    I ordered a French Dip sandwich through Uber eats. What comes to mind when you think FRENCH DIP? Exactly. The DIP. What employee prepared my French DIP sandwich, and didn't put dip in with my food??? Seriously, HOW. It's like a pizza with no toppings. Its almost on purpose at that point, there's no way you forget that. I'll never order here again or any Arby's. I'm done with the poor service and eye rolls. I threw away my sandwich that comes with no condiments, just meat and cheese, because it's a FRENCH D I P.

    The fish was aweful, very tasteless and bland they were so tiny about the length of my pointer finder while the bread crumbs gave the fish no flavor what so ever.

    Great experience! I'm grateful they allow you to go inside to order, unlike some of the other fast food restaurants at this exit. The restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly.

    I'm just hoping that it was a bad day. Food was disgusting. My beef-n-cheddar was soggy. They put all the cheese on the one side of the sandwich My husband's chicken sandwich was dry. The chicken breast looked like a brown shriveled prune Fries were old

    I've been here 2 times and both times were not great. The first time I went I ordered online and they forgot my 6pc mozzarella sticks but they put the marinara sauce in the bag. The only other things on that order were a roast beef sandwich and the diablo chicken sandwich and loaded fries. Not sure what they thought the marinara sauce was going to be used for. Went online to complain that they forgot my food and the next day one of the store managers called me and apologized and said they would give me the food I ordered if I stopped back in. Okay great customer service, came in later that night for dinner and made the same order minus the roast beef sandwich and instead of getting a diablo chicken sandwich they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. Called the store to complain directly and was told to just stop in again and they'll "make it right" Honestly it's not worth the time to come back in to get it fixed. 2 times in a row was enough for me. I can tell they definitely strive to provide good customer service but with poor order accuracy it's just not worth the trouble of ordering from this location.

    Jenny at the cash register was really amazing! Great attitude. She personally made sure our order came out right. She is going to be one of your biggest assets. Management keep your eyes on this hidden treasure. Thank you miss Jenny for being patient and kind. We were so impressed by her we started reviewing the place (really Reviewing Jenny) before we walked out the door. Your an awesome employee and they are lucky to have you

    I hadn't eaten at Arby's for a while, so decided to treat myself even though money is tight. The food is pretty good, but the service is slow and mediocre. Today I went there and paid for $9.43 worth of food with a $20. I only had a $20, a $5 and 3 ones in my wallet. The 'MANAGER' gave me change for a $10 and was so rude, telling me in so many words that I was a liar and only gave her a $10. She said she could recount the drawer (as if that could prove anything since I wouldn't have a clue if she would be honest about it), but I insisted she did. I have several years experience in retail management in multiple stores and I have never seen anyone count money the way she did. I watched her count the change and use a calculator to add it up, but when she counted the bills she counted it in a way I've never seen anyone do it ever before. She did NOT use the calculator, but counted the bills rapidly and placed them into several piles, then scooped them all up and announced she was right and I was wrong. (PSA - you count the ones, put in in the calculator, count the 5s, put it in the calculator, etc. then recount everything again. You do NOT count a few of each and make several piles without using the calculator.) Needless to say, I do NOT trust her or her method for conveniently determining she was right. I am the type of person that would give you back a nickel that you gave to me by mistake. I am furious and resent the fact that this person kept insinuating that I was lying and trying to pull one over on them. The lines at this Arby's used to be long from noon until 2:00, but lately there has been no lines whatsoever. I'm thinking I might know why now. UPDATE: Arby's responded to this review (apparently just to look good for anyone who might see it). I responded to them using the link they provided TWICE and called them once. NOTHING. ZERO RESPONSE. They don't care.

    I wanted to order something special for my Grandfather who lives near the Arby's in Riverview Florida, and I can't express how helpful the staff was in making sure this delivery was perfect. Victor went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me create this order (from Washington state). Customer Service was A+ - thanks so much, Victor & team, for helping make my Grandfather's day!

    This is your average Arby's....the food is tasty and warm, at least when you dine in. The employees were pleasant enough and the eating area was clean. This location has a smaller dining room, but still nice. The parking lot is a little small/tight so the spots are limited. They had a few handicapped parking spaces on the side as you enter the parking lot. Be safe all.

    Food was not what I ordered and cold. Asked manager for correct and warm food and was threatened by manager stating "dont make me come over that counter" I feel sorry for her employees. $30 spent on the wrong, cold food and treated badly by the management, I will never spend my money there again.

    The customer service is awful, especially the girl at the drive thru window. She was very rude, was missing two curly fries. She basically threw the bag at me and said no your missing one. Luckily I had the receipt, which showed 4. So, she is rude and unable to count.

    Very rude people tonight. Lady in the drive thru taking orders was very snobby and rude. Then at the window all the staff standing around by the window not doing anything but 2 mean mugging me. Then my order was wrong so I had to go back around just to be treated rudely again when I explained I wasn't given the right order. Normally people are nice here but not tonight.

    Sandwich was good, jalapeño poppers were good, but the crinkle cut fries were horrible. They tasted stale and we had curly fries mixed in them. What a disappointment to an otherwise nice meal.

    I came in for a French dip. I found it on the menue, and decide to just get the sandwich and a drink since I am trying to avoid fried foods. The cashier (Yvonne) advised me I could get 2 for $7 (1 was $6.29). Yes please!

    Saw ad for fish/chips in wire basket soo I went to eat in! On sign reads $7.49meal with drink! Does not specify Soda Only also when I finally got my order, the 3pc fish was 1piece cut into 3's! The fries were curly over fried! They gave me small drink which I pd Xtra because now I ordered med. Orange cream which i received a small! When I questioned the mgr was rude angrily flung it in garbage and had somebody give me the medium! Upon walking out, I pass by a couple they had thcrinkle fries as on menu sign i spoke to Them what happened They were surprised! I wound up throwing fries out. fish was slightly eatable over $12.00 for trash! Bad service even after I ordered. Unbelievable, maybe thats why I never went back to Arby's ! My 1st time was several years back! I took pictures and will show them .

    Found a hair in my Mac n Cheese yesterday and a few days earlier I was served cold Mac N Cheese with mozzarella sticks that tasted like they were not only refried but in dirty oil. I will not be visiting this Arby's again. 2 macs, 1 mozzarella, & a large Dr pepper cost me $14+ and I had to throw it out both times. $30 in food wasted this week at this restaurant. Never avain.

    I was told they don't accept Apple Pay but their business description on google and Apple Maps it shows clearly they accept contactless payments. So either train your employees properly or update your information online. This will probably be the only fast food who would claim not to accept contactless payments specially after Covid pandemic

    The manager saved this from being 2 or 3 to a 4.....I guess they discontinued the sliced chicken or turkey so they didn't have available what 2 people ordered in our party....so I asked if she could chop a breaded chicken to put in wrap instead....the new young lady running the counter was trying but you could she was new....the Manager came up and said yeah we can....fries were fresh and that's impressive lately....rest of the food was good too....

    The person taking orders in drive thru at 2:49pm today 1/20/23, was very rude, she wasn’t allowing us to finish a sentence nor was she polite. My family an I came to get food not have to deal with someone rude and disrespectful. Very pushy and rushy Please work on getting better people to talk your customers. Will not be spending my money at that location again.

    I've been asking for no sauce, pretty much since after my first one. I do not like the sauce at all. Today, I asked for no cheese because the last two times, I noticed the gouda was gone. I had not realized they had changed to cheddar or what looked and tasted like American the last time. I thought there used to be horseradish on it, but someone said it was mayo... Now there is nothing but the cheddar/American cheese, sauce and onion ring (always soggy). Today, I ordered plain, with extra meat. I use my own sauce and add Gouda...As soon as I opened the box, I knew I would not be happy. Four, very small, very tough, pieces of meat, were laying outside the bun, in the box, maybe an inch of meat was actually between the buns. Definitely not the extra meat..and sadly, it was too dry and tough to eat. My dogs ate good though. Arby's ruined the Reuben and now the brisket. I've never liked the roast beef because I can make frozen 'Steakums' at home. Sad part of the times we're living. Higher cost, much lower quality. The tea was great, the fries were cold. Sorry to say, I won't be back. I've tried every option I have to enjoy this sandwich, as I did when it first came out. I give up!

    I have not been to Arby's in a long time. I went to try the fish sandwich. It was hot, fresh and really good. I got the original because I wasn't sure how I'd like the sweet bread and tomatoes so I stuck with regular. I'm glad I did. The curly fries were also good. Everything was hot and fresh just how I like it.

    The hiring manager need to find another job. I will be reaching out to HR about the treatment of my mother. I recorded everything from my Jeep. From the time she came with A ugly disposition till the exact moment she walked off. She looked my mother up and down. And it’s took everything in me. Not to have my sister beat the breaks off of her. It’s sad that it’s another person of color. As I Am Aswell. But wrong is wrong. Arby’s isn’t McDonald’s ! People should Be treated with respect. I’ll be up there around 4 to speak with it’s the that hiring manager.

    Far right is the delicous Arby's corned beef reuben that you normally see and receive. Mid and left pic are the unexceptable burnt bread we received on July 7th for our dinner. If you look at the wax paper the sandwich came in, you will see where I tried to scrape some of the burnt black off. Quality control - this sandwich should have been remade - I would have gladly waited for another sandwich. A Hit and a Miss for the Arby's team. Store Manager - please address with the entire cooking staff that this should have never gone out to a customer. Husband ordered curly fries with his sandwich, received regular krinkle cut fries.

    I am a regular customer at Arby's, but am so over this location. I used the Arby's app, only because the $3.00 off $10 or more coupon is only valid if you order it online. It wouldn't accept it and called to try and get help, but the manager at this location is so rude and she doesn't even say hello or smile. Then she proceeded to tell me that the online coupon was expired. What company puts an expired coupon on their app, so I had to pay full price. Then I get my food and it was awful. The Beef & cheddar sandwich was a mess, the bread was stale, the fries were loaded with salt to the extreme and they gave me the wrong drink. I was in a hurry to get to an appt and didn't have time to go back, but honestly they are so rude there, I didn't even want to go back & deal with them. It's so rediculous how these fast food restaurants want to distance themselves from their companies apps, so they can wash there hands of issues with the app instead of honoring coupons or trying to help people. Customer service has gone out the window.

    If you use the mobile app, the savings are incredible. Great service and the orders are correct. Again, my experience is using the mobile app and quickly picking up at the location... This is not a review of walk-in or drive-thru ordering.

    We went through drive/thru. The sandwiches are expensive but at this location they were large so maybe worth the money. Love the cherry turnovers and these were not skimpy, like we have had from other locations. Good Job!!!

    While I sit here for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food I've seen to-go and drive-thru orders placed after me but getting their food before me. Along with that the person who took my order put his finger inside my cup prior to giving it to me and then rolls his eyes when I ask for a different cup. Good customer service doesn't seem to be a priority here.

    Love me some Arby's. Cashier was obnoxious and clearly didn't want to be there. I guess places are desperate for help these days. At least the food was good. I got the French Dip and it didn't disappoint. I try to stop in when I'm in the area, sure wish they'd expand in the Bloomingdale area.

    Waffle House dining room next door is open and CEO said they have not had any cases of COVID. Arby’s closing their dining room is absolutely ridiculous.

    Absolutely great! I was at a nearby restaurant and they messed my order up twice. I decided to give up on the "Taco" place and went to Arby's instead. Glad I did!!!     Always great service at this location. 1st time back since Covid started 9 months ago. Its nice that you can see everyone (well 90 %) in the kitchen wearing a mask correctly. Still 5 stars.

    Well, it's here. I'm glad to see an arby's I guess, I like their food for the most part. That said, the prices are way too high. A roast beef meal and 4pc cheese sticks was approaching $20!! Longhorn steakhouse has a 1/2lb angus burger with fries for $8.99. I just don't see the quality being anywhere proportionate to the prices asked. Whoever was cutting the meat cut it way too thick, the roast beef was like leather. For a $10 sandwich that's not ok, and the fries were cold. How can the food be cold when there's a line, I don't get it. I'm in no hurry to come back.
