Not just another coffee house. In the same Brandon strip mall as Outback, but on the opposite end. I believe they are relatively new, as the place practically shines. Their coffee is great, with many different types to choose from. They also have a kitchen which makes a variety of breakfast and lunch items. I opted for hand prepared French press coffee and a slice of Godiva chocolate cake. Both were excellent. I opted to have my coffee made in a French press. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Lu, who took the time to answer a multitude of my questions. There is even a separate room which would be good for events and club meetings. Highly recommended, and I plan on frequent visits.

The coffee here was great! I had the toffee coffee and boyfriend had a cappuccino; the cups were large and both coffees were delicious. I was less impressed with the food. We had breakfast and the eggs were obviously those cheaper powdered eggs and the food was quite expensive for what it was. That said, the waffles were tasty and I'd absolutely come back and try more of the food. Maybe the lunches are better. The atmosphere was great and all the employees were helpful and kind. We'll definitely be back!

Stopped in with the kids after running some errands earlier in the morning. You order at the register and then grab a number and table and wait for your food to get brought out. Ambience was nice and chill, and it was clear some folks were there not to eat but also catch up, as some who were there when we arrived were still there as we left. The coffee was good, and they had lots of options to jazz it up if you want (I drink mine black). The cinnamon rolls were delicious, and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was amazing (daughter would only let me have one bite!). My breakfast burrito was also great. Will definitely return!

The Waffles just with syrup are a divine treat to start the day. The hashbrown topped with cheese, bacon bits, side of sour cream and salsa may not LOOK pretty …. however salsa on hashbrowns is a new delicious fetish in my mouth thanks to this cafe. The white chocolate frappe with whipped cream is divine. The service was decent ; be prepared to clear your own plate when you are done.

Lou and the staff are super friendly, awesome, and accommodating. Food is very tasty. Great coffee coming back, for sure!

Great Quaint coffee joint. Friendly service and great coffee. We got he mozzarella Caprese sandwich came with chips and pickle and vinaigrette dressing for dipping. Very fresh and crisp went well with toffee coffee a very clean and fresh tasting drink. We also had the club sandwich which was also super fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this coffee shop.

Although the food is tasty, the size portion are very small for the price! Over-priced. Stuffed Nutella Waffle is only half portion for $7.25. Same price you get a whole waffle, eggs and bacon at any restaurant! Charges for whipped cream on a mocha! Yikes!

It’s very rare that i leave reviews but this place was just an overall wonderful experience that I just had to! First time my boyfriend and i went to try something other than our usual breakfast spot and man we were hooked - Coffee and food were so fresh and yummy! They have this salsa they give with the food and man that was the best salsa I have ever had!! I went a second time (today) just to test the place and they. do. not. disappoint. So happy I found this spot!!! New fav place!

Our family went in for our usual breakfast and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed the service we received both while ordering and upon sitting down to enjoy our food. Our food and drinks were out promptly which is generally the case every time we visit here. We enjoy their simple yet tasty menu items. Our coffee was also on point. We appreciate their various coffee bean offerings which we can enjoy at home in the mornings. The location offers a relaxing and chill atmosphere especially if you want to sit outside and enjoy your drink while reading or chatting away with a friend. Once again, five stars!

The coffee was amazing! The food was great! Good view of water! Maybe could have used a bit more atmosphere (background music?) or a couple carpets…maybe side tables for the cushy chairs?
