Nice RV sites. Sewer located way in the back so had to go buy an extension so it would reach. We noticed other rigs have 2-3 sewer hoses hooked together. But otherwise, nice views and well maintained sites.

This is our second year enjoying the campground, pools and spa at Caliente Springs resort. We're already looking at plans for next year! The grounds are gorgeous, the people great, and the environment very clean and safe.

Both resorts are very clean and well maintained. Clean and renovated public restrooms and showers. Truly recommend.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at this resort in Desert Hot Springs in our Travel Trailer. We found it relaxing, clean, quiet and peaceful. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were well maintained. The spaces were large and level. Loved the hot spring tubs!

This was our first stay. We loved RV lot #32. It was private and quiet and near the pool. The pool is by far one of the nicest. The guests and staff were friendly. The grounds were clean and I was impressed by the pride of ownership shown throughout the park. We will definitely be staying again.

We booked with Caliente Springs for a week. We were able to arrive a day early and the office went out of their way to accommodate us. The pools, and hot tubs were great. The community was as welcoming as the staff was accommodating. If California was within our target retirement region we would be looking for a winter home at Caliente Springs.

We have stayed at this location a couple times. Absolutely beautiful place. Sites are gravel but have paver patios and grass. Also have a wonderful dog park! One side for small dogs and one for large. Property was immaculate. Spring pools looked so awesome. We didn’t swim but there were many people out enjoying them. They had just been flooded so the gym was closed the first time we were there. The second time it was open. Small but clean. Great laundry area. People were super nice! Definitely would stay there again!

Had a great experience the first time but the second time they tried to give us a lower grade RV spot and charge us the same price as we had for the upgrade spot. Doubt we will go back. Love the pools.

Very nice park, with standard, deluxe, and premium sites. We had a deluxe site that was reasonably priced and very nice. The pools were very nice and kept very clean. Several hot tubs and they are supplied by a natural hot springs. Friendly staff and lots of activities. Highly recommend this park.

The resort is lovely. The grounds, the desert and the mineral pool and spas. BUT! they call it a gated community, it's a flimsy chain link fence. The sites are okay but not for 1530.00 for a patio. They all have patios but some don't have a fence and the fences give no privacy anyway. 1530 for a site is in our opinion ridiculous and they continue to increase the rates each year because they know people will come. Stop coming and the rates will decrease. The pool and spas are missing so many tiles so be careful not to cut your foot open, they need to be maintained and cleaned. They are rusting on the bottom and stairs leading into the pool and spa. The staff can be a bit more friendly. Be careful too because they won't tell you the numbers are up with COVID-19 and still gather. We got sick from and indoor activity. Also there has been a plastic chair in one of the ponds in front for weeks. They don't do a great job on maintaining the grounds. If you want to spend what you pay on a mortgage and don't mind broke tiles in the spa and pool this is the place for you. Since I can't respond I'll attach this add on. With talking to your residents who live in the park we have heard greed is the reason the prices have increased. Even the rv'ers are disappointed. It has come to our attention that most campground/resorts have increased their pricing because they know they can get the money they ask for. Pricing people out from camping in my opinion is wrong. Just remember you can't take your money with you went you die. Make your prices reasonable for campers and park residents. Simple!!

We stayed at the Caliente Hot Spring Resort for 5 days with our RV couple of weeks ago. We enjoyed a lot especially with the mineral pool and hot spring. We changed the date of arrival and the site, the staff was patient and very accommodating. Everyone we met at the resort was very friendly. We will definitely come back and recommend anyone who would like to get away for relaxation in safe environment. Thank you all the staff.

We spent 4 nights in April in the Rv Park. The people at this park were so friendly and nice. The park is so well kept and the spaces are large and well spaced. The pool is amazing. They have two dog parks, pickle ball courts, and lots of pool volleyball. I am already planning when we can come back.

Best RV and tiny home community in the entire Coachella valley! The golf course and common areas are kept impeccably clean thanks to an incredible gardening crew! We feel truly blessed to have stumbled upon this amazing resort and we look forward to many more wonderful years

Great place to stay in the RV. Parked on rocks with 2 concreted patio areas separated by a grass turf and includes patio furniture on one. Most sites include a privacy vinyl fence. Spas and pool area are clean-well maintained. Physical activities offered every day. Real big deal is each site offers its own private internet modem. Really quiet. Minutes away from Palm Springs. Definitely returning.

Mainly vacation cabins with tight narrow streets, but once you get to the RV park side of the property, streets were wide, raked gravel RV sites were very level, wide, and well-maintained. It was well-lit at night and nicely landscaped.

This 55+ community in Desert Edge is a great place to retire at or spend winter at. Well kept grounds, golf course, swimming and mineral pools cater to those looking for serenity. Good atmosphere overall.

My first time here and it was wonderful. I stayed at Julie’s place. She’s a great host. Her place is super cute and comfortable. She has thought of ever details. I will definitely rent her place again

This was such a lovely quaint little place. Tiny, yet had all accommodation. Owner always answered every question we had, with speed. Extremely clean. Perfect little get away.
