My spouse turned me on to this Boba place near the Regency Square on Brandon Boulevard. Annie Tea House is a great find. They don’t offer only drinks but also a great selection of hot foods. Their prices are quite reasonable compared to other Boba places. There is parking in front of the store. But what stands out to me is the service. They are all friendly and helpful. They didn’t ask for any tip. This is so unusual that I had to ask twice where I can put the tip. To me, that means they are paying their workers decent wages and not depending on tips from customers. I now have a go-to Boba place in Brandon.

We were in Brandon looking for a place where we could get boba AND something to eat and decided to give this place a try. The atmosphere is super cute and trendy, very clean. The service was fast and sweet. The prices were really reasonable and the food was soooo good. We can’t wait to go back.

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in Tampa & in general. Stellar service & the food is always fresh & delicious. Not to mention the variety of drinks! I recommend the grilled chicken w/ fried rice or noodles; Coffee Milk Tea w/ coffee jellies, or the Strawberry slush w/ rainbow jellies! The vibe here is great & family friendly with games to keep the kids entertained.

This is my first time here and I love the interior! They sell merchandise inside, from hats to keychains, stuff animals, snacks etc etc. I got two drinks here, the kumquat fruit tea with boba/Crystal boba and brown sugar milk tea. They were both good! The kumquat was kinda sour than what I normally receive from other places, but it is still pretty good! ** I went with a few people, their drinks was good too :)

Walked in and didn't know what joy I was getting into! I came in for some tea but saw they had a strawberry smoothie and boy it was pretty and tasty! Had some crunchy delicious petite egg rolls with it, noticed everyone here was getting this brown sugar boba tea which made me spend five more dollars, didn't really understand how to drink it but they gave me the correct straw then I gave a little giggle because the boba tapioca thing when up the straw and into my mouth. It was fun! Enjoyed it here and everything is well priced with a nice calming atmosphere.

Excellent boba tea experience! We absolutely recommend this tea place. Definitely we are coming back soon.

This place was great! My family and I are picky about boba teas and always have trouble finding a good one, but the drinks here were pretty good. And there were many options between the bobas and flavors that I look forward to trying. We also had egg rolls which were good, and there were quite a few different food options as well. The service was nice and the place was really chill to just sit and talk. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! I get the chicken and shrimp with chicken fried rice, it is so good! I live in Port Charlotte but visit Brandon since I have many friends that live here! Every time I come to Brandon I make it a point to stop here before heading home! Maybe in the future this place will branch out and put one in Port Charlotte! I would so love that! The food is fresh and full of flavor, it’s my go to place in Brandon! Thank u Annie!
