My sister bought a necklace for me for my birthday. I do not wear silver and already have a daily necklace, so we went to the store to return it. My sister had paid in cash and they said because she paid in cash, they have to mail her a check in her name which would take 10 days!!!! The necklace was only $110. No one told her this when she paid. Extremely inconvenient!!!

Steven H. was great! He was patient, understanding, and very informative. I also had to speak to the Manager and another Associate later in the day, and they were also very pleasant to work with. All-in-all, I was provided with an outstanding level of customer service. Thank you!

Went to Brandon mall looking for a ring with my wife and looked at many rings but the one that caught her fancy was at Helzberg Diamonds. Steve Harrington greeted us as we entered the store and after a brief chat started to show us different rings. We purchased a ring from Helzberg and Steve took care of the fitting and sizing and two weeks later we picked it up. The ring fit perfectly and my wife and I were very pleased with the attention Steve gave in making sure we were happy customers. Lots of jewelry stores in Brandon Mall and we were treated with a pleasant experience at Helzberg Diamonds.

The jewelry in this store furnish within 6 months and is easily altered. The quality is not good me and my fiancé spent over 6k on engagement sets and they look horrible. They want you to purchase the warranty because they know the quality is not great. Also I went into this store to get a repair done to my ring and they allowed my fiancé to use my number to get a repair done 6 months ago under my number and when I came into the store I had a balance and then said it was not paid . I never received a phone call nor did they try to verify who was who. The store manage Avind keep trying to paint a picture that my finace left the store without paying and that I would pay when ever we come back into the store. Avind was not there on the day of my fiancé transaction he’s a liar and will twist stories to cover him. Long story short very unprofessional on how this was taking care of. I called cooperate they took the charge off but my ring I went to get repaired still not repaired because I didn’t trust this store nor location after all this foolish took place. I will never purchase another item from this store. Steve sold me the ring and he was great help it’s just the quality and management I’m not loving.

Mr Steve Harrington's service was impeccable. I had to reset my former wedding ring, resize another and he made the entire process so pleasant, and as practical and cost effective as possible. He is a real gem 😉

I came in for our biannual ring inspection and was advised by Yudi that my husband's ring needed the rhodium. I agreed but also was hesitant and shared my concern that when his ring had been sent away years ago, it came back altered — the finish on the sides had been buffed out. He then spoke with Dave the Jeweler who took care of the rhodium in-store and also added a finish to his ring. It's the inverse of what it was when we got married sixteen years ago, but at least it's unique once again and Iappreciate the time and effort both Yudi and Dave took. I was able to surprise him for our anniversary since it was completed the same night.

Walked in and was greeted right away, Steve H assisted right without hesitation. Was quick to get all 3 of my pieces inspected and ready for repair. Yudi also made conversation with me. Great staff, love Helzberg ❤️

Helzberg is my go-to jeweler for all my needs. Today Steve was so great!! I needed 2 of my rings cleaned and was buying an anniversary gift for my husband. He helped me shine up my rings. He was very kind and patient with me while looking through the different men’s necklaces. Additionally, I shared that I had lost one of my earrings and he offered to help me find a replacement! Great experience! I was getting ready to travel internationally and was told at another Helzberg that I had some loose stones on my wedding band. I was able to call this location and spoke with the manager. Not only was she able to get the work done, but she also made a suggestion of welding my engagement ring and wedding band together for free (which I didn't even know was a thing) ALL done within an extremely short time frame. When I went to pick the rings up, the staff remembered us coming in previously, was super helpful, and I am SO happy I got the rings welded together, love them even more! Cannot recommend this store enough!

I went in to get a tennis bracelet resized and initially the woman told me a price (around $59). I thought just to get a few links taken out, that this was a steep price but I wanted to call around and find better offers from other jewelry stores but got lazy and headed back a week later. The manager of the store then tacked on (I believe it was 89$) for working with opals, which made the price to fix my $250 tennis bracelet that I got as a gift, over $120. I ended up taking it to Fast Fix Jewelers in the UTC area for $32.

I went on Monday to drop off a ring for resizing, the internet was down so they told me leave tour ring as soon as the internet is up we'll process your order which was only 39.99 for lifetime protection and maintenance. they had me sign a form giving permission to deduct the amount from my card and today's Wednesday and still no one has called me, nor have I received an email or anyone reached out. I'm headed over there now to see why it hasn't been processed and why no one has reached out to me

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a $4k ring from them, within 90 days a stone fell out and now they are charging me to replace it. They do not stand behind their products. Theives!!!!

Was quoted two different prices to resize my bracelet. The staff was friendly enough, but the resizing shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to an hour top, and 109$ to resize a $250 tennis bracelet is insane.

Great experience just to get my wedding ring, birthday tennis bracelet and earrings cleaned by Steven. He even inspected them for me. Steven informed me of the reminder inspection emails.
