    Bob Evans seems to care little about customer service. Another new visit to old habits. Waited over 15 minutes to be seated while watched wasted moves and "could care less attitudes". Drink was not as I ordered and salad took over 1/2hr to reach me. Can't say anything about the rolls, except underdone and unappetizing.

    I’m done with this location and their repetitive poor service and poor quality food. They’ve messed up my orders multiple times so I brought it to their attention and it was fixed. So today I figured I’d give them another go and as usual, overall ridiculous. I initially called them and sat there for 5 mins no answer. Showed up to get my food in curbside pickup and after 8 minutes of no answer, I went in. There was only one gentleman waiting on food and other then that the lady was near phones and not even answering. That irritated me. I got home and my sandwich soaked up the chicken gravy they put on those nasty looking potatoes. They couldn’t bother putting it in a separate cup. There was such little meat even on the sandwich too. I’ve learned my lesson. I love Bob Evans but this location all around sucks even after attempts to let them do better.

    We went in September 5 Labor Day for dinner at 5 p.m. We were sat at our table. We waited for 2 hours never been served our food. The waitress only came back after a half an hour of waiting to tell us they were out of steak which one of us had ordered. Then half later my husband asked for refills on our drinks. He asked where our food was. The waitress then tells us they ran out of turkey dinner. That the person at our table had ordered because they were out if steak. I got up and left. This was insane. My husband stayed to let the 3 people who finally got served pancakes eat. He paid the bill and he, myself and my granddaughter never got a meal. There was a total of 6 guest at our table. We will never return to this Bob Evans. You need to close this store. Horrible cook. She burned pancakes, bacon and hashbrowns. And couldn't make the rest of our orders. The waitress staff was just as bad. The delivered drinks holding them next to there chest instead of having drinks on a tray. Her hair was in our drinks. Please please close this store.

    Used to be a good place to go. Now they prioritize door dash over dinein customers. Son and I used to go every sat. Then would take 45 minutes to be seated and another 45 for food. The food would come out cold almost frozen. So after not going for 4 months we tried today. Walked in to a long line waiting to check out. One couple was waiting to be seated. When we got seated and there were people behind us waiting too, we noticed it had about 14 tables seated. Only 1 server for all these tables. She's running around trying her hardest. So I knew she was alone and I asked if she was the only one and she finally agreed that they sent the other 2 home and the one that was supposed to come in was late. This is a horrible sign of management. It has been this way for awhile. You wonder why they can't keep people.....when you abuse the ones you do have they won't stay. I gave her a tip for her troubles without ordering any food and went else where. I hope she finds a place that will treat her better than that and that the company will do something to fix these issues.

    Poor service young guy running the front acted like he was high paid 22 bucks for food that wasnt even edible grease from beans ruined chicken supposed to be honey butter tasted nothing but dry chicken they killed the bird trying to get it done won't come back wouldn't even answer phone calls and u send a email to send complaints to but doesn't even exist BOB EVENS IS NOT DOWN ON THE FARM ANYMORE

    Did a carry out order. Waited half an hour after pick up time for soup and two kids meals that are now very cold. The carry out girl was doing great but the rest of the staff just sat around doing nothing to help the poor girl. Also not only did I get less than half a thing of soup but one of the kids meals portion is very small. Very dissatisfied.

    Literally nothing worse than placing an order to go and then picking it up and tipping 15-20% FOR A CARRYOUT ORDER then finding out 20 minutes after they messed your order up. I ordered a western omelet and paid extra to have mushrooms thrown in there. Go ahead and guess… there were no mushrooms. FBE

    My food was only ok. It took a really long time to come out even though they weren't busy. The young lady did a good job. One thing I will say is, my coffee was piping hot 🔥 which is a good thing.

    FIND OTHER FOOD!!!Only good thing about the restaurant was that it was quiet. There was only 1 waitress who was doubling as both hostess AND waitress. 4 customer tables. Waited for 10 minutes for waitress to come back after we were sat. Ordered food and water. Asked about cost of adding a side salad to meal. Waitress told me she wasn't sure but I would be no more than $1.99 because the 3 course meal was $3.99 additional. I ordered a salad on condition that it was $1.99. My daughter ordered soup with the 3 course meal. Fork Tender Roast Beef was NOT roasted for 8+ hours and there was NO WAY that it was anything other than an overcooked sirloin chop steak that was chopped in small pieces - no where near what the menu described and website showed. The honey chicken and biscuits were hard as a rock and old. Mash potatoes were cold. My daughter ordered the 3 course meal as an upgrade. Waitress insisted that it DID NOT come with desert. 15 minutes afternordering waitress brought our water. My husband had dropped us off to eat and ate at a chicken and fish place down the street. He called me to find out if we were done eating and he was surprised to hear we had not gotten our soup/salad or our meals. Our meal came out 50 minutes after we were sat [this was after waiting in lobby for someone to seat us]...our salad and soup came out AFTER our meal. We were disappointed in our food and would have sent it back had we not been starving from a whole day sight seeing. Asked for boxes and our bill where waitress charged us both $3.99 for the 3 course meal even though waitress insisted we do not get desert amd the 3 course meal was a soup or salad and 1 side that automatically comes with the meal as listed. I insisted she needed to read the menu and she told me she didn't have time for arguing with me [but didn't change my price or get us desert]. NO MANAGER ON DUTY supposedly. 4 visible employees. [Waitress, order pick up person, cook, and person who floated between front amd kitchen who I suspect was really a manager who didn't want to be identified as restaurant higher ups]. Don't walk...run away!

    Pretty amazed that this very small portion , which include 6 pieces of tomatoe, and a very small amount of meat is 13.00 dollars. I most certainly will not be spending my money at BOB EVANS again. They also shorted me my biscuit

    Service was beyond exceptional, our server went above and beyond (as well as the hostess). The only complaint I have is I ordered loaded fries and my cheese was nothing but shredded not melted. Sour cream was on the side and no green onions like advertised. It was clearly lunch time and the workers were wanting to eat so I totally understand. I'll definitely return, but I hope it improves next time 🥰

    The food is usually good sometimes the portions are small or the biscuit and gravy the gravy barely covers the biscuits I got a mishap a few times on my order being charged for it and not receiving it so I was told I will be getting a gift card for the mishap when I called to talk to him about to them about it because I said they couldn't refund my money still haven't received the gift card for that but yet food is good make sure you have time and patience if you go to the one on Woodman

    I've been going to this Bob Evans for years. I've never been disappointed. But, this visit was exceptional. Had the best service, but can't remember his name. Food came out hot and fast. Bacon was exactly how I like it. And it was a very quiet day. Very nice!! Shout out to grill cook/ server!!

    Went about 2:00 on Sunday. Wasn’t busy walked right in. Waitress was nice and prompt. Ordered right away and food was out in about 10 min. I got the turkey and dressing meal as I have many times. It used to cost around 11.00 now it’s 16 something. The turkey tasted as if it was of a lower quality than it used to be. The mashed potatoes were a little on the runny side. And the corn was dry. The biscuits were very good and best part of the meal.

    My husband and I ordered pickup from Bob Evans. We've gotten home before and had items missing, our fault we should have checked before leaving. Today we picked up a fried steak dinner and double order of dressing. The dressing is rock hard, dry and they tried to cover it up with country gravy. Both orders were the same. Dry, hard, inedible. My husband then opened his country fried steak and said it's the worst he's tasted. Quality has de definitely gone down hill at the Woodman Drive location.

    Ordered door dash, door Dash did well, I received Soggy wet fries, it was a disappointment in the size of The chicken tenders and the order photos shows plump big tenders not nuggets for 14$ ridiculous they were tough and hard, over cooked. I work hard for my money, and was hungry. Too tired to go out after work.

    Visited this location today for the first time in a couple years. I ordered biscuits and gravy and 2 sausage patties, 4 pancakes with a side of bacon, and a cup of potato soup. we were told it would be done in 30 minutes-an hour and to call and check up after 30 minutes. I called 30 minutes later and asked if my order was done and the young man that answered the phone told me to hold on and never came back. and upon showing up the young man at the register said the only order he had under my name was for biscuits and gravy and that he can start a new order for me. After telling him everything that was in my order he hands me a bag that was sitting off to the side and said something like "it's probably this one". of course we were missing some of our items so we waited for him to retrieve them. upon going home we realized the soup we ordered didn't even get the proper toppings! so i tried to call back and ask for a manager and i was told "we dont have one right now they'll be back later". i tried to explain the situation to whoever it was that answered and they LITERALLY cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said "have a nice day" and hung up on me. Tell your employees to get it together and take the job a little more seriously. I will never revisit this location.

    Got there in Saturday around noon. Waited 20+ minutes for a table and though there are so many people in the restaurant. When we finally got to our table, realized that more than half of tables were not occupied. Took 40 minutes to get our food but it was cold and Soups were not hot. Not sure the issue was but we waited so long to get cold food. Our waitress was very nice though. Do not go here unless you got all day and want to eat cold food.

    I placed an online order for cheddar potato soup and banana bread. The soup had no bacon on it and I was only given a knife and fork to eat with. I only received one piece of bread when it was supposed to be two. And the one I received was all tore up. I called to let them know and no one answered, I called back and the lady answered and said she’d get the manager. I was on hold forever and they never came to the phone. Horrible customer service.

    Stopped here with a large group for breakfast on our way out of town after Hamvention. Food was as expected with no issues. The young man who waited on us was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Instead of making us wait for coffee refills, he just left whole pots at the table.

    Food was not good, and the poor waitress was tired and on her own for 6 tables. Not her fault our food was late. We thought it might be a better experience, since Ohio is the birthplace of the chain.

    Our server was great. We stood waiting to be seated while the employee (not our server) got drinks for her family that was leaving but didn't appear to have just eaten. It would've been nice if she had've taken us to our table and then accommodated her family. The food was good and again, our server was great!

    A friend and I decided to dine at Bob Evans which offers a very nice variety of food to please every mood. I got the farmer's homestead breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage links, home fries, and biscuits with gravy), and he got the chicken tenders with broccoli and mac'n'cheese. The waiter was attentive, the food was delicious, and the conversation with an old friend was illuminating. 😉

    Came with my parents. Ordered 2 Rise & Shine breakfasts, and 1 Sunshine Skillet with a side of shredded Hash Browns, which tasted very good. The waiter brought our food fairly quick & it was hot, even though it appeared as if they might have been short staffed. The side of hash browns seemed to be missing half the portion, so the waiter brought us more. We were satisfied & would go again.

    I grew up going to this restaurant but it has gone down hill, and I will never go back after my last experience. The staff was very nice, but they were super overwhelmed due to being obviously very short staffed. I waited an extra 20 plus minutes for my take out order, and the food was not good either. And the straw that broke the camels back was that I saw a mouse run across the floor while I was waiting. I won’t be back to this location, and I hope the poor staff gets more help, especially on the weekends. I never leave reviews, but I honestly wanted to warn others of my experience.

    I thought I would try again and give this place another chance. Horrible service. Dry steak. Food was cold by the time we got our rolls. Why bother! I gave a decent tip just because it’s what you do. But, you need more people too help and not stand around and chat.
