Was just driving by and decided to stop in and so glad that I did! Very fun atmosphere and great selection of ciders, beers and wine. They had live music over the weekend and enough space to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Decent food selections and a kids menu for the little ones. The staff was super friendly and really nice. Highly recommend if you're in the area and a great break from all the farm stands and wineries!

An interesting place where you can spend time with friends or make a private party and test local wine, beer and cider. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, live music (check the performance schedule).

What a brilliant wee place. And by wee I mean huge! A one stop shop for all things local flights of cider, beer, and wine. And no better way to spend a chilly, windy, wet Long Is. afternoon. Super busy - but found somewhere to sit quickly and “The Perfect Strangers” band were AWESOME! Completely brilliant at Pink Floyd! Great ciders - the cinnamon one was a hit - but the Razzamatazz was like going back to my childhood iced lolly pop in Northern Ireland called “The Rocky Rasper”. Combined with scratch made guacamole and that giant pretzel - a fantastic find! Great spot! Do not miss this place.

I came to the Ciderhouse on a Friday night and had a great time. There was live music and it wasn’t crowded with it being a cold winter night. We got a cider flight which was delicious! So many good ones to choose from. I also got the chili which was okay, I probably wouldn’t get it again. A really nice spot to enjoy some really good ciders and music. They have dueling pianos some nights I saw as well. They had a fireplace too which would’ve been super nice to enjoy but not too many people could sit by it. Great spot to check out!

My visit to Riverhead Ciderhouse was an absolute delight, and it's a destination I would highly recommend to any cider enthusiast. Despite visiting during the tumultuous year of 2020, the establishment's large open space provided a comfortable and safe environment for patrons. The cider selection at Riverhead Ciderhouse was impressive, with a variety of flavors to suit different tastes. During my visit, I particularly enjoyed the pretzel – a delicious treat that paired well with the ciders. One of the highlights of my experience was the opportunity to sample a flight of ciders, which was expertly crafted based on recommendations from the knowledgeable staff. After providing my preferences, the staff member tailored an exceptional flight for me and my party, showcasing the best of what Riverhead Ciderhouse has to offer. Riverhead Ciderhouse is truly a gem, and it's well worth the drive out to experience their fantastic ciders and warm hospitality. Whether you're a cider aficionado or just looking for a unique outing, this is a must-visit destination.

It is a real shame that they have such a grumpy old security guard at the front door. Before we even got up to him, he started shaking his head no upon seeing our clearly marked service dog. After stating to him that she is a trained service dog, he insisted on staring at her, stating “I know service dogs, so I’m watching her” this went on for upwards of 30 seconds, as our service dog sat at our side. At that point I told him not to waste his time and left the property. I would suggest the managers train their security uncle on the proper legal protocol when a service dog comes onto the property, I will not be returning.

It's loud and crowded which are usually deal breakers for me, but there's something special about this place. The cider is obviously great And the selection is tremendous. They also have local wine and beer and you can get a pretzel or some pizza and even fresh guacamole which is DOPE. There are board games you can play, there's live music, outdoor seating... It's just a great place.

I went with my daughter & young grandchildren. We loved the dueling pianos. The food was pretty good. The wait for the food was unacceptably long. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to get the food. Good thing we were not very hungry when we got there and the kids were dancing to the music while we waited. There is very little seating that is not high stools. I had just had a knee replacement and was able to find the one & only comfortable couch & it was available. That was pure luck. I would recommend going there. It is fun for all ages. Just be prepared to wait for your food. My daughter loves this place and the pretzels are the best.

We were just a pair of Brooklynites enjoying a quiet weekend in LI for 3 days. This Cider house was so good that we just HAD to go twice in a row, and would’ve stopped by for a third visit on our last day had it not been in the opposite direction of home. Nonetheless, we will be adding this place to the books— the cider flights were the main attraction and did not disappoint. The Raspberry and Honey Crisp are memorable. The chili was hands down the best we’ve ever had! Tasted like someone’s sweet grandma made it with so much love. The giant pretzel was made on demand (or maybe we got lucky and they were just coming out of the oven)— YUM! It was perfectly fluffy and a great portion for 2. Our stay was in Rocky Point, so a good 20 minute drive to them. First day we went was Friday around 5:30 and there was live music and a big crowd but with room to sit and enjoy every moment. Second day was Saturday around the same time, it had been raining all morning on and off. We thought it would deter more people from stopping by and boy, were we wrong! The place was PACKED. We stood at the bar with our drinks and pretzel, which was waiting in a hot plate area this time, so it definitely didn’t taste the same. We skipped the chili because I wanted to be able to actually sit and enjoy it. We took a growler to-go this time as a souvenir and called it early. And now we’re back in Brooklyn enjoying a sip of Honey Crisp while leaving this long and passionate review. Cheers!!!

Definitely cool spot. They have a very wide selection of ciders. They also have beers that are from the area and some wines. The atmosphere is nice. I did not partake in the food. It look like they had some pizza and some donuts. I had a flight of ciders. I like to enjoyed every one of them.

While it is a beautiful place and I have enjoyed the food, the service has been great at times, while at other times they have been a bit.. unfriendly. My biggest qualm is with their pricing. They easily charge 2 to 3 dollars more on their beverages then other breweries in the area. Definitely looking to get the " weekender " dollar over the local customers.

This place was amazing. The drinks were good. They had allot of games I would take a date here 100%. Family friendly, live music, instruments you can play. Indoor and outdoor seats with more games. I got the flights and they were great and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back!

Good snacks and yummy cider. So loud you can't hear anyone at your table. Some may love the atmosphere!

We came for the Cinnamon Toast cider which in the past had been an absolute fav with the sugar cinnamon rim. This time it was just straight cinnamon. Kind of ruined it. It was an ok drink Looks better than it was in the pics. Hopefully next time it’ll be better. Pretty pricey for an ehhh drink.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Friendly staff, quick service and a wide variety of delicious cider beer and wine! Stopped by with some family who was visiting from out of town and had a great time. Such a big space with tons of seating inside and outside, not to mention the huge “Apple Shack” room with a separate bar and even more seating! They have board games to choose from and corn hole to play outside. Loved the pumpkin beer with a cinnamon rim and the cinnamon toast cider! Delicious pizzas pretzels and warm apple cider donuts to enjoy. Also love how they support other local businesses in the gift shop. We’ll definitely be coming back!!!

One of my favorite spots to head to. Always lots of great yummy choices on tap. The food there is a bit pricey but if you're heading for the afternoon with friends it's all good shareable bites. They usually have live music. Fun place 😁

This place is awesome to just go, sit and enjoy the atmosphere. I do not drink but they put out Ice Water for those who just want something cold to drink. You can bring your own games or borrow some of theirs and just have fun sitting there enjoying your friends or family.

Stopped in at the Cider House while visiting from Buffalo…. had a wonderful evening enjoying great ciders, fun trivia, and a delicious pretzel. Loved the atmosphere and the ciders. Can’t wait for my next visit… but have some canned ciders to go!!!

Had a great time! Only thing was the wait to be served was really long, and to close out your tab. Not the bar tenders fault, just need more of them! But the ciders are great.

BEST! BEST! BEST CIDER-HOUSE! This is the best cider-house in the area!! The inside is HUGE and very clean! They have a huge variety of ciders and do flights as well to try a variety at a time! The sizes vary from 2oz, 16oz + more! The inside is super spacious and super clean and their are a ton of places to sit such as a couch or tall chairs or regular chairs. They have a giant stand of free board games that you are able to play with while there and the atmosphere is great! They have a piano and live events during the weekends and weekdays and they have a full food area where you can get pizza, pretzels, bar food, regular food! Very delicious too! 5/5 totally recommended 😊
