I
recently
stayed
at
the
Great
Eastern
Motor
Lodge
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
not
a
good
one.
I
found
the
reception
service
to
be
lacking.
The
staff
were
unhelpful
and
unresponsive
to
my
requests.
In
addition,
the
manager
seemed
to
be
more
interested
in
getting
money
from
me
than
in
providing
quality
service.
I
was
charged
an
additional
$25
during
check
out
as
a
penalty
for
my
daughter's
fingerprints
on
the
sliding
door
and
a
small
amount
of
kinetic
sand
on
the
balcony,
which
could
have
easily
been
vacuumed
up.
While
they
initially
wanted
to
charge
me
$50,
they
only
reduced
it
to
$25
after
I
complained.
The
housekeeping
service
was
disappointing.
During
our
14-day
stay,
our
room
was
only
vacuumed
2-3
times
and
the
bed
was
not
made
every
day,
sometimes
only
every
second
or
third
day.
Overall,
I
was
extremely
disappointed
with
the
level
of
service
at
the
Great
Eastern
Motor
Lodge
and
would
not
recommend
it
to
others.
