Disappointed is an understatement. It was the most bland bagel I've ever tasted not to mention it was the most expensive ham egg and cheese I've ever purchased..... almost $10..... I'll stick to Brandon Bagels, if you live in the area I highly recommend them.

Their breakfast burrito is so good! The donut is better than most donut places. Defiantly didn’t expect that from a bagel place.

This place is top notch! Very pleasant staff and impeccable quality of food and coffee. Malcom’s who took my order had a smile on his face and was a real pleasure to order from. He was engaging and when my order was ready (suprisingly quick) he promptly brought it to my table and asked very politely if there was anything else I needed. This kid is gaining to great at anything he puts his min to. I felt obliged to get his name and had the same pleasant experience with the manager Gabriel. He is running a top notch store and is getting the most out of his exceptional employees. He must be doing something (by the looks of it, everything) right at this store! Can’t wait to visit again and tell all of my friends about this wonderful gem of a cofffee shop!

Literally the WORST LOCATION EVER ! I don’t understand how they can NEVER get my order right. Order is simple toasted butter & cream cheese & as a meal. I didn’t get the bagel I asked for or it toasted with butter or cream cheese and I got a muffin not a hash brown then when I circled back around the guy tells me I can go inside to get it fixed , I went through the drive through so I didn’t have to go inside . I get to the window and the kid wouldn’t take the bag back because of “covid” your lobby is open and I’m sure he takes the trash out while working so he could most definitely take their mess up back. This kind of thing happens at this location often.

Amazing Service, fresh items. It has NOT been one time that I went there, and I didn't have GREAT service and fresh sandwiches. It has been ALWAYS amazing. You should go there so you can see it on your own . You will not regret it!! Thanks, Eisttein Team!!!

For the price they charge, the food should be better. Jalapeno Chedder Bagel with egg and cheese was tasteless and luke warm. The coffee cups and lids are flimsy. Everytime I get coffee it is filled to the brim, murky, no stopper and it falls out in my car. I got to work, took off the lid and coffee spilled all over the place. Also, I was charged extra for Almond Milk. Wow. It will be a while before I visit any Einstein Bros. Bagels and I will never order coffee again.

Saturday morning November 18 2023. The most rude and disrespectful experience from the person taking orders in the drive through. Before I even stopped moving forward in the drive thru they asked to take our order. When I asked for just a moment they responded with “sure it’s not like I’m waiting in you “. I asked them to repeat themselves and they said the same thing again. I had my wife move the cones and I let them know that due to the experience we would be taking our business elsewhere. The response from the employee “that’s fine I don’t have time for you anyway.” While I understand being busy, which they were, it is NEVER ok to treat customers in this fashion.

I usually go inside to order when I visit Einsteins but this day I opted for the drive thru. Let me tell you, the girl they had running the drive thru was so RUDE. I was ordering and made a mistake in my order and she kept talking over me and rushing me to finish my order. I was getting frustrated because it didn’t seem like she was understanding what I was saying because of how rude and loud she was being towards me. And when I got to the window, she dropped my bag of food on the floor and smiled and laughed at me. I was literally in shock at how bad the service was. She didn’t seem to care about how our food was being handled and didn’t have basic customer service. She should NOT be allowed to interact with customers or handle food at all. I will NOT be visiting this location anymore because of the terrible service I received. I gave two stars only because when I order from the inside, I usually have a fine experience.

Love the food but I live far so I typically order through Uber eats. To date, I have never received a complete order from this location. There always seems to be an item missing. I spoke with 2 separate managers at the location and while they were very nice, I still didn't get my complete order despite calling them as soon as the order was placed. I highly recommend this location if you have the ability to go in personally and verify your order is complete.

Horrible! I’ve eaten at this franchise before and I’m so disappointed! I ordered a Bacon Avocado tomato and too my surprise when I pull over is NO BACON! And when I asked for salt pepper and ketchup packets they said they discontinued them and they don’t order them no more?!! What kind of business does that! And when I call to complain they just say sorry! Didn’t offer me a thing! Horrible don’t go to this location or the business! The only experience I could say is worth the one star is the lady at the drive thru she was very nice! I will go back and ask her if she wants a job at my job just to get her away from that business!

Omari was absolutely amazing! So sweet and fast ! Very professional ! Linda lady with purple hair threw a bagel and started becoming unprofessional. Omari dealt with it very professionally.

I don’t know what other people on here are complaining about, this place is great. Bagels are soft, dinning area is cozy, and most important the people are nice and smile. I was also presently surprised by the iced vanilla latte I got for the first time.

I went to get some breakfast today. And I was having a horrible morning! I’m so glad I went in because I met a gem of a person at the cashier! I believe her name is Sherrett. She just made my day with her kindness and amazing customer services. I plan on visiting again and again just because of her great customer skills. The food was great and overall happy with my experience. Thank you!

I’ve never been here previously, but went in on a Saturday to place a fairly large order to pick up the next day. I didn’t catch her name (shorter lady with purple-ish short hair) - was SO helpful. I wasn’t sure what to order and she was extremely patient and make excellent suggestions. I went to pick everything up on Sunday and she went above and beyond to cut all of the bagels into fourths and presented everything so professionally on the platter. I decided to also order 10 of the hash brown sides and she cut those in half for me as well. I hope Einstein is grateful for employees like her because good help is hard to find these days.

Price is too high for what you get. I got a veggie bagel but it had multiple pieces of pork in it, after I made sure multiple times the bagel would have no meat. Flavor is lacking and ingredient quality is low. Ended up nauseous from seeing all the meat in my food :(

Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese in drive through. No receipt offered. Got home it was not my order. So i had to drive all the way back to this location from plant city to get what i ordered. A 4$ bagel ended up costing me who knows in gas. The staff wasn't apologetic and seemed to not care. This day in age not a good look for a business. This used to be my favorite bagel spot. Ill never visit again. Get better staff that can take a simple order and apologize when its messed up.

Ordered the Turkey sausage w/egg on an everything bagel. I was surprised at how well it tasted. I would definitely purchase again. Oh yeah the coffee was good too. Service was quick & friendly as well.

Awful food for the price. The card reader wasn't working which was frustrating, so I had to use cash. The place was smokey and the cold brew coffee was just this terrible artificial syrup mess. I ordered the nova lox. The bread was burned with little to no cream cheese. I left my food with the manager with no refund.

Dunkin WHO?! So this was my first time ever trying Einstein and what a first impression.. went around 6:30 after my morning workout for a bagel and an iced coffee on 9/8/22 & regrettably forgot to get the name of the kind young gentleman who took my order. He was working the drive thru and had the best attitude/ demeanor of anyone I’ve ever been helped by. He was patient while answering a few questions I had about different options, and even made a great recommendation that I’m so happy I went with. Also my bagel was SO good as was the iced coffee. I just hope this gets back to his boss so he gets praise, a raise or both. He should be running this store because his positivity was so infectious for how early it was. Talk about customer service.. Made my day!

Most of the time the service is great and the food is quite satisfying. Lots of sandwich and bagel choices and their scmears are fantastic! The franchise will always have a special place since it was my daily breakfast for most of my years in college.

Einstein Bros. Bagels has a lot more options here then just bagels 🥯. I love the creative ideas that they came up with to make Eating bagels feel like a new food. The bagels Burrito was fun treat that was tasty. If you love cream cheese you are in luck if you ask for it they really smother it all over the inside bagel. I am a cream cheese fan my self but I had to take some of it off because it was hard to taste the bagel with all that cream lol. They offer inside seating and a small out side sitting place to. You can use the drive through if you are on the go. The driver through was fast and our order was correct 👌. They were Patient with us as we looked at the menu. If was a good experiences. We will be coming here again.
