I
arrived
at
9pm
on
5/16/2025
to
check
in
with
my
5
year
old.
After
25
minutes
we
were
given
our
keys
to
head
up
to
the
room.
We
tried
to
get
into
the
room
but
the
keys
didn’t
work.
We
went
downstairs
and
told
the
front
desk
who
gave
us
new
keys
and
we
went
back
to
the
room,
keys
did
not
work
again.
It
is
now
10pm
and
cold.
We
went
to
the
phone
and
called
the
front
desk
and
they
said
they
would
send
up
someone
from
maintenance.
After
waiting
another
30
minutes
with
no
way
to
get
into
our
room
we
decide
to
head
inside
near
the
front
lobby
to
get
out
of
the
cold.
We
told
the
front
desk
we
still
could
not
get
into
the
room
and
they
acted
like
they
could
care
less.
It’s
now
1100pm.
At
1115pm
I
addressed
the
front
desk
and
they
again
acted
like
they
didn’t
care.
My
daughter
was
super
sleepy
and
a
very
nice
bartender
offered
to
push
two
seats
together
to
for
us
in
the
presidential
lounge,
we
said
thank
you
but
no
thanks.
Very
nice
offer
however.
The
front
desk
offered
a
different
room
which
was
a
lower
option
than
the
one
i
payed
for
but
given
that
it
was
1115pm
i
accepted
reluctantly.
Still
no
offer
of
compensation
for
hotel
management.
We
went
our
room
and
the
keys
worked
but
we
going
the
room
smelling
of
smoke
with
an
ozone
machine
running.
We
unplugged
the
ozone
machine
and
went
to
sleep.
We
spoke
with
manager
the
next
day
to
see
if
we
could
get
into
a
different
room
and
were
denied.
No
compensation
or
apology.
We
called
that
night
for
extra
face
towels
and
were
told
they
didn’t
have
any
left
in
the
whole
hotel.
All
in
all
we
payed
$600
for
two
nights
and
don’t
even
enjoy
the
amenities.
I
have
been
coming
to
the
Mission
Inn
or
over
30
years
and
I
will
never
go
back.
So
sad
what
this
place
is
turning
into.
2
star
hotel
at
most
these
days.
