Vouch
for
it!!!
Went
there
with
the
intention
not
to
drop
one
more
fitness
program
in
my
life.
The
proposal
was
reasonable,
the
workout
extremely
transformative
both
in
the
mind
and
in
the
body
(exercise,
food,
mindset...).
Trainers
are
the
bomb,
diverse
in
race,
gender,
age,
build
and
training,
personalities
etc.
I
guess
you
can
find
anything
you
need.
This
place
is
straight
talk,
no
BS.
Hard
work
and
pushing
your
own
limits.
Yet,
they
are
flexible,
they
give
you
latitude
to
be
you
and
get
to
your
objectives
in
your
own
time/pace.
They
follow
you
progress,
call
you
during
the
week
to
check
in,
give
valuable
food
regimen
advice
and
tip,
help
you
with
food
plans/prep
if
you
need,
sell
stuff
on
site
(gear,
drinks.../...),
and
get
you
motivated
for
they
extra-curricular
activities.
It's
everything
they
promise
and
advertise.
Sessions
are
early
morning,
and
later
evening.
Music
is
a
blast
-
LOL!
I
made
a
bunch
of
super
encouraging
friends
(older,
younger,
all
age,
race,
objectives,
weights
and
SES),
they
have
a
facebook
community
that
supports
the
hell
out
of
you,
and
some
weekend
competitions
and
workouts
to
keep
you
engaged
and
entertained.
If
you
drop,
it
just
means
you
wanted
to.
Note
to
vegans:
they
don't
have
a
specific
vegan
food
plan
BUT,
they
referred
me
to
very
specific
products
that
were
the
best
I
had
ever
tasted
and
used.
They
also
have
meal
plans
that
you
can
adapt,
and
a
list
of
food
you
can
use,
or
substitute.
You
just
have
to
do
a
bit
more
homework
to
find
your
right
groove
(I
guess
just
like
everybody
else!!).
I
found
my
groove,
I
worked
it
out,
and
I
shared
my
findings
on
our
FB
community
to
help
other
vegetarian/vegans
coming
after
me.
After
I
finished
my
6
weeks
and
saw
the
results
(in
my
head,
in
my
routine,
in
my
body),
I
decided
to
continue,
invest
in
myself
and
reach
some
specific
goals
for
myself.
These
guys
know
what
they
are
doing,
they
do
it
well,
and
they
keep
you
safe.
If
you
trust
them,
you'll
see
results.
Just
try
it
out.
