The
worst
massage
and
experience
I
have
ever
had.
Please
avoid
and
spare
yourself
pain
and
being
uncomfortable.
To
begin
with,
the
massage
started
15
minutes
late.
There
was
minimal
communication
about
waiting
or
an
apology,
which
we
did
not
mind
waiting
at
first
but
the
rest
of
the
experience
was
the
problem.
First
of
all,
the
massage
therapist
kept
coming
in
and
out
of
the
room
without
knocking
to
ensure
my
sister
and
I
were
covered
first.
When
the
massage
finally
started,
the
message
therapist
kept
stopping
in
the
middle
of
the
massage
to
return
text
messages
and
left
her
phone
beside
my
sister's
head
who
was
also
getting
a
message.
The
notifications
would
go
off
beside
her
head
and
both
of
the
massage
therapists
kept
talking
to
each
other
in
their
language,
which
was
not
relaxing
at
all.
Also,
for
my
message,
I
asked
my
massage
therapist
a
couple
times
for
less
pressure
due
to
the
pressure
she
was
using
being
painful,
but
she
did
not
listen
and
continued.
Also,
at
one
point
I
jerked
away
and
said
ouch,
and
the
massage
therapist
literally
just
laughed.
I
am
in
so
much
pain,
and
I
have
gone
for
many
massages
and
I
have
never
been
in
pain
the
next
day.
It
is
awful.
Also,
they
use
these
liners
on
the
bed
that
do
not
completely
cover
the
bedding
underneath,
so
not
very
sanitary
either.
Another
bad
thing
was
after
we
finally
paid
and
were
able
to
escape,
the
massage
therapist
literally
chased
my
sister
and
I
down
to
ask
for
a
bigger
tip.
I
was
in
shock
that
someone
would
actually
do
something
like
that
after
this
horrible
experience.
Neither
of
them
apologized
for
anything
and
acted
like
that
was
their
normal
customer
service
behavior.
Please
avoid
and
save
yourself
pain
and
stress!
