If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I beg you, please do not waste your time or money! If you are looking for a calm, professional, relaxing environment, this is certainly not your place! The facilities are run down with holes in the walls near the baseboards, old equipment, etc. I was there for 5+ hours and couldn’t wait to get out. I requested gray coverage with very subtle highlights and they turned my roots orange, bleached my “subtle highlights” so much it looks white. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. I should also mention that she messed up on the client before me also. She was getting pink tips and ended up having it bleed in one spot higher into her hair. The nail tech took roughly 2 1/2 hrs to do a manicure and pedicure, complained and cursed constantly, messed up on every turn, and blamed it on the fact that she doesn’t get enough clients so her product just sits on the shelves. She also made a statement to me that she feels like she doesn’t want to do nails anymore because “her skills are declining and she feels bad taking people’s money”. My nails ended up looking horrible with inconsistent width on my French manicure and chips/dips in them. When I communicated that I was unsatisfied with the botched work, I was told I just didn’t like that I had to pay separately for the hair and nails, and that I was upset about the price. This statement was a bold lie. I had already told her I was unhappy with how it turned out before I even knew the price. I assured her the money was not the issue! Angie refused to even let me (or my husband) talk on two separate phone calls, made claims that I was her only complaint in the history of her business, and I just wanted money, then hung up the phone both times. She did say she would fix it, but after my experience there, the final outcome of their work, and the rudeness and aggression on the phone, I would never step back into that place if you paid me! My sweet husband had booked this place as a relaxing Mother’s Day gift to me. Sadly, it was the furthest from that. Thankfully, he also booked a massage at a different place afterwards. I needed it!!

I’ve been a client for years and never walked out of that salon without my hair & nails being on point! Angie & Nicole take their time with every client. Prices are awesome & styles are beautiful!

My teen always wants different looks. She has very curly hair and she like different looks. Angey is always on top of things and my teen looks great every time. Prices are very reasonable and service is too notch!

I've been going here for a little over a year now. Angie always makes my hair look amazing. I really appreciate her attention to detail when she does my waxes, too. Ally is an amazing masseuse and it's great at communicating with her clients. Nicole is just as detail oriented as Angie, too. My nails feel a lot better being done by her than anyone else. But the best part about this business is that everyone treats you like family. Everyone knew me by name by my second visit and they've always been super attentive and remember things I wouldn't expect them to. I literally won't go anywhere else for my beauty services because these guys are the best

I absolutely love this place! Excellent color, beautiful cut and style. I always get compliments on my hair. Angey is personable and really cares that you get exactly the cut and color you want. The staff is very nice and her pricing fair. Actually, I'd have to say her pricing is nearly a steal to me, I paid nearly double for not nearly as nice a cut and color at my last stylist.

Love Angey. She cares about you and wants to make sure your hair works for you. She helped my daughter's friend hair go from all out frizz to a manageable curls. With education from Angey there are no more knots and she can do her own hair.

I love going to Angey's Tangles! The ladies are always friendly and I always get great customer service! I get my hair done by Christine and she is awesome! She does exactly what I tell her I want done and I have never been disappointed! :-)

When this salon first opened up. I was very happy with the service and the staff, but over time, the staff dwindled down, and of course the prices steadily went up. I always made my appointments on time, but always had to wait at least 15-20 minutes . Business owners seem to forget that their customers time is just as important as theirs. That always frustrated me but I stayed a client. On my last visit there, I showed up on time, and I sat down, Angie saw me a knew I was waiting , But she never acknowledged me and went on about her business, After sitting there for about 20 minutes. I got up and left and I never went back !
