They are supposed to open at 7am on Sunday. Place my order ahead of time on their app and when I arrive a little past 7am they weren’t open. Waited 50 min and still not open. Finally a worker that was sitting in the parking lot also waiting for the store to open came over and told me she was just notified they wouldn’t open until noon.

dont waste your time they will forget stuff in your order everytime now i will probably have to go back out and get more food after the food i ordered and paid for wasnt in my bag. how do you forget nuggets? ontop of that the employee was eating fries out of my bag and the fries were cold if youre going to go to any mcdonalds in riverhead go to flanders.

This place is a rip off. Nothing is ever fresh and for the price you pay you'd think you'll get a decent meal. Not the case. Everything is always tiny. Like a joke, tiny. In the photo I posted this was supposed to be their premium chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was like a large chicken nugget. And the bun was tiny too. Not to mention it had one little pickle and no condiment. I will not be visiting McDonald's again anytime soon.

Went to get the adult happy meal for fun and to get the toys for a cousin they didn’t give the box it comes in they couldn’t be bothered ! Apparently the adult happy meal is to much work for them ! All tables always dirty stopped going cause even at 7:00 am in the morning could not find a clean table to sit at !

Same as the other Riverhead McDonald's, wonderful, hard working, friendly staff who deserve more recognition for they're hard work and ability to stay smiling.

Not a great McDonald's location. Cashier was busy on cell phone, had to wait for him to finish his business before he could take my payment. my son's nuggets and burger happy meal was cold. They didn't put in the dipping sauce and forgot the straw for my drink. The girl at pick up window didn't even acknowledge us.

Regular order and my Filet o Fish was good. Years back it really had that fish taste. Now they all seem almost tasteless.

Toxic food, but use up B'kfst points before they expire. Flanders now charges $1.89 for hot water, so have to go up to Rt 58. Disgusting fake food, but no retirement $ until the 3rd.

The people that work there have the BEST manners I have ever come across. They all seem very young and never would I have expected their courtesy and kindness to be top notch...but it is. Kudos. I wish you all nothing but success and happiness. Thank you.

Very respectful respectful they offer us many things and I was happy there.

Kiddos to the women (paula) at the window and to the gentleman with the glasses who gave me my order. I made a mistake with my order. And the workers at this location was very polite and very helpful to get me the correct order. We need more people like you. Your service was beyond excellent. Thank you ❤️

They lack good for you food. No salads not even a grilled chicken sandwich. Not for anyone.

I had to wait over 20 min to get my order. Pancake was not even warm to melt butter at all. While I was waiting I heard 'no coffee' repeatedly from kitchen and employee argued with customer... Total mess in management. Too bad. The guy who serves hall customers seems to make things are working, but no support.

Since being redesigned/remodeled, this location has had horrendous counter service.

your gonna get them on a good day or bad day as far as the food. Everything else is great.

Very clean location with friendly staff, comfortable seating and they even bring the food to your table when it's ready which makes bringing children a breeze! Only complaint is the lack of ketchup as you have to go to the counter to get small packets as you need them.

Nice place. I eat here twice weekly. Upped from 3 to 5 stars due to recent good service and no more problems with orders not being brought to the table.

Mickey is a huge asset to this company. He was extremely kind and helpful to me. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

French fries are the best. Why do they have a side salad on their menu when they do not have it. Menu needs more options

I visited this fast food restaurant several times in 2018 and the service was excellent. Polite people, hotfood, clean. The manager ran it like a swiss clock. Very impressed. Great job!

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s on Long Island . They don’t care as much about safe delivery as their packaging is all open and unhygienic , and that their staff is beyond rude if you call them about literally anything . I mean there’s still a pandemic going on and I’m not even sure if they know it . Never ordering from them again .

I love the new touch screens for ordering/paying. They make the whole process faster and allows me to simply pick up food when my number's called.

The app freezes up when I get to the drive thru& also in restaurant.I asked why& was told "I don't know"& no one that works here has any answers.its as if I was asking about a burger king app. Lol

$26 for two cheeseburger meals is very expensive. Some staff seemed friendly but not all. That's my McDonald's fix for at least 12 months.
