My friend and I came here today and it was amazing! She had her nails done by Michael, while I had my eyebrows done by Miss Kathy. Michael did a beautiful job with my friend's gel manicure, and Miss Kathy waxed my eyebrows perfectly! I had never had my eyebrows waxed before, but she created a great experience for me. I will definitely come back for more of their services (:

I want to start off by saying that since moving down here from NYC, I have tried plenty of nail salons. Of all the places I’ve been to, Miss Kathy and her team are hands down the absolute BEST! From impeccable customer service the moment you walk through the door, to great nail work. You will not be disappointed. They treat you like family and actually remember your name, your likes and dislikes after being a frequent customer which is one of the things I love most. Definitely give them a try if you haven’t already. Thank you guys for being so great at what you do! ❤️

One of the nicest nail salons, very accommodating. Cathy the owner loves her job and the clients. Any problems she and her staff are ready to make it right. Although I have never had a problem. Because I am a Christian I love that they are . Make your appointment for your nails, pedicure, and come out looking beautiful.

I had a wonderful experience at Bay Nails today. They had incredible attention to detail and really took great care on both my manicure and pedicure. Both came out great and I will definitely be back!

I love Kathy and her team. I have been seeing them for years. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I feel like family here, for an example i’ve been coming to see Kathy for years and I was in a wedding in the spring we all came here and she only knew me. she went out and got us cheese, crackers, wine, and my girlfriend who was the bride. Kathy got her flowers and balloons, Not to mention, as picky as I am about my feet and hands I’m always more than satisfied and usually get extra massage for feet and hands/arms. I’m hard on my nails but if something breaks or chips they make right for no extra charge.I’ve never been to a salon when you’re unhappy about color, a chip or break and it’s free to fix. Like Where else are you going to get that? anywhere else no I don’t think so. Plus she has snacks and 🍷😝😝😝😝 . Seriously try this place❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love Bay Nails in Pasadena, MD! My pedicure was so relaxing and professionally done. I especially loved getting the hot stone service. Isabel did a wonderful job and was meticulous in making it a fabulous experience. Isabel and Kathy worked together to do my nails. Kathy, the owner, is the kindest and most service oriented person you'll meet! She offers refreshments, including snacks and chocolate! I feel comfortable and pampered at Bay Nails! Isabel did an amazing job on creatively designing my nails for my Queen Bee Halloween costume. She listened to my ideas and incorporated them into her beautiful and clever design. The pictures will prove how wonderful my nails look. Each one of my nails has a different design: buzz pattern, honey dripping in gold, honey dripping in black with a gold highlight, a bumble bee stripe, honey comb with highlight all over a French manicure with "bee" yellow! I highly recommend Bay Nails of Pasadena. I make an appointment for my mani pedis, and they also accommodate walk-ins. I hug Kathy every time I see her, and when I leave; she's that kind of warm person. Isabel was also kind and a great conversationalist.
