I would not even give this office any stars. I would stay as far away as possible, if not then always review your bill. I went into the office in January 2019 for a medication review/recheck was charged an office visit of $105.00. Dr. Breuder then said that he wanted to do another recheck in a month. So, I went in earlier this month to the SAME thing and then was charged $170.00. How could an office visit for the same thing jump $65.00 in 1 month? I called their staff to ask the question and no one knew how to help, I was just given the run around. They are thieves just trying to get more money and not actually caring about the satisfaction of their clients. Reply from the Owners Reply - Discussing my medical records to the public is violating the patient privacy agreement and I am extremely disgusted by your reply. If you truly care about the satisfaction of your clients then you would have reached out to me via phone to discuss this instead of hiding behind your computer. Also, if you did your research then you would have noticed that you are treating me very different than my husband. Could it be that I am a FEMALE? To whoever reads this please keep Very far away from this place.

First of all, let me share that I was 7 minutes late to the office. I was caught up in the hour drive to the office for appointment. Once I arrived, the receptionist was exceptionally cold and was received as rude. The provider would not see my daughter, but the receptionist did request that my daughter see another provider. The provider that saw my daughter was great. As far as future appointments I will be looking for alternate places and providers. If I hadn’t made a small scene about getting my daughter seen, we would have been turned away . Can anyone say CUSTOMER service ? Receptionist are the face of the business. Show some empathy and compassion, especially when people aren’t well and are seeking medical care.

I will say front desk staff is friendly and respectful, the office is well-kept. The doctor I met with was Rasooli, she was friendly as well however she misled my condition stating I had inflammation and a bulging eardrum in my right ear, as well as confirming a nasal polyp in my right nasal passage. Pretty worrisome so she referred me to an ENT doctor. Today I visited the ENT, for him to tell me that I am completely fine and I don’t have inflammation nor do I have a nasal polyp and a saline spray will suffice for allergies.

Dr Ellenbecker is always extremely late, takes personal calls and texts during appointments, misses simple medical issues, and is all around just not a good doctor. Billing is always messed up and service is extremely expensive for what you get. This place is just a mess to the point where it would be comical if it didn’t have serious repercussions.

Read the other reviews. Not a well run office. Not sure if this is all BSW offices or just this one. First, because it took them 10 minutes to check in, they said I was late. This is an interesting way to look at that. To be fair, my appointment was at 9:30 and I got there at 9:35. However, my last appointment was at 12:00 and they did not see me until 1:00 so I feel like they hold you to a standard they are not willing to apply to themselves. Second, they will not provide you with an N95 mask? They obviously do not care about masks if they will not provide the ones that actually work. Studies definitely have shown that N95 is the only one that works, so if they truly cared about the spread of a virus, they would give N95. It really goes to show its only about what it looks like to them and not prevention. Unfortunately, I am switching my kids and I to another doctor. Not that they care, but that is 7 patients. If you believe that the standard masks help you and you are OK with waiting when its convenient for them but you, then this office is for you! If not, avoid them like the plague. There is a reason they have so many bad ratings.

Doctors are very Professional and The staff very friendly, had an appointment at 2, went in at 2:10, so their wait time isn’t long at all. Dr. Jacqueline (Nurse Practitioner) had a ton of info for me and tips to improve my health. Very caring Doctor/Nurse. I did not enjoy the needle they stuck in my arm, but it was very fast and didn’t hurt. Their assistants are also very professional and quick. Overall, best visit I’ve had at a Clinic/Doctor. As a new patient, I am very pleased with the service! Oh and to make it even better, they have an app where you can schedule appointments, cancel, reschedule, and even see you test results! Definitely coming back and making it my “Go to Doctor”.

I have been searching for a PCP for a while. I've had to use teledoc appointments, urgent care, and even the E.R. when I came to baylor Scott & white in roanoke I was seen quickly, my doctor and all nurses and staff treated me so well, and they listened to me. I wasn't just a 15 second conversation and brushed aside and pushed out the door. Then helped me with my daily medications and my speciality recommendations. I have been twice and had the same great experience and treatment both visits. I highly recommend.

Love this office. Jessica at front desk was very helpful. Nursing staff, Stephanie, Ariza. are amazing. Dr Ellenbecker is one of the most professional doctors I have ever been too. The person touch and true concern for you is just a bonus.

Doctor Breuder is fantastic, front desk is usually pretty helpful, however there is one woman there who makes the experience insufferable. She tries to avoid doing her job by trying to shut up patients who wish to make quick requests such as switching pharmacies due to insurance not cooperating. Usually this woman will be calling back from the office. Not a call center rep.

This is the best doctors office I’ve been to. Dr. Dirickson & Dr. Breuder are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and just plain good at their jobs. They have a wealth of holistic knowledge for those naturally minded. Highly recommend!
