This is the absolute WORST doctors office ever!!!! They never have a doctor available AT ALL! The doctors and nurses either quiting or not in. Can't even do a simple phone call or video. I saw so many doctors and nursing in and out here I can't even count . It's sad. Who wants to consistently have a different doctor or nurse. They charge your insurance company for visits that were never done. I don't know who owns this practice but this place needs to be shut down! Every time I turn around it's always something with them starting from last year. Not to mention they NEVER answer their phones! They also don't update their portal at all giving patients access to their medical reports. They can never keep consistent people working here I see why?!! Who wants to deal with this mess.

Tiffany the office manager was so helpful and amazing with her customer service. The whole staff made me super comfortable and answered all of my questions I had. They made sure I felt at ease. Front desk made it really easy to make an appointment and made sure to confirm the day before!

I was here last week with with a tad of an emergency situation. They were able to get me right in and seen. All the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable talking about what was going on. They answered all my questions and explained things in a way I could understand. Highly recommend and will definitely be my new go too if needed.

My wife and I have been patients for years and we have had really enjoyed this practice. It is nice to hear they are under new management and the new staff has gone above and beyond to meet our needs the last few days. We saw the Dr today and we were not rushed out at all. Best office in valrico area by far

I’ve been a patient here for over 2 years, the doctors/APRNs are nice but the front desk staff is snappy, rude and not helpful at all. I called the office today and I could tell I was on speaker while 2 different ladies spoke to me as I requested help finding a therapist that takes my insurance and is accepting new patients but the woman would not even let me finish my sentence, she kept repeating “call your insurance and they will send you a list” which I know how the process goes but the doctor I had my tele visit with today stated the ladies at the front desk would be more than happy to help me find a therapist who accepts my insurance and is taking new patients. I will be notifying my insurance of the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to tend to parients.

Wow!!! Complete turn around from two months ago to now!! I was hesitant after reading reviews but man, the ladies at this office really succeeded my expectations. I called and got put in right away. I know they had staff changes and being patient really does go a long way. The dr was patient and kind as well, great bedside manners for sure. I left 100% satisfied!

Wow!! I have never been at a doctor's office that made me feel that I was in great hands before. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and have a passion in working with patients very hard to find that in healthcare since covid. I'm excited to have found a doctor and staff that want to help me with all my health concerns. Keep up the amazing job.

Okay first off let me start with my boyfriend has type 2 diabetes and dealing with mental health problems and we were supposed have appointment Friday at 8:45 we waited around for a hour try calling to see why they didn’t call and they say ohh we tried calling blah blah blah I have no miss call and then asked they if they could just fill the medication he out of ohh no we have to talk to him before we can well I have now found new doctors cause this one just doesn’t care about their patients let alone know how to answer their phone or call for schedule appointments

Absolutely crazy lady. You gotta be living on the edge to have her as your physician..
