Great subs, was really happy when they put one in Roanoke. The big kahuna cheese steak is amazing.

Jersey Mike's is clearly the best Italian sub and the only real deli sub anywhere near Roanoke VA. Thank goodness they opened here! There is nothing like a real sub with fresh baked bread, fresh oil and vinegar, Italian spice, and all the toppings you want. HINT- order it "Mike's Way". The deli meats are delicious, never bologna. I always top with Lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar, and banana peppers. Truly incredible. Finally Roanoke has a real sub! I will be going back for more. I like it, it surpasses every other sub shop for me. Staff is friendly, attentive and quick. My go to, what else can I say.

Placed $80.00 order online and paid(took money out of my account) and drove from the lake 45 minutes to find the store closed and customers standing on the sidewalk in the same situation. Employee came to the door and said that they had seen the orders come through but they had already closed. They didn't bother to at least call and say the order wouldn't be filled. Everyone deserves time off for a holiday but a little common courtesy goes a long way.

Quick and relatively cheap. Like all sub places other than Firehouse nowhere near enough meat and cheese without having to pay extra for it 🤷‍♂️

The cheese steaks are really good, and they don't skimp on the toppings at all. Staff are always clean and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. Location is good but the parking lot is small

Charged $2.99 for TAP WATER. Never ever again will I step in their storeS. Plus I plan on calling corporate. Thieves!!!

Long story short they got my order wrong initially and I was not happy when I came back to see what my options were. They asked if I wanted a refund or to re-make my order and I requested they re-make the order and the gentleman I interacted with was nothing short of pure class and extremely nice to me after seeing me come back. Truly top tier customer service and I will be coming back. I was glad to buy my Mother and Sister their first sandwiches from here and they enjoyed immensely.

Food is great, love Jersey Mike's subs and get it every week. For some reason this location has went downhill...went to pick up an online order at the time I was told it would be ready - there was 1 single customer in the entire place yet my order had not even been started. So I stood there and watched them make the order. I asked for no tomatoes, however, the girl decided that while placing toppings on my sub that she needed to pause and proceed to dig both hands into the tomatoes and play with them for a bit before proceeding to finish my sub. Weirdest, oddest, most spiteful thing I've ever witnessed in food service. On top of that they keep the same gloves on their hands that they use a dirty rag to constantly wipe with and handle money with to make your sub with too. Disgusting.
