This has always been a nice strip mall. Very clean with just the right amount of stores. I'm glad it doesn't have a grocery store because it would be overly crowded in an already crowded area thanks to the high school across the street. It's one of the strip malls that you have to be going to for a specific reason though because it doesn't have your ”typical stores.” Whoever owns the lot is doing a great job in maintaining the cleanliness, colors, and utilizing the space well. Very smart business decision to build on the parking lot with the Institute.

We love Leaven brewing!! They have a delicious pumpkin ale on tap and 6 packs for sale. Great beer tenders! Also had a nice dinner of Caesar salad and 3 kinds of pork and 3 kinds of cheese sandwich that hubby loved. We will be back soon!!

There is some decent food options in here. Sonic is always a favorite of mine, they also have Dunkin donuts and dominos pizza in here. Access is easy in and easy out and it's quick to get what you're coming for and get out.

I love this plaza! Everything you need right there. A gym,tanning,nails&waxing,drycleaners,ice cream shop and after all that there's a delicious Domino's Pizza that you can take home so you don't have to cook and mess up that beautiful manacure!

The Venue is a beautiful place to host any event. I just recently gave my daughter a baby shower and it was a beautiful event. The Venue is clean, the tables, chairs and linen is in great condition and the Venue is spacious with beautiful chandeliers. Marianne was great in keeping in communication and very thorough in making sure all of our needs and accommodations were met. I will definitely utilize the Venue for our next event. I highly recommend!

Stopped in at pink door bakery. No whole cakes but I did get assortment of cake slices n cupcakes for my daughters 30th birthday. Will arrange them on platter n we can all try a bit of everything. Kind of like a smorgasbord of pastries.

This is a nice little strip mall that has a bit of everything. I saw they just opened a Florida Orthopedic facility. They only thing they need is a nice massage venue and they'd be all set!
