1st time here in years. Came at 1130am, great time to arrive. Food was really delicious. Drinks took a hit minute to come out, but service was still good. Overall 2 thumbs up!

Went with a large group from work. Manager came out to see if everything was going good. Food was tasty and the service was good.

Mindy was amazing 🤩 rock star love her and the food was exquisite the set is was the bomb and this was my very first time ever trying P.F I had the shrimp lo man I had that dragon drink so good it only takes one

It was a family lunch, we have ordered, Lo Mein, Lunch special, Kung-pao Shrimp with rice, Spicy chicken with rice and calamari as the appetizer. They Infact took special instruction from us. The food preparation was excellent, extremly helpful server. Clean restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to the readers.

Aside from the delicious food, drinks & WONDERFUL customer service provided, the one star is because they have BOILING water in the women's restroom. Went to wash our hands only to be burned by the water...we spoke to a gentleman that said he was the manager & said he was already aware. There were several other woman & children trying to wash their hands only to be burned as well...this extremely dangerous & truly sad to know that the manager has been made aware of the situation more than once. Please watch the video I've posted, there is literally only boiling water coming out, shuts off when turned the opposite way😥 Lawsuit definitely waiting to happen.

Our server Romney was so fun.. he made The event absolutely wonderful. Our whole party was enjoying his service and we enjoyed the food tremendously! We will recommend P.F. Chang’s to everybody because of Romney.

PF Changs Riverside - Excellent choice for take out dining during the pandemic close down. The food was Hot and Fresh and prepared as ordered and served just as described on the menu. This location was not busy when I ordered and the wait time was minimal. The order was brought out to my car and included all utensils and sauces. The server was courteous, friendly and was wearing a mask.

We met at 3:30 and were seated right away. The waitress greeted us kindly and checked on us often, but not too often and not obtrusively. She also had a good sense of humor and took a few pictures for us! The food came quickly and tasted great! More people started coming in by 4:30 and we left by 5:30. It could not have been a better experience. 👍🙂

Great first time experience. The drinks were good, the environment was chill but the Sushi I ordered wasn't the best. The dynamite roll at other places is fried and the dynamite roll here wasn't so I was a little bummed. Small portions but it was decent. The brussel sprouts were amazing though, highly recommend.

P. F. Chang's has Excellent food and we never have to wait for a table or booth because the restaurant is huge! Took my mom there for her Birthday on Monday and they brought her out a chocolate souffle with a candle in it free of charge and I thought that was totally cool and my mom loved it!! They take care of you there!! One of the Best restaurants in Riverside.😀👍

Always a great experience! It's a little pricey so we don't get to go too often, but the food and drink are great

For a party of 3 was no wait and the food was delicious. So worth the price and our server Mindy was great! I recommend the green beans and potstickers were bomb. Also try the short ribs fried rice. We’ll definitely be back.

The waiter was very nice and on point. Food came out piping hot, and beverage glasses stayed topped off. Thank you for a pleasant Dinner.

A great place to have lunch or dinner apart from typical restaurant fare. Dishes can be individual servings or shared. The combination fried rice and the shrimp with lobster sauce are a couple of my favorites. Nice variety to choose from.

Janet was the sweetest person I have ever come across. She triple checked my food to make sure it was safe for me to eat with my dietary restrictions and allergies. She really made the whole experience so much more pleasant. I'm always so embarrassed having to explain that I can't have certain foods because of allergies and she made me feel comfortable and safe. We all had a wonderful experience because of her.

The cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Even their restrooms we spotless. I ordered the Miso Glazed Salmon the salmon was cooked to perfection HOWEVER the veggies were so dry I couldn't even swallow them. Other than that, everything else was delicious.

Absolutely love their food. I come every week for lunch and they never disappoint.

The food was good. Chicken lo-mein was lacking flavor. The ginger chicken bowl was full of flavor. Our waitress was very nice, on top of refills and served us a nice dessert for our anniversary.

Everything when we dine here always feel special, waiter ans waitress were always nice with smiles. Dishes were always tasty and delicious. You must try their desserts too to fill up your sweets. Love the atmosphere and decor.

Ordered on app. Easy as long as you have credit card in place. I forgot to put in info and I had to redo my order adding credit card info. Good thing it was just the great wall of chocolate free for my birthday reward.

My wife and I had dinner on March 10, 2022. Ordered 4 entrees, 2 starters and 3 drinks. Cost with a 20% tip $150. We’ve been here multiple times before. It seems as the food quality has declined. The fried rice was more mushy than fried. The entrees were ok but not notable as they were in the past. It should be mentioned the waitress did a great job. To be fair, we ordered more food than we needed planning to take home leftovers, but at $150 we were disappointed. This seems to be a trend as restaurants are being.squeezed by higher labor and food cost causing lower food quality overall. Sadly we likely won’t return.

Food does not taste the same. We did come in around 830 pm. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Lettuce wraps looked like they just put together some stuff from the kitchen🙄😂; chicken pieces were basically non existent. We left it on the table. Salt & Pepper Prawns were definitely looked like the Walmart sized shrimp 🥴 80% of our food was take home because I didn't want to be rude. Stars are basically for the server. She was amazing. We've definitely had better. Probably won't come back to this one

The place wasn't busy so food was quick to get to our table. Our server was friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. Found the fried rice to be a bit underseasoned, but everything else was excellent.

Set up and menu has changed. Quality of food and service has declined.

Great food and website ordering is very easy. Pf changs provides excellent hot tasty food-try the fav chicken lettuce wraps! Very good! I order crispy honey shrimp! Tastes so good! Give them a try!

Good food but servers need to be nicer. I asked for a printed menu for an elderly adult with us and server did not want to bring one. He finally agreed after we said we would leave. 2 minutes later another server got one for the table next to us as soon as they requested it.

What a disappointment. We have had some awesome meals at various PFC's throughout the years. Eating there was always a special occasion, but our visit at the Riverside, CA restaurant was saddening. The hostess, Vanessa, was curt  while she seated us at a table almost in the doorway when the place was empty and booths were available and she handed a sheet of paper with a QR Code on it for us to see a menu...but it didn't work for us. Our waiter Chris kindly found us another sheet of paper with their very limited menu. We usually order a bunch of appetizers. Today's meal consisted of Lettuce Wraps, Northern-Style Spare Ribs, Crispy Green Beans and Shanghai Cucumbers.  It was not what we fondly remember.  It was just OK; not something to write home about. We're feeling that PF Chang's cool atmosphere and great food is waning. We certainly won't go out of our way to visit a P F Chang's any time soon.

Use to come here all the time but moved further but recently just came back. Everything is still the same and even though it’s different servers the atmosphere is still great! I am a picky eater so my order is always adjusted but thanks to Nicholas it came out perfect just how I use to get it !

Haley was my bartender and server. She was very hospitable and took the time to make me feel welcomed. She even personally got my soup while multi-tasking in the bar. I definitely would recommend my friends to come to this PF Chang’s in Riverside by Tyler Mall.

Honey chicken is amazing along with the garlic green beans. Mindy is a wonderful server and made our dining experience so enjoyable.

Amy was great! She was so friendly had a big smile on her face despite the restaurant being very busy! All around super attentive and made our experience better! We will definitely be back thank you Amy!
