The service here is welcoming. The location has a lot of parking and located right next to Publix. I love the inside of the restaurant since it’s simple and modern. The fried chicken is a must since it’s so crunchy and savory. The spring roll is stuffed with bun noodles and shrimp. Must order their Vietnamese coffee! The pho here is a bit sweet, but it’s full of noodles and meat. We came here a year ago or so, but they have improved.🫶

WOW!, I'm impressed with this little restaurant just near to my house... So many years going to Publix and never noticed them.. I wanted to try the chicken Pho and check this local by myself. The place is really pretty and clean, you can see the kitchen inside and it's actually clean (very rare on asian restaurants). The guy on the front was really friendly (not always it's the case on other asian restaurants). I ordered to go and I put another feedback after, but so far so good!.. Loved !!

The grilled pork banh mi is absolutely delicious! The pork was tender, juicy, and plentiful. The bread was toasted perfectly. The pickled veggies and pate made it even better. The oxtail pho was good. The price was right for the amount of oxtail received. The pho broth is light compared to other restaurants in the area. It's not my favorite pho broth, but it's still pretty good. My favorite noodle dish here is the bo kho (or beef stew). It's just a tastier broth, even though I didn't detect much of the tomato in the broth. I decided to get glass (tapioca) noodles this time. It was a good decision. The rice noodles would have been too soggy the next day. I ended up taking most of it home for leftovers. This may sound strange, but it was even tastier the next day. The broth and noodles soaked up the spices, and the broth was much richer after being in the refrigerator. There was still plenty of beef and beef tendons (chock full of collagen) leftover from the previous day. Perhaps that made a difference. Anyway, the pho and stew were both served piping hot (maybe too hot). So much so, that I had to wait a while for it to cool down. I thought that was interesting because I've read other reviewers stating that it wasn't hot enough. They must have corrected this. I know... damned if you do, and damned if you don't. My husband didn't like the sweet pork sausage in his pork fried rice. They offered to make him another fried rice without it (great service). I liked the smoky wok taste of the rice, but he didn't care for it. Who knew? We both loved the fried shrimp rolls. I think my husband was mostly intrigued by the hot sauces and chili oil on the table. I was blown away with the fresh culantro on the garnish trays. There were even bits of culantro mixed in with the beef stew. I'm all about the Recao plant whenever it's in Puerto Rican or Asian dishes. It's a 5 star review in my opinion. The bold & bright iced coffee totally put it over the top. I love a good strong cafe sua da! They'll adjust the sweetness for you. Just make sure you ask. They have desserts, but I haven't tried them yet. The service is great at this family owned restaurant. They want to make you happy here. It's located in the Lake Brandon Plaza on Causeway Blvd and Gornto Lake Rd. It's definitely a hidden gem!

Delicious food and welcoming environment. Had the spring rolls and the house special/combination pho. Spring rolls were tightly rolled, a little smaller than other Vietnamese spots but still well made. Really liked how they added the crushed peanuts on one half of the peanut sauce. Small detail but well thought out I'd say. The house special pho was fantastic. A generous amount of protein with good seasoning. Broth was nice and hot with delicious flavor. Looks very "light" but all the flavor is there. Highly recommend.

Love the pho. The portion is good. The soup base may need to add more bone to it. We only can taste the beef but not the beef bone. Service is awesome.

I was a bit apprehensive when we first walked in since I didn’t see any Asian people in the front. I found out later that the Vietnamese owner of the place is on vacation with his family. He is married to a Mexican and the Mexican family is helping out in the family business while the owner is away. I am Asian and have eaten in numerous Vietnamese restaurants in different states. The food here is good. I ordered the beef stew with egg noodles. The broth was delicious. The meat was slightly tough for my taste but I can’t say enough about how tasty the broth was. The serving was also big with plenty of meat. My spouse ordered a vegetarian lemon grass noodle bowl. That was not as flavorful as other vegetarian dishes we’ve had in the past. I will try their pho next time. They are more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants. For 2 people, we ordered two dishes and 1 appetizer- we paid $55. The server who was Mexican member of the family was very friendly. He made us feel like old customers even though it was our first time there. He took the time to explain about the business, owner and the rest of the family members helping out. I love it! I will definitely go back.

Slow service. We ordered fried egg rolls, chicken wings, pho brisket and pho ribeye. The egg rolls were heavily fried, too much for my preference and they were very meaty. My fiance enjoyed them. I didn’t try the chicken wings, but my fiance said they were good. My pho brisket had great flavor for an Americanized pho, but my brisket was a little tough, which was disappointing. My fiancés ribeye pho was tender and delicious. Next time we come, I’m ordering the ribeye pho. We also had an order of diakon radish, which is my favorite.

Tadas Kitchen is a smaller sized restaurant perfect for small families or couples. Place has a comfy, good vibe feeling when you enter. The service was just ok and could have just been an off day. For the number of customers dining in our service should have been spot on. Our server herself was very sweet and energetic, but not focused as she kept forgetting what we ordered. The other server was too focused on her boyfriend, who was eating next to us instead of taking care of customers. Our server had to pick up the other girls slack, which impacted her service to the people she was already assisting. Our food was pretty good. My girlfriend ordered the Veggie Pho but wanted beef broth instead of the normal broth but didn't get it. Her Pho was a bit on the bland side and needed to be doctored up for flavor. I personally had an order of Tads wings, which were delicious!!! Flavor packed well prepared wings. I also had an order of Mama's fried eggroll, which did not disappoint at all. It was tasty, crunchy goodness leaving me with a smile. We are looking to visit again and give it another go. Want to try a few more of their menu items, and yes, I will be getting more of those tasty Tadas wings.

This place is the only Vietnamese restaurant that I found in the entire tampa Bay Area that serve beef rib bone in the pho so I drove 50 minutes to try it. It is a very clean place and has modern decoration! I looked at the menu and it does cater to the American palette. Definitely nothing wrong with that. They did have the Bun Bo Hue on the menu which is much better than pho. I came here on a mission to try the beef rib bone pho. The service is good and the soup came out quickly. In every pho place, the broth is how you judge if the pho is good and then what meat goes in the soup. In this soup, it was Bo Vien and the large Beef rib. It was good but definitely catered to the American taste. The broth was sweet and a little bit oily. The beef rib was dry as they could soak it in the hot broth a little longer before it is served. It is a little bit expensive but overall I recommend this place.

Great Pho, once I saw the fish sauce and in house chili garlic oil at the table I knew it was about to be legit. Owner came to the table to check on us and everything - will definitely be back! :)
