Stayed for two weeks because of work and I wanted to self cater. Room was modest and not particularly clean on arrival, outdated and needing some repairs around the place but it wasn't the end of the world (no mold or serious smells noted). in regards to safety - on the first night I accidentally left my keys in the lock and had no issues, but one night during the second week I huddled quietly in my room until 4am because "neighbours" were carrying on, running up and down the stairs throwing furniture and glassware at each other and swearing and yelling - so make up your own mind and take your own chances. IGA and a few take away shops wirhin walking distance and easy drive to airport or city - not a lot of cookware supplied in my room so didn't really end up doing a lot of self catering in the end. Air-conditioning was oldschool and pretty noisy so generally put it on while I was out to keep place cool enough to leave it off. I don't think I'll be choosing to stay here again unless budget forces my hand.

The area was somewhat shady, but was handy being close to some convenient stores. Parking wasn't good enough as our room was on the other side of the building. Hard to keep a close eye on our car. Room was big enough for our family of 5 however the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. Floor had a residue of sort all over it. Squashed spiders on the wall. Cigarette butts all over the patio yard, an old car body was parked in the patio yard also. Dining chairs were broken. The seat part wasn't attached to the frames, the dishes in the cupboards were all soaked with water. We had no tea towels to dry them. However none of this was that big of an issue given the fact there was literal HUMAN FAECES smeared in the bottom of out shower recess!!!!! 3 days we were booked to stay, we spoke to relief reception members, called after hour numbers to document and went to reception office each of those 3 days only to find the office locked those several attempts. When finally able to speak to duty manager at the time, absolutely NOTHING was done to follow up the issue. Given the 1 star as I cannot give 0. Will not be staying here again.

The kitchen faucet leaked water everywhere - literally to many different angles - to the dish rack, matches, stove, ground, around every corner of the sink. They sent a plumber to fix it but he didn't. It got even worse. As a consequence, I decided to leave the place 1 day earlier. A few days after my checkout, their manager wrote a bad review about me on Airbnb saying that I left the kitchen messy. What an irony! I left every dish cleaned, but wet due to the water leakage, on the dish rack. Moreover, after I left, the manager "John" sent me checkout instructions. One of them were to move the rubbish out. Since the keys were now with me any longer, I couldn't come back to do so. I wouldn't mind paying a fee for it, but then they wrote on Airbnb about me that "he unfortunately did not follow the checkout instructions and left the place full of rubbish". Well, the hyperbole "full of rubbish" were two rubbish bins properly packaged. I don't recommend this place. They don't let the place in conditions for the tenants to live but still act with impudence towards them. Simply put: water leaks in the kitchen, managers disrespect tenant, unstable shower temperature.

It was OK because the unit was spacious, there was plenty of parking and there was a full size gas stove in near new condition and the fridge was nice and big with a decent freezer compartment. The air con worked well.But on the negative side the unit was not clean, there was no dishwashing liquid or even a sponge, the towel rail was barely hanging from one end and the shower curtain was so short that the bathroom floor flooded. The blinds were half fallen down but new curtains were hung during our stay. There was a microwave, but no microwave cooking containers. There was a grill but a dirty 1/4 size tray to put under it. The wonderful oven was clean, probably because there were no oven proof cooking dishes. There were no matches to light the gas rings. Only one of the four drawers in the kitchen had a handle attached. The wardrobe consisted of a few coat hooks screwed to the wall - Little similarity to the photos shown. It used to be very good but not now. Such a shame!

I was here on Friday night stayed in room 13, I was discussed in the way the room was presented to me . The carpet was wet moldy my grandmother had a fall as the carpet was wet. I requested a 2 bed room apartment down stairs as I have medical problems that enables me to walk up stairs but the room was 1 bedroom apartment that smells like its been closed up for awhile and I was accommodating 5 people. this is when I had to take my sons to there uncles house as there was no where for them to stay here. I am very disappointed in this place as I have requested my money back and I have the receipt to prove but still nothing In my account. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone i am Extremely disappointed in the serves not to be able to walk up stairs

So many things were broken. The room looked clean but after spilling some water on the bench, wiping it up with toilet paper as there was no tissues or paper towel in the room, and it was brown.....Website says you have to wash the dishes otherwise you will get charged a cleaning fee, which is understandable, but when there is no dishwashing liquid its not easy to do. Won't be staying again.

Definitely do not recommend. Dirty and old room. Owner is no help either. You can stay in the cbd for cheaper with way better utilities. Also sketchy area

Was a clean room, however it was hard to find PowerPoints. My grandma had to sleep on the floor in the lounge room as the fold out bed provided was horrible. The kitchen appliances didn’t look great and the stove poured out gas. The bathroom included a shower, one basin and a laundry basin. The hotel room was not very appealing. The staff on the first day were quite rude, however on the second day they were very accommodating and incredibly helpful. Would not want to stay there for a long time, but a stopover for the night would be suitable.

Very basic . I booked this room thru air bnb . I'm very disappointed . Room is too basic . Shower is way too small . You can get a better room at a better price close by . I do not recommend this place at all unless you really do not have any other choices .

The room itself was fine. Clean, great size & great price. Close and convenient to everything. But. Very noisy, everything can be heard outside. Traffic, noisy neighbours, we heard 4/5 sirens each night we were here, so sleep wasn’t great. Car was broken into the first night, fingers crossed it’s still there when we go down this morning. If parking at rear make sure you’re in view of the cameras!

Enjoyed a week in a fairly mediocre room. Water leak from kitchen faucet and very uneven access to warm water. No hand towel for bathroom. Internet and TV was great.

The hot water system is not very environmentally friendly. Position is convenient for me. Clean, bright and old and new mixed.

You pay a lot of money just for a simple room. And it's old
