A great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, conveniently close to grocery and a few restaurants, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance, and a personal plus for me is only a couple blocks from the person I'm in the area to visit. I've stayed here more than once and will come back again.

Great Marketing on the Website but as a professional in the Real Estate. I rate it a 6/10 Rating. The reviews showed it had great stars and reviews, so I booked a personal business trip to save on drive time. After the construction on the bathroom and the TV/Cable not working. *Informed Front desk about issue*. Did not care about the review. Great Location but bad service for the price.

Easy access, very well located with easy access to nearby restaurants within a few feet. Super clean rooms, nice mattress, linen, towels, bathroom. Very safe area, clean parking lot. A very good option if you happen to be in the area.

I’m pretty sure this is higher than a two star. Great staff, hotel room was clean AF, it was comfortable, presented well, and had the toiletries that an expensive hotel would have. Thank you. Will stay here every-time I come back to Riverside.

After taking care of my elderly Mom from 2019 to May 2021, I stayed at the Raincross Hotel multiple times, and found this Hotel to truly be a Gem in downtown Riverside. The Family operated Property is Clean, Safe, Friendly, and a short walk to the many wonderful Restaurants & attractions in downtown Riverside, including The Cheech. I would recommend this Hotel to All of my Family & Friends.

Nice little hotel in downtown Riverside. It is a very short walk to the downtown nightlife. The staff was friendly, and the price was okay. The rooms are small but have what you need.

4 out of 5 Stars. The three or four times I've stayed here, the rooms have always been extremely clean and comfortable. I've never had any problems with staff, either. The front desk receptionist is always friendly and speedy at check in and check out. The housekeepers are decent people and actually respect your privacy, unlike a lot of other motels. The location is pretty great, also. It's located right across from the grocery store Maxi foods and just a mile or so away from a couple fast food places. It's also about a mile or so from the hospital. I've enjoyed every stay here, so far and look forward to staying here again. Thank you America's Best Value Inn staff!

Love this place, really clean and location doesn't have too many people around. Can see my car from my room and walking distance from stores.

nice little spot front desk gentleman was super friendly the room was small with a very comfortable and clean bed the room was a bit musty and they need to heat the pool

Great location, great service, and great rooms, you get what you pay for, and extremely clean. I have issues when rooms are smelly or something but this location is always clean and smells nice. I also once forgot some things and the clerk took me to the room to find it with no issue and absolutely pleasant to talk to.

Rooms are nice but way too pricey for the price.

Overall for the price this was a fine hotel, with a few minor issues but no huge detractors. The room itself was small but decently sized, single king bed. The TV allowed HDMI and also had basic cable, huge plusses. The mini fridge was nice, but the lack of a microwave less so. There was room in the wall unit for a microwave, I assume they were once there but removed for electrical reasons? Not a huge deal. The bed itself was very comfortable and clean, no bugs or pests to be found. The pillows were the usual hotel soft. The restroom had a nice warm shower with jets, a toilet that could flush a dozen golf balls, and a hair dryer. The living room/bedroom was okay. The chairs were hard, and the table small but useable. I appreciated the ability to fully open the window to let fresh air in. The AC unit/heater worked wonderfully, and the door locked secure. My only downside is that there was no breakfast, which is to be expected of a hotel of this kind; Also no laundry facilities at the hotel. There is a laundry room that's only accessible by the cleaning staff. The parking lot is also pretty small, and hard to find parking after the sun sets.

Communication between the staff is almost non-existent we pay for a room online and then we get to hotel and was told that we needed an extra $100 for deposit it which I thought was a great idea geniusly keeps the riff Raff out... Went swimming lot of homeless walking the sidewalk and barking at cars...but the location was nice next to a Mexican seafood karaoke bar...rooms were decent..I'd stay here again

Best little motel find around. Price was reasonable compared to others close by, rooms were very clean, updated. Beds comfortable, bedding comparable to a 5 Star hotel. We will return next visit to Riverside. Close to restaurants and little downtown area.

This is a family-friendly hotel! My kids loved this place every time we are here and they had so much fun at the pool. Their sandwiches at their restaurant were the best tasting sandwiches we ever tasted. The rooms were very clean and tidy. It has the coziest and best mattresses in all the hotels we had in the past.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were firm and comfy. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and begging to be jumped in! This hotel is situated within walking distance of the bars so I would highly recommend anyone looking for a fun weekend to stay here. One thing that caught me off guard however was the shower. It works fine but for some reason there are two jets that squirt water at your chest.

While it is nothing pretty to look at on the outside, we had a great time with excellent service. The sheets are clean and the beds are super comfortable. Jeff helped me book our room over the phone and he was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The location is great for downtown Riverside. You can basically walk anywhere from here.
