I
wasn’t
going
to
leave
a
negative
review
until
I
called
to
give
feedback
on
my
experience
and
dealt
with
less
than
sub
par
customer
service
from
the
front
desk.
I
booked
an
80
minute
‘deep
tissue’
massage
and
while
the
woman
who
did
my
massage
was
extremely
friendly
it
was
just
not
a
deep
tissue
massage
whatsoever.
It
felt
like
my
Masseuse
was
doing
everything
besides
deep
tissue
using
pretty
much
only
tools
(a
cupping
tool,
scraping
tool,
etc).
I
think
she
meant
well
but
it
just
seemed
like
she
had
never
given
a
deep
tissue
massage
before.
I
left
feeling
like
I
needed
a
massage….
Before
I
left
I
was
asked
how
was
everything
and
I
said
“good”
because
there
were
people
in
the
lobby
and
the
doors
were
open
to
the
back
and
I
didn’t
want
to
humiliate
the
masseuse
in
front
customers
and
staff
so
I
waited
until
I
left
to
call.
(I
also
didn’t
tell
the
masseuse
when
she
asked
because
there
was
such
a
large
language
barrier
we
could
barely
understand
each
other
with
1
or
2
words
and
I
had
no
idea
how
to
communicate
what
could
be
done
differently)
I
was
explaining
to
the
woman
who
answered
that
I
am
NOT
someone
who
likes
to
leave
a
negative
review
I
would
rather
just
call
someone
and
she
cut
me
off
to
put
blame
on
me
saying
“did
you
tell
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
you
didn’t
like
it
you
should
have
said
something”
then
followed
up
with
“I’ll
let
Steve
know”.
No
apology,
no
please
come
back
and
see
us,
nothing
except
“you
should
have
said
something”.
I’m
just
baffled
at
the
lack
of
customer
service
when
I
called
an
establishment
to
let
them
know
I
am
super
unhappy
with
the
service
I
received.
I
wasn’t
expecting
anything
free,
no
refunds
I
just
wanted
to
give
my
feedback
and
no
one
seemed
the
care
because
I
didn’t
say
anything
before
I
left.
Really
disappointing
I
won’t
be
going
back.
