Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won't be profitable for long. Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers. If you're a good salesperson, you can sell anything to anyone once. But it will be your approach to customer service that determines whether or not you’ll ever be able to sell that person anything else. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers – a relationship that the individual customer feels that he would like to pursue. How do you go about forming such a relationship? By remembering the one true secret of good customer service and acting accordingly; "You will be judged by what you do, not what you say." I know this verges on the kind of statement that's often seen on a sampler, but providing good customer service IS a simple thing.

This is a convenient group of stores and restaurants. The parking can be a little tough on the weekends. There are a lot of restaurants and stores that are in demand in this plaza, so if you’re coming at peak times on a weekend, parking can be a little tricky. We came to Mellow Mushroom. Mellow Mushroom is one of our favorite go to restaurants. Access is easy, although exiting can be a little tricky with traffic all moving in one way directions.

This is one of the largest locations I've been to. The cooked foods and food bar selections are unbelievable! They have a way larger variety of items to choose from than the Fresh Market in my neighborhood. Whenever I'm near this location this will be my go to store

Sparked an L with Isabel before the bell. In other words, a delightful location.

In the way of causes I was caused to go by this way and shop to the extent that I was caused.Furthermore my causes have been in a way that have been caused to shop but not to shop in a way that was caused but rather that which is caused by. The way. Parking was ample. The shops were pristine and I was forthwith. The happiest man to have ventured upon such good establishments for the rendering of goods and services.

The sign out front says Lake Brandon Shoppes, my phone calls it Causeway Shoppes, I think they are the same place. The Starbucks I like is there, so that's a plus

Love this place! So many places to choose from for lunch and there all great! There's a lot of great businesses here. You can cash your check, have lunch, get a massage, shop, etc. Check it out if you have the time. I can spend hours here.

Very convenient when going to the Brandon Mall in Brandon Florida the Brandon Town Center Mall because I love shopping at JCPenney's department store in the mall

It's a strip mall. What's to tell? Just be careful walking across the parking lot. It's small and people don't pay attention.

No confusion on my part it’s your business that is confusing that you want to use our money to market to our friends and family and have us pay more for the gift card you offer as bogo. Think about it, we give the gist card to our family or friends and you try to get them to sign up and we Paid for you to get people in the store. I have no issues promoting the 69.99 a month but you don’t honor the specials you offer to your LOYAL customer

Fairly clean newer Plaza built in the last 20 years landscape was good parking is adequate nothing to complain about.

Tight spaces confusing entrances but managed to get in and out just what I went for...crumble cookies. We drive 40 min just for these cookies and always worth it.

A few convenient shops close together.
