Found this place online. Area was nice many shops in the area. We were in the area for a wedding. We stayed 2 nights. We were greeted with a friendly team member. Check in was easy we had a late check in. Complimentary hot tea and coffee was set up in the lobby. The tea was nice since we arrived late and it was a little cold. I do suggest having decaf tea for those that can’t drink regular tea like me. My daughter enjoyed the hot tea. The room and bathroom were clean. We had double beds they were comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. Had plenty of cable channels. Heater worked good. My only thing is they should turn on the heaters from time to time so they can air out. It did have a little smell when the heat came in but went away. Breakfast was good. I was surprised of the many food options they offered. Check out was easy team members were friendly. We did hear some kids run in the hallway and knocked on our door 3 times. It didn’t bother us We would stay there again.

Hamton inn and Suites Riverside represents the Hilton brand on the high end of the scale. Very clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and fresh and the fitness center is one of the best. Moreover, the customer service was fantastic. It's the little things sometimes when on the road and the Manager Michelle went out of her way when one of our party was bummed (jokingly) because of no Swedish fish candies. The next morning however we were each presented with two large boxes of Swedish fish that she personally went out and bought for us. How very kind!! Thank you. I will stay there whenever I am in the area and highly recommend Hampton inn & Suites Riverside.

The property and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and always willing to help, or at least try to help. The free breakfast was fairly good. However, pre-checkin from the app did not work properly, digital key never worked during our stay, physical keys kept failing and had to be re-done 3 separate times. At one point, we arrived late in the evening and couldn't even enter the building because the key stopped working again. Even the hotel manager admitted they have constant problems with keys that stop working after they are programmed and verified to work. The fridge in the room never worked. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. The bed was hard and difficult to sleep on, waking up every morning with a sore back. WIFI was so slow it was unusable and there was barely a cell signal for Verizon or ATT. Overall, not a good stay compared to many other hotels I've stayed in.

Tucked away off the beaten path, ideal central location in Riverside, near the Galleria. (10 minutes away). I Checked in and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. Great free breakfast and a variety every morning. Beds were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Staff was always mopping and cleaning the floors (👍👍). Variety of eating establishments within walking distance. Location felt safe to walk to and from picking up food. When I return to Riverside, I will stay here again.

Clean and beautiful location. Unfortunately they had a whole soccer team staying on our floor and I didn't get much sleep due to all the racket. Also they don't have blackout curtains so I was unable to sleep along with their springy bed.

Super pleasantly surprised by this hotel! We stayed for a 2-day event at NOS in San Bernardino. About a 30 minute drive with traffic to the event and a little quicker on the way home The room was big, the bed was comfortable, there were several places to sit, put stuff away and be comfortable for a few days. They’re pet friendly! It’s the only hotel I’ve ever eaten the free breakfast at, it was actually good and a nice selection of options. A huge plus: when you’re walking the halls you can hear people talking and laughing from their rooms but I couldn’t hear anything when inside my room! There’s plenty of free parking and you’re walking distance from gas stations and places to eat. The hot tub was a nice place to chill after walking around a festival all day. I’d definitely stay again!

I'm giving the stars for the staff, all staff members we encounter have been quite friendly. We also appreciate the breakfast provided, it had a nice variety of items. The lack of stars is for the hotel itself. If we were staying more that one night we would have asked for another room. Our room's curtains wouldn't close... not because they were broken, but because they were designed this way, leaving a large gap in the middle of the window exposed to the pool area. We had a safety pin that we were able to use to "close" them, otherwise we would have had the lights from the pool area and surrounding street lights in our room all night, not to mention the lack of privacy. Also, this hotel has very thin walls, we were aware throughout the night of all other guests... babies, dogs, etc. We would not choose this hotel again.

Nice, comfortable, & clean place. Our entire floor was non-smoking, which really helped my asthma. Only had one night with a noise problem... But that was new, rude guests on the floor. Beautiful breakfast area, with a decent selection for their free breakfast. Only one caveat... The shower/toilet area doesn't have enough ventilation. That may not bother others, but affected my particular conditions.

The location was great... but they gave away my room, never wrote notes down when I asked them too (I was flying in early the next morning, so booked an extra day), they never refunded me for the day they gave away and for a suite.... not impressed. Should have been nicer. I stayed in the same chain in Fresno, perfect... Riverside, not so much. Front desk lady (girl) made it seem as though them giving away my room wasn't a big deal.

The Hampton Inn is a warm, cosy and homely hotel. This is mainly due to Betsy and the front desk staff who honestly made the experience so nice and warm - always so friendly and helpful, giving suggestions on things to do in the area and so forth. The hotel is well located right next to a bunch of restaurants that one can walk to, but in a very quiet and chilled area. My experience at the hotel, travelling for business, was a really good one. The room was very clean, spacious and all amenities were readily available. The hotel staff were also super helpful and accommodating. The manager was quick to resolve issues that arose and went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable. In terms of location, there are a few shopping centres nearby - e.g. the Galleria at Tyler that is a short Uber trip away and has a nice variety of shops and restaurants . Disneyland is about 30 mins away. The breakfast options were limited but they do have the essentials. There are also free snacks and water available for guests at the front desk. All in all I would stay here again.

We were in corona for our daughter volleyball tournament. Room was clean and great front desk customer service.Lot of restaurants walking distance. Breakfast starts at 6am every day so it is a plus. Everything was good just the room seems kind of small. We will definitely return.

I REALLY appreciate how clean our room was. It literally smelt like it just got cleaned & you don't get that from hotels much. The pool was amazing & fresh, the breakfast was really good! I also like how there's self serve coffee in the lobby all day! We're from Albuquerque, NM & we'll definitely be coming back here to stay!

This place is pretty cool. One thing I could say can be that the TV is outdated because it looks kind of old. Otherwise it could've been a better experience. Also, they could have remodeled the couch bed because it was also really old and whenever I sat down or layed down, you can feel the metal. The rest of the hotel is cool with a pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was good and this is a good place to make reservations.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean. The public areas are clean. The location is nice and there is easy access to the freeway, yet not so close as to he impacted by noise. The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast was soooo good. Rosalyn who works in the breakfast area is so amazing. She blessed us both mornings we ate there with her smile and sweet spirit. She and Chantele both work very diligently to provide a wonderful breakfast experience. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Excellent customer service by everyone! We stayed here for 14 days and we were very pleased . Karen in the check in dept was an absolute gem! Excellent breakfast, sanitized and very clean rooms. We will definitely come back for our stays in the future . Thanks for everything!

Great location, next to shops and food options. No microwave or fridge though. Room was clean. I love the self check in, check out, and digital room key. The night we arrived it was very busy. Lots of people that made it hard to even get in the elevator. I'm glad I checked in from my phone so we could bypass the line at the desk. There was SO much stomping from the halls and above us all night. So we were exhausted. I ended up checking out from my phone as well to avoid the people downstairs. Nice location and facilities. I think we just got an unfortunately busy night that made it less than desirable.

Nice hotel. Very pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and as pictured on website. Disappointed in minor things that surprised me of the Hilton brand: there were no USB outlets anywhere in the room that I found, The TV is small, no fridge or micro in my room, there were no shower accessories (gel, shampoo, conditioner) - the slots on the shower wall were empty (no bottles or anything). We had double beds but had 4 large bath towels and only 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels (I just asked for more - probably an oversight). The hot breakfast was standard for a Hampton Inn. Varied each day: scrambled eggs or cheese omelet, bacon or sausage, potatoes, mini waffles, breads/muffins/etc, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee & juice. The closet actually looked like a full length mirror. Overall, Would recommend.

Styed here one night at the end of February. Only needed a place to sleep. Overall, for the price it's an okay place to stay. The lobby, breakfast area, and room were clean. I was disappointed that there were no USB ports anywhere to charge my phone. Fortunately I always carry an AC adapter. The window shade jammed and broke in the down position, so I couldn't open it in the morning. The heater was the noisiest unit I've heard in any hotel/ motel. We turned it off before going to sleep because we knew it would wake us up all night. The breakfast was good, with hot scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, toast, cold cereal, and a variety of biscuits. Coffee, tea, milk, and juice also available. The 24 hour coffee was nice. The beds wee comfortable, I didn't notice any bugs anywhere. The furnishings could stand to be updated. The staff was friendly, for what little contact I had with them. I was a little disappointed in that I expected a little better accommodations from Hampton. I would consider this facility a middle of the road motel.

Very disappointed in this hotel after staying in the fabulous Hampton Inn in Tucson, Arizona. I had to be moved to another floor because the air conditioner wasn't working, the thermostat had no electricity to it, had to move myself to another room, and there was a decapitated dead bird on the roof of the entryway outside my window.

Great stay over a holiday. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Beds are on the harder side. Sofa couch was better than most. Only complaints is the tv channels didn't match the guide and the breakfast selection wasn't the best. Would go back for sure.

This hotel borders Riverside and Corona and is one of the nicer hotels in the area. It's pet friendly, They serve a nice hot breakfast every morning in their dining area and the staff is very nice!

I stay there all the time and have great service but the last time i tried to stay i had to deal with a front desk man who was lacking skills in customer service. Very rude. I will never stay there again.

Hotel room (king bed) is so small you trip over the bed. No way could more than 1 person stay in this room. Too small. The room is nearly half the size of the same room at a different Hampton inn and way more. expensive, so beware.

First off, I just want to give a huge shout out to Miracle (the front desk receptionist)! She was very welcoming and took great care of me and was able to help me with all my needs. It was the small things that made her so sweet and caring. I totally forgot to bring a razor so I can shave and she was willing to provide me a bag with shaving cream, razor, deodorant, and many other hygienic products. As for the hotel itself, it was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in as far as the room situation. The room did not smell like smoke either. It just smelled nice and refreshing in there. I loved that they had a non-smoking area for the rooms. It may sound silly, but I have been to a hotel where it was "non-smoking" and it somehow still smelled like smoke. Adriana (the housekeeper) is fantastic! My room was spot on clean and I can't thank her enough for making my stay such a great one! I will recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers. Thank you Miracle and Adriana for everything! I wish I could give this review more than 5-stars! Parking is FREE! Woohoo! :)

Had a wonderful time here. The staff were just always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic every morning. The room is clean and we had cleaning service 2x over 4 days which seems insane that it's done so much but definitely appreciated. We stayed here once a few years ago and loved it so much that we definitely picked this hotel specifically.

2nd stay with them, both were great. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, clean hotel, nice stay again. Friendly, professional and courteous Customer service. A mix-up on reservation but was corrected by a supervisor upon my arrival, with no problem. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here five years ago and specifically went out of my way to stay here this time. Great place good little restaurants around and amazing staff! The only thing was the bed…that thing was like sleeping on plywood. I feel like that is something I would have remembered so I would guess it’s time for a change out on the mattresses. Other than the bed the place is easily five stars+.

Overall, the room was clean but basic. Be advised that these rooms do not have a mini fridge. This was an issue for us and when we went to the ice machine as a backup plan, the ice machine was not working. Our TV did not work either. Service was not good - the front desk rarely had anyone there to speak with, and we weren't informed of the need for a parking pass. Thankfully I overheard another guest talking about a parking pass - and I was able to get one for us as well. We would probably stay here again to give it a 2nd try, but I was definitely disappointed in our stay this past weekend.

Very noisy, kids running on floors to other floors. Called the desk, they called the room above me. Child screaming/crying for hours all night until after 4am, in the room next to mine.Told the desk clerk in the morning that it was aweful, never slept, he said I should of called and they would of talked to the person. How would they of stopped a screaming child?? Wasn't worth the money I paid, would of had more rest in my car!

Would have been 5 but we were a bit disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave. And the front desk lady at check in was terribly rude. Comfy beds and room. Decent breakfast.

It’s the worst hotel I ever stay…. When We entered our room washroom wasn’t clean, it looks like someone just used the shower… afterwards AC was not working properly, it started working for 5 minutes and than stopped working for next 15-20 minutes. It’s so hot yesterday and we have to spend whole night like that

The rooms were nice... had a dbl-queen bedded room. Room was spacious, but parking for the area, was cramped and full, for most of our stay. Complimentary breakfast was nothing to write home about, but kept stocked and kitchen area was clean.

In agosto 24, 2022. We went to the pool and there was a gust of wind which made a table with its umbrella turn over and land inside the pool, brushing in against my son. We got very scared. We notified reception and the person in charge did nothing. The manager never told us. He called, he did not come to apologize, they did not even ask how my son was, they gave me a terrible service, having such excellent facilities, it is clear and obvious that I will not stay in your hotel again because another accident does not happen, nobody is exempt and nobody will be responsible. the tip of the tube brushed against my son's head, we were in the pool.

The hotel was great. The staff was very polite and willing to serve. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was clean and the lobby and breakfast area was clean as well. All around great place to stay.

The location was convenient to where I needed to go. There were plenty of restaurant options close by. The desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate for a complimentary breakfast. WIFI was adequate. This was my second time staying at this hotel. My overall experience was great. I will certainly stay there again.

Good location although would recommend a room on south side a hotel if I had the choice as road on north side can be loud on occasion before midnight. Breakfast? Meh, but free breakfast at most hotels has really gone downhill the past several years.

Great hotel with friendly, accommodating staff, clean, quiet rooms, nice/clean and safe public spaces such as pool/jacuzzi, hot breakfast bar and dining area, public restrooms, and parking. I've stayed at many various hotels since selling my home and searching for a new spot and have to say I've enjoyed my stays at the Hilton hotels the most--this one in particular being my favorite so far. Can't beat the price for the amenities included and this particular hotel is in a great location with lots of great restaurants and eating options, shopping, and scenic park walkways all right outside the door. The hotel itself is kept in beautiful condition and the staff has been wonderful--especially the late night/graveyard front desk attendant who has continued to be very helpful and have a kind attitude throughout my stay -- checking me in at 4am because I arrived very late my first day, and helping me with whatever I need be it snacks from the concession nook or fresh linens or a new room key no matter the hour. He deserves high credit for his hospitality given many other hotels are not so happy to receive guests at the break of dawn. Overall very happy with my experience here from the spaciousness of the king suite, to the free hot breakfast, to the cleaning standards and staff helpfulness. Added bonus is despite being in a shopping center and busy streets of Riverside, I know my truck is safe in the parking lot throughout the night thanks to a security patrol, good lighting and multiple side doors on the premises plus dash parking pass. This hotel offers the right amount of privacy to relax and service to enjoy your entire stay.

We waited 45 minutes in the lobby to check into our room which we had reservations for while the front desk struggled to check in one person . There was no communication to us who were waiting. There were two people at the front desk. They were polite and kind and checked us in quickly when we finally got to the desk. Then When we got to our room the bathroom faucet was broken. I called the front desk, waited over five minutes on hold, then went to the front desk who said they called maintenance. By now it was close to 11pm and maintenance had still not showed. We gave up and went to bed and used the shower as our running water. Poor management! Won’t stay here again
