone interested!
