Did it meet my expectations...not at all. The bed was comfortable but thats all I can say..the receptionist...surly attitude, pretty girl but would so nice if she smiled just once. Mould in bathroom.. I was told the dining room would be open at 7am, i got there at 8am, it was locked..they assumed I didnt want breakfast. Waited 5 hours to get into a room. Wouldnt come back here and would not recomend it to anyone.

Just booked in and I’m so disgusted by this hotel it’s actually the biggest waste of money. Firstly they gave us the wrong room and I had to go ask to be moved, then I go to the new room to find a mouldy shower. The bed feels like you’re sleeping on a rock you’re better off sleeping on a pull out couch. Will never come here again.

This place was tired. The room i was allocated had mould in the ceiling and plumbing which didn't work terribly well. Taps were too tight and water went all over the floor from showering. The restaurant had strange horse videos with strange music, and didn't compliment the atmosphere. There are boxes laying around the restaurant making it look like they just moved in, and the tables hadn't been wiped since the day prior (we were in the restaurant early so couldn't have been earlier customers). The windows were brown with dirt and gardens unloved. It is the cheapest in town but they definitely need to put some effort in to grounds keeping and aesthetics.

No reflection on cleaning staff! No microwave, toaster or kitchen ware! Bathroom in desperate need of renovation, grout old and filthy, bathroom sink cracked, tap ware old and dirty! I found in this day and age absolutely unacceptable standards of hygiene, in my opinion management issues and should be reported to the hotel association.. I appreciate the price was reasonable but for the same price I found much better accommodation that was modern clean and tidy

Was okay the bed was super super comfy but there was weird fights going on outside in the carpark at night time with drunks 2 nights in a row made it a bit weird but room was tidy n comfy

6 nights Thursday through to Tuesday RnR far from RNR! on arrival not informed after talking to reception there was construction on site first came to our attention sign in room. motel always noisy throughout stay. weekend worse after hours 10pm ppl shouting,smell illicit substances, cars coming going revving, lack parking, coachroaches++, cistern runs self fix, shower dripping floor wet++ incident on Sunday housekeeping wanted to change bed. I declined asked can she clean floor vacuum or mop and remove rubbish & saturated floor mat she became hostile she threw sliding door open I was on my computer asked she close door it's cold she refused 3X she responded housekeeping we open doors, she disappears returns with a vacuum she REMOVES MY COMPUTER CORD FROM POWER I asked what are you doing! she throws vacuum on floor storms out.i contact reception complain she returns with manager raised voice to manager not in English Chinese! i explain to manager all she had done whilst in the room he stays watches her vacuum whilst looking around room, room door left wide open! she's completes quick vacuum manager ask you want mopping i reply no, he dismisses her behaviour "it is a misunderstanding" earlier in day had another person attempt to peer in the room at sliding door when I complained to reception "apparently" another guest also laid a complaint. later that evening evening my family visits they bring dinner our dog comes along a in house call from reception about our dog, they explain no dogs guest have complained, I replied they just arrived I've put him at the back sliding door, her reply put him at the front?i went to the office to address their accusation two girls confront us, no dogs on the agreement you signed on form on a attack, my reply our dog is in OUR CAR now we are about to have dinner can you heat our dinner! (forgot to mention they said there's a microwave when we arrive asked where is the microwave.motel use their microwave behind reception) my partner decides to video their hostile behaviors they note what he's doing they demand he delete recording I asked they heat my food she ignores instead argues with my partner I replied it's his phone he will do what he wants to do. They both arguing I asked for my food return still not heated the girl refused. I yelled at her give my food. The other girl threatened to call her manager I said of course do it. We left reception. I also said I do not give them permission to continuously record us CCTV in the office! Never will we RETURN to this motel once we LEAVE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ON ALL LEVELS!

Very basic working girls in quite a few rooms on way to room you get approached by them offering services not very clean

I wanted to stay near the airport for an early flight, the location is good for that purpose. The rooms are clean, large and sparse - not much furniture. Bed was comfortable. Old style air con for heating was very loud, but traffic noise is the alternative anyway. They are apparently working to upgrade the rooms but I don't think they will be able to remove the smell of stale cigarette smoke from these non-smoking rooms. Reception was friendly and open late.

The receptionist, Christine, is absolutely lovely. Always smiling, great conversation, helpful and charismatic. Also makes an awesome coffee. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, what would make this place better is if some rooms had a small couch or two small couch chairs to make it more comfortable.

It's modest, but it's value for money. I stay here quite often when I'm in town. The staff are very helpful

Dropped a friend there. Not my kind of place to stay If you just need somewhere to sleep cheap it's ok. Rooms are clean. People are nice. Close to Casino

Good customer service. Beautiful and spacious room for an individual or couple. With cleaned bath/toilet facilities. Close to the East Perth train🚆station and Perth City centre. l recommend Toorak Lodge to all and sundry.

Love the pool and bar not so much pros titutes spouse they have to feed there habits ,that's why it's cheap

Nice clean cheap accommodation Room was very clean serviced everyday and is a good size the only complaint is that it is hard to get parking at motel but plenty of street parking so all good second time here and would come back

This is very much a "you get what you pay for" motel, as others have said yes the rooms are outdated and worn, yes the air con is loud, and yes the view/scenery is a highway with some construction but it serves well enough if you just need a place to sleep. The staff were nice and they have almost a small grocery stores worth of food and travel items available for purchase. The pool looked well kept but I didn't have time to swim. My room was quiet, except for a kind of loud air con that worked a treat even in 40 degree heat. They are doing some construction which I felt they could have highlighted on their site and in the booking process, when I was there it wasn't an issue but I could certainly imagine it might occasionally be loud as the 'wing' they are replacing is pretty close to the rooms.

Our non-smoking room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Bathroom had not been cleaned in-between guests meaning it was covered with other people's hair. Fridge and a few lights didn't work in the room.

Stayed two terrible nights spent in an outdated room, no comforts whatsoever. Aircon so loud we ended up opening the door & then had to endure traffic noise all night. This was the second room we were offered, as the first room was in a basement that the manager called the first floor. it was very damp & smelled of mould. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. :-( :-(

A great valued place what's extremely roomy and adequate for the price you pay only downside was the neighbours yelling at 7am I'll be back to stay again

No parking on premises, was told to park on the street Room was very noisy, can here cars travelling on the highway as they are right on great eastern highway and no sound proofing Will not be considering them in the future

The lady at repetion hang up the phone twice on me when I went to speak with the so called manager he started defending her action without even listening to me what I was trying to say. So unprofessional really. I do not recommend to anyone at all.

Room was large but in poor condition which made it look grubby. Lack of amenities. Over priced at $158. Road noise & uncomfortable bed made for a poor night’s sleep. We won’t be returning.

Toorak Lodge was great even if your mother and father had to go somewhere private for a little bit. We loved it at toorak lodge it was so quiet that I was sleeping the hole day go see for yourself and if you like it go for a little holiday or something

Do yourself a favour a don’t stay here. Old and gross room looked more like a halfway house. Bed was foul, hard as a rock and the linen was stained and filthy, what was used as a doona was a paper thin blanket and was literally crusty. Absolutely unacceptable standard of hygiene especially post covid. Fridge was dirty and looked as if it wasn’t wiped out from previous guests. Tap fixtures were mouldy and only a kettle in the room. I had just finished 10 days camping and couldn’t wait to relax, wish I’d camped again, much more comfortable and clean!

Staff are useless, wouldn't change date on my booking for me, referred me back to expedia who want to charge $230 fee to change date of a $130 room.

Second time here, the room was the closet availablity great for budget. Didn't have breakfast as I start work at 5 am. My sista forgot about breakfast. It was nice breakfast on first visit. Please get an airfreshner in room as it has a pungent smell. Had to leave door open.

Bed was comfortable They offer free breakfast not worth getting up for unless you like cereals and toast

Bed Was like a rock. Not a good night sleep at all. Staff were friendly and great water pressure in the shower.

Room was not clean properly and no microwave or kitchen stuff in the room, very smelly.

First time was great. Was told if we get to the office by 4.30 getting the bond back was no problem. We have to be at the airport by 5 so it worked out great. Second time the lady was really rude,said she's here on her own at this time and it seemed such a bother for her to serve. I waited at the window as doing her dishes was more important. We have a time limit to get to the airport and don't want to start off at 4.40 am with a grumpy attitude. Won't be staying there again.

Bed was hard as nails and the air-conditioning rattled its head off all night 🌙 long woke like I hadn't even got any sleep price for the room was acceptable woke up to late to get to breakfast 🙃 🤫🤫🥱🥱
