I came at 8:30pm and it is nasty inside! First, the serving area is super messy and gross looking. The staff were very sloppy and didn’t really want to help us. They threw my chicken sandwich on a nasty counter and pieced it together. The tables are full of dishes because none of the staff want to clean up. I do not recommend coming during this time!

This location is so much better than the Farmington location. They use real plates and bowls, the staff was cheerful and welcoming, the lettuce was mixed with the dressing before other ingredients were added to assure consistent flavor, and they had crackers/croutons. Delish!

I ordered online and the mushroom bisque soup was mush and I ordered extra BBQ sauce and there was barely any on it so I called and the lady wanted to argue with me and say the soup is supposed to be thick like it was so thick it just fell off the spoon in clumps. I was happy she offered for me to come back in or get a refund but after she gave me a refund and I said thank you she just hung up on me. Not very customer service friendly. Never experienced them messing up(which I get everyone has bad days) but also them being rude. It was very unnecessary.

Zupas catering is one of my favorites! It’s consistent, delicious and everyone loves it! Another great meeting lunch!

Order # 9253963022204929 We eat here every now and then and it’s normally delicious and satisfying. This time however was disappointing. We ordered on the mobile app and did the curbside pick-up as we’ve done in the past. Not sure what was going on at this location this evening around 6:30 pm, Monday, 4/19/22, but it’ll be a very long time before we consider going back there again. The strawberries tasted old. There was barely any cheese for our soups and my sandwich fell apart because of massive overwhelming chunks of avocados. We got 4 meals which came with 4 soups and they all were barely over half full. This was a first time we’ve been let down by this particular Zupas location. After paying close to $50 for a nice family meal we much would have rather gone out for dinner and spent that money elsewhere. I sure hope that the low quality of food and low amount poured on the soups being lower than it was in past experiences isn’t because we did the curb side pick up option vs. watching the staff prepare our meals. Couldn’t bring myself to a 1 star review because in the past my wife and the kids LOVE eating from Zupas!

This place serves specialty sandwiches, soups and salads, drinks and a few gourmet desserts. They have a really good variety to choose from. The food tastes fresh and is well prepared. Staff was great. Eating environment is nothing to get excited about.

The wait was a little long as this place today. They messed up my sandwich but fixed it immediately. It was my moms first time here and she loves the steak and cheese. I had the tomato basil and the ultimate grilled cheese. The food didn’t disappoint but the slow service did.

Haven't eaten here for over a year because the quality was bad then Decided to try it again, and it has only gotten worse. There's 8 employees here, but only 4 are working and there's a 20-minute line. This place used to be so good we would eat here once a week, but after tonight, we won't be back to any Zupa's location. I wish we took our receipt because we would be asking for a refund.

Wow! What can I saw about this amazing team! I ordered catering a lot and this by far is an office favorite. The number of options available allow our employees to be able to select something they like and want to eat every time. The vegetarian offerings are a favorite as well. Romina is always on-time or early for delivery and when she's not, she stays in great communication. Big shout out to Jeremy today for keeping his employees safe and doing deliveries during today's storm! I appreciate it more than you know! Thank you all! I look forward to ordering from the new menu options :)

Back after a long hiatus of not eating here; just solidified my decision to not come back. My “roasted” chicken was basically burned little chunky bits that looked seasoned, but had no flavor. The new bowls are just expensive salads; not the rice bowl style they look like online. It has been several disappointing visits leading up to this review. Bye Zupas 👋

Nothing quite as fun as being treated like a second class customer due to the fact you're picking up an order. Not acknowledging a customer is even there amazing. Asking what somebody is there to pick up and not even bothering your check if the order is ready even more so Somebody who can't keep track of which customer was next in line for service shouldn't be running the cash register

Excellent place for a quick bite to eat. Most of the food choices are fairly healthy and tasty. They even have Soup/Sandwich/salad combos.

The soups were barely above room temp. The salads and pesto chicken salad were excellent, though. Despite the disappointing soups, the crew on shift tonight worked hard to get the food as fast as possible. We’re used to teenagers looking like they hate their lives (and who can blame them? It wasn’t my dream to work in food either), but we were surprised! We’ll be back to try the soups again. Everyone has an off night once in a while so we won’t hold it against them this time.

Ordered a pick up in store. Had to wait for 5 mins for someone to come out so I could get my order. One of the sandwiches had a hair in it...I love your guys food but after having the hair in it idk if we will ever eat here again....sadly loved this place!

Not impressed. Not friendly and when I got home, they had given me the wrong order. I couldn’t go back because I had to go to work. Not sure how they got confused with a kids grilled cheese but they did.

The food was absolutely amazing, the customer service was good, the restrooms were clean, but the environment does not to my liking it's like eating in a big garage but that's kind of the way things are nowadays. I would stop there and eat any day because it was fabulous.

A really solid first date option, since its decently casual with nothing too fancy. The food exceeded my expectations, nothing life changing but still a great choice. (The date itself was a 4/5 stars if ur wondering)

I’ve ordered online several times. However, Zupas has changed their website and I could not login in to my account despite changing the password and it would not let me create a new account. There was no option to check out as a guest. I got frustrated after 15 minutes of trying and took my business elsewhere. Love Zupas food but was disappointed with this website change.

I had an online order and nobody acknowledged me for a solid 5-10 minutes. A staff member I’m pretty sure saw me in her sight and didn’t even acknowledge me even though she was right by my order. The thing I had ordered they were out of and so they offered me a strawberry crème brûlée and it was so bad. The jello hadn’t set up and the crème tasted like yogurt.

We LOVE this place! My faves are lobster bisque soup and the Thai steak salad. It's so popular the line is out the door during meal times, so it's faster to use the app to order.

I love the variety of options. The protein bowls are my favorite. The have Soup and sandwiches. You order and they make them fresh in front of you. They give you a chocolate covered strawberry and roll with every meal. They also have great desserts.

Let's face it, Zupas caters to a very specific lightweight type of eater. For those of us who tip the scales, it's a waste of time because it's expensive and you're always left hungry. Today though, I made the terrible mistake of trying Zupas again and I haven't felt too good for the last two hours or so. Slimy lukewarm turkey lunch meat is not satisfying, didn't taste right, and left me feeling not so good. Also, I don't really care if the actual food looks like the advertisment, but jeez, it should at least taste decent. Of all the times I've had Zupas, I just do not understand why so many here in Utah like it. It's never been anything but a letdown. Update: I appreciate the response but I didn't say I had food poisoning. I just said I didn't feel too hot within about 30 minutes of finishing and that was all I ate. After about 3 1/2 hours the sick feeling subsided and I was fine the rest of the night. It just didn't sit well for a while. Not sure why, I'm not claiming it was bad food handling or anything like that, I'm not sure what caused it. Also, no mention of how pathetic what I received was in comparison to what you advertise? How peculiar.

Prepare to wait at least 10+ minutes after your scheduled pick up time for curbside pick up at this location -- this has happened to me the two times I have attempted to pick up (around 2:45PM and 6PM). My salad was wilted and tasted salty which is a complete letdown when paying for $10 for this. Usually we love Zupas but after two failed attempts here we will stick to the Riverdale location.

I come here all the time and have never had any problems. i just went about 20 minutes ago, i come home and eat my dinner wondering why my roll tastes weird. i look down and it’s moldy. i understand mistakes happen but how do you accidentally give someone moldy bread!!!

I don’t know if you guys just don’t wash your strawberries or if a bug got in and decided to die right on mine without anyones knowledge but I found this 😬

Oh my goodness! How have I never tried this place before?!? Comfort food feel good Soups! Beautiful crisp salads! Great dressing too. And sandwiches a slice above the rest! The look of the desserts are drool worthy!

Cafe Zupas is a great, healthy choice with calories posted for each meal. They selections are very delicious and I always look forward to a quality meal. My favorites there are the roasted red pepper and lobster soup, the mango berry salad, and the vegetarian sandwich. I'm not a vegetarian, but that sandwich is worth it!

Order an extra roll and didn’t even get a roll at all. It was pick up order, we should of looked before we left but it’s just frustrating they didn’t even give us the one roll and we paid an extra $1.09 for another roll that we didn’t get. Got the strawberry and the soup which is always good. Just disappointing when you order and don’t get what you should of for your money.

Ordered the 1/2 combo with nuts about berries salad and a sandwich. I added soup as a side but the add didn't register. I think something must be wrong with it because I waited in my car for 8 minutes, pushing the "I'm Here" button without results. It was very busy so I thought that could be it. Finally someone brought out a bag of food, but it was delivered to a different car. I eventually had to go inside and get my order, defeating the purpose of curbside service. Food was just ok this time.

The food is good and consistent. Typically, I do a soup and sandwich combo. They, however, have really declined in service and focus more on to go orders than the people physically in store and in line. They are also still struggling with supply issues and were not serving their normal chocolate dipped strawberries on this visit.

I have liked all the soups and sandwiches I've tried here. Especially the Wisconsin Cauliflower and Southwest Potato and Green Chile. The prices are a lot higher compared to other sandwich shops but the service is good and fast.

I was craving my favorite mushroom bisque. I think k the recipe has been changed. It had a different texture and flavor. It seemed to have chunks of undercooked leeks & a lot of garlic. I like both of those, but it was a big surprise & not what I wanted.

When we first started going there it was great. Now the prices have gone up so much and that out less meat in salads and sandwiches. They don't spread the meat out, just plop it in one spot. Soup gets cold. They put it in the bowls and it sits there getting cold while you wait to pay. They need a better way to do that part.

I have been a few times in this zupas and today I gave it a last chance but I won’t come here anymore. A few months ago I ordered a southwest potato soup and It was just liquid almost water. Today I ordered a chipotle glazed salad that is supposed to come with pork but they gave me chicken. I was so mad because it’s my favorite salad and they ruined my lunch so please pay more attention at what you’re doing.

The last few times I have tried dining in at the Riverdale store it has been an absolute joke. The line is out the door long and they make 5 online orders to 1 order from people actually in line. My family has always loved Zupas, but I will not wait in lines like that again. They have definitely lost my business unless I’m going to do an online order for takeout…
