Went here yesterday, got 2 trays, 1 was the hamburger quesidilla, Cajun fries and nuggets, the other was a Cajun chicken sandwich, hushpuppies and cheese curds. Hamburger quesidilla was amazing, very spicy though because of the sauce, fair warning, Cajun fries was kind of soggy after like 3 minutes, got soggy very quickly, nuggets were good. Also got Heath toffee milkshake and banana nut milkshake Cajun chicken sandwich, they got my order wrong they gave me the char grilled chicken sandwich, but it was still good, hushpuppies was AMAZING, better then Long John's imo, pretty good cheese curds too, very crunchy, amazing taste. Heath Toffee Milkshake didn't have much taste, just vanilla milkshake with crunch too it, the banana nut milkshake was wrong, it was just a regular banana milkshake, both okay though. Service was very fast, there was a line of cars like 15 long and everyone got through in like 5 minutes or so, fastest drive through I ever seen.

Staff was friendly. The best fast food company out there. Cheddar Style is my go to burger.

First time trying a Cookout. Staff was friendly. Nice and new location. Limited seating at busy hours. Prices were very good, food was ok. Portions are smaller than expected.

This was my first time at Cook Out and I was definitely pleasantly surprised. I got the Tray which is one entree and 2 sides and 1 drink. I ended up going with Quesadillas and Fries and Onion Rings. All that food for 7.79$. I will definitely be returning to Cook Out in the future. Sorry no pictures. Will be posting some next visit.

This was a little disappointing. I have been to other cookout locations and other states and have never experience my order being incorrect. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with the extra toppings on it and I also ordered a hamburger. I received the chicken sandwich grilled. My onion rings were superb but I really wished I could have had the fried chicken sandwich versus the grilled. I only ate half of it as it was not the best grilled chicken. It was a little dry, and the cut was entirely too thick to actually enjoy a grilled piece of chicken on a sandwich. The coleslaw was not juicy and flavorless. The iced tea is usual is super sweet a true southern staple on their menu, which is probably why it comes in a large, 32 ounce size. Although the cashier was super friendly, I did not appreciate that my order was incorrect and I did not get a chance to check it before I pulled off and was already on the highway and found out that I had the wrong chicken sandwich. I definitely will not try this location again, but will continue to support cookout and other locations.

Horrible service. They were very rushy and did not give us the correct food. We asked for their chicken strips with Buffalo sauce and they gave us chicken with no sauce at all, no ranch or anything. They made their burgers sound big but they were children sizes when we got them and they didn’t give us ketchup or anything. We also asked for a huge tea and the window person was rude about it. The onion rings were pretty good though. Never visiting again.

Visiting from MD. Decided to give this spot a try, when we first arrive, there was a huge line outside, we decided to go inside and take our time. Food came out super fast! I got a big double tray w/ Cajun fries and a corn dog. Food was definitely great, manager Tammie was super friendly, I will say the burger was a little smaller than I expected but I got all of this for $8 so YOU CANT BEAT THAT! Definitely coming back!

I decided to give the cookout another try. However, I was not that pleased at all with the food. The service was awesome! The cashier was fast, had a great listener kind personality and the person who bagged my food was so polite. The food on the other hand was not that good. Whoever puts the hotdog and hamburgers together should be ashamed. They put so much cheddar cheese on my hot dog that it was all in the bag. They left out the bacon that I paid for. The hamburger was slapped together as well. I will not be going back.

Would be 5 stars, but the food is often a hit or miss. Sometimes the hot dog chili really sucks/is burnt. A lot of the time, my food is poorly THROWN together. However, service never fails. I don't think I have ever spent more than 20-30 minutes in the drive thru (which is excellent considering this place is ALWAYS busy!) Also, the side portions in the cook out tray have dropped dramatically. A side of nuggets used to come with 4 or 5, now you only ever get 3 nuggets. The cheese bites and hush puppies as a side on the tray used to be larger as well. Milkshakes are always 10/10.

Thought the drive-thru was going to take forever (maybe 7-8 cars ahead of us) going in might be quicker it was actually about the same amount of time. We got 2 BBQ plates-bbq, fries, hush puppies, slaw oh so "YUMMY". The slaw needs some work I don't think it's anything but cabbage. They did however forget my BBQ and Cookout sauce so I had to park and go in to get it but it was worth it in the end.

Great food as always love the Christian music inside. I think my quesadilla was a bit small though. Didn’t have much inside it. Love the chicken though.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 cookout trays and a side of chicken strips. When I got home (which is only a few minutes away) I found that I was missing the side of strips. When I went back to the drive thru and mentioned that they forgot one of my items, the person got very hostile and tried to imply I was lying. When I drove up to the window he was mad at me that I didn't bring the entire bag back with me (I left it at home so the people I bought the food for could start eating) and he was getting aggressive towards me until a manager(?) intervened and actually helped me. Horrible experience overall. Make sure you check your orders before leaving unless you want someone telling you off and trying to call you a liar when you are just trying to get an item you paid for.

Ridiculously long line and waiting time. Glad to see they’ve started a “chic fil a system” where the workers come out with the iPads and collect your order and payment before driving up. However the speed of the line needs to be improved.

The employee at the register was busy goofing off with another employee. He didn't pay attention and got two items in our order wrong, the shake and a side dish. I wasnt impressed with the food at all considering the line wrapped around the building? The chicken strips, fries, onion rings, and cheese bites were extremely similar to the ones you can buy in the grocery store, made by tyson... I guess I had higher expectations, considering my coworkers rave about this place. The ranch was watery. Complete miss for me, but maybe it was just an off day for them.

Wow the floor was slippery on the day we visited. Food was fantastic as always. Love all the options. The combo is a great deal. Chagrilled chicken sandwich with cheerwinne float was perfect.

Some of the best fries in town. Definitely worth going in just for that. Got one of their standard burgers was a little pricey but good. Recommend going in to get service as the drive thru was packed around the corner and I was able to get in and out with my order in under five minutes by going inside.

I liked it! The burger didn't exactly land (I thought that the cook out style would have been improved without the large onions), but the chicken quesadilla and BBQ sandwiches were both extremely tasty down to the last bite. Food came out extremely quickly. Prices were just OK for the price which lost this place a star, but I did appreciate the variety. There's also a variety of flavors and ingredients you don't find at traditional fast food, which I really liked. Recommended!

This is my first time at this location. This is the best Cook Out that I have been to. I had a regular cheeseburger meal with everything no lettuce, canjun fries, onion rings, and a strawberry milkshake. Everything was hot and fresh. The cheeseburger was a nice size and cooked just like I liked and it was really good. The cajun fries were good. The season needs just a little more heat. The onion rings were good, but you only get 4. The strawberry milkshake was really good, they make some of the best milkshakes, period. The customer service was great. The men's bathroom was clean, stocked, and didn't stink.

Very good! Food was made very fast and everything was fresh. Fries were crispy, sandwiches were made well. Milkshakes had lots of fruit. Restaurant was clean and workers were nice.

If you don't like fast pace, or long lines don't eat here. Definitely if you don't want to wait during a friday. They get you out as fast as possible though, and it is rare for me to have bad customer service. I also can't think of a time I had a cold meal from this place. (Well, a cold meal that wasn't supposed to be cold.) The milkshakes are amazing, and the cheese curds are always a favorite in my house. Place can become expensive, even before inflation, but if you're not worried about a dollar menu this place rocks.

Was there for lunch on a Friday. Line was at the door. Store was very efficient and moved the line quickly. Staff was very polite. Food choices are awesome and food was delicious. Great job to all of you. Job well done.

Always have a long line but it continuously moves. I've been there over 50 times and they only got my order wrong or short twice. They have the best milkshakes my favorite is strawberry cheese cake milkshake it delicious. Dushi!

Where's the beef? LOL, the hamburgers were good the service was impeccable the only thing was the meat was lacking. Aside from that the french fries and the drinks were awesome! If you're looking for a late night meal cookout is definitely the place to go. And I'm talking about after everything else is closed.

When I eat fast food, Cookout is a good choice. Charbroiled flavor, Real onion rings and lots of calories if you are smoking 🚬🤔🥂😱 kind chronic, Cookout has a diversity of choices and fairly priced.

It was the best Cookout restaurant I've ever been to. The customer service was excellent and the preparation of the food was fast yet very clean and put together well. I would recommend this place to everyone. There are so many different flavors of milkshakes and desserts as well and they all caught the eye and it personally makes me want to try every single one of them. Way to go you guys . Keep up the good work. If I could go past 5 star I most definitely would. Thank you for being the best in my opinion.

I am very disappointed that I was rung up wrong. I asked for onion rings and coleslaw. I even asked for it exactly that way after ordering the sandwich. I have never gotten the fries and do not want them at all. Look at how much of the meal is going to be trashed because I don’t care for fries. 😭
