    Wow, has this place gone downhill. We visited during the noon hour to find a filthy, nasty mess and only one other customer in the entire restaurant. The glass look through to make our choices was splattered with old, oxidized food. The floor was littered with trash and puddles and despite there being only one other customer in the place, there were only two tables clean enough to eat off of. The staff was bumbling, making us walk the length of the line twice because no one was available to run the cash register. The food quality dropped off as the cleanliness did, apparently. I will miss the quality we used to be able to get at this location.

    Sadly this establishment is the worst or rather second to worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. The worst is still held by the one in Salem Virginia. Why Moe’s has deviated from the order while the food is being prepared style I will never know. What is resulting from the change is a less efficient system that not only takes longer but increases the probability of errors. This visit was full of errors. While ordering my burrito I was told the cashier sent my food to the line and it was too late to make it a meal. He hit a button while I was still talking. To him fixing his error was not even an option. I don’t know how that’s possible, it’s a computer undo what you did and fix it. Our to-go queso was topped with foil instead of a lid resulting in a lot of it spilling into the bag and onto the table when I got home. A few years ago I worked at a Moe’s in NC and none of this would have been okay. I hope Moe’s corporate or at least this location’s management sees this and takes the necessary steps to fix this franchise location. To top it off we weren’t greeted with a welcome to Moe’s. This was straight amateur hour.

    I have to say this is about the worst food I have ever put in my mouth!! I went to the restroom while my husband was ordering our food and when I came back we were walking back down the line I looked over and the food station was filthy!!! I mean to the point we’re the health inspector needed to be called! I was not happy! We went to find a table and they were all filthy I mean food all over them all over the floor and food literally stuck all over the chairs! It looked like someone had a good fight in there I about had a fit! Never ever again!

    We were given this crusty congealed queso. They didn’t even give chips to go with it. You can tell they scraped the bottom of the pan to get this. They could have just refunded us and said they were all out. This is disgusting.

    The food itself wasn't terrible but the staff on duty was a group of guys who were the reason this Moe's was so bad. You had the manager (I think) trying to get 3 out of the 5 of them to work. 1 of them was struggling to handle the register and handing out orders. 2 that should have been kicked out because they were too busy with their personal issues to be working. The final guy was trying to get the orders done with the manager but the other 3 really were making it a disaster. They forgot 6 things to my order and then multiple things from the previous 3 orders before mine. They took over an hour to make 2 bowl meals. The store was dirty and their customer service was zero. I wouldn't eat here again.

    The service was very good, the food was great. The manager (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful. A door dash lady came in and was a little rude but he was very professional. He worked the entire time, cleaning, and helping other employees. Great experience as it was only my 2nd time at Moe's.

    We've been here many times over the last few years, but this was the first time we've had this pitiful amount put into a honewrecker bowl. The service is still fast and friendly, but this is honestly about half of what we have been usually seeing when we get these. One was mine with the amount we usually get and the other was my wife's.

    I was so excited to see this sign as I was passing through. I haven't had Moe's in about five years because of where I moved to and I have great memories of loving their stuff!! I stopped in having had a long journey behind me and still an hour to go so I thought I was going to pop in get a quick bite and hit the road. That was where my disappointment started. When I ordered my food, there was one person sitting at a table in the restaurant. The person behind the counter took my order and started to make my food. He was almost finished when another couple walked in. He proceeded to put my food on the counter and make their entire large order. I thought it was weird that I was just waiting but I thought maybe he had to heat up new chips or something. 20 minutes later, my food was stone cold when I got it and my queso wascongealed. As I waited, I had had plenty of time to notice how filthy the restaurant was. The floors that I could see while waiting by the register were coated in old food. The counters were covered in food and crushed chips The Coke machine had all kinds of syrups splattered and dried on it. The salsa bar had old salsa dried and hardening around the edges on multiple places in the counter where you're supposed to fill your little cups. At this point, noticing how dirty the restaurant was, I didn't even want my food anymore. I packaged it up to take home. (To throw away) However I did think I could try a chip and that wouldn't be too bad, but it was so stale that I'm also throwing those away. Huge waste of money, time, and food. To his credit, there was only one guy working in the whole store and it seems to be too much for one person to do. He was pleasant and seemed very hardworking but obviously needed some backup

    First off, food was delicious. No complaints there, they got my order wrong, but I sucked it up because it was good. But that was it..Restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms were worse. Doors didn’t lock. At 12pm no salsa available.. staff said they didn’t have any. Nearly all of the drink machine options were out. Ordered a combo to come with chips and queso.. didn’t get the queso. Asked the girl for my side of queso, she told me I wasnt charged for one. I explained that I ordered a combo, which comes with a side and chips.. she told me no, and wanted me to go back and pay for it. I was never given a receipt so I had no recourse.

    Food was salty as all heck somehow, chips were stale and again super salty. 14 tables, not a single one was clean… the area where they put items on your food was even more gross than the seating area, salsa bar was disgusting. Coke machine had like zero ingredients. Three females “working” and a guy in a cutoff shirt which seemed odd. I’ve honestly never not finished a bowl from moes… right up until here and to be honest.. kinda worried about the food.

    The past 2 times I have been here I have had very poor experiences. About 2 years ago this Moes used to be my go-to spot but since then it has clearly undergone changes that have not been for the better. Everytime I have been in the past 3 months the restaurant has been very dirty, the management is poor, and the employees have not been trained properly. I hate to see this Moes go downhill but I hope to see some better management and care taken with the store and the customers.

    Was very disappointed in this location. We stood waiting for our order to be taken for about 5 minutes before anyone even came to the front of house. Like, it was completely dead up front. No sign of anyone working, all the food uncovered and getting crusty. I saw another customer wait for even longer after we sat down to eat. She had to ask us if there was anyone even working because it took them so long (and she was clearly on her lunch break for work). I honestly felt like I was risking food poisoning eating this food and should have just left after seeing it sitting out like that. Just overall a bad experience.

    Staff is great here, I only wish I could say the same about the food. This is my third time going to this location and the food has made me actively sick two of those times. Every time I've been they've been out of several things and what I end up getting is not on the same level of quality as literally any other Moe's. Bland sad food that makes me sick. Won't be going back

    The food is just terrible. Nothing is fresh. Everything is salty and tastes like it came out of a package. I was expecting some fresh, in-house made food for the price and hype, but it just tasted like a packaged microwave meal. Gross. Not a place I'd recommend. The staff was nice, but that was it. The food isn't worth it.

    Everything was fine until we got to the wrapping of the burrito the lady making my burrito made it entirely too messy, and when my fiancé asked her to remake it, as in re-wrap, she gave him attitude and didn’t even re-wrap it

    Came in on a Monday evening around 7pm and even though the dinning area only had one table, the online/dash orders were pretty backed up. Izzo/Izmo (can’t remember his exact name) was doing everything he could to get the orders out! He was very apologetic and professional the entire time! I surely hope that Moe’s recognizes and rewards their most valuable employees because HE IS ONE and most definitely should be a manager and/or get a raise!

    Employees barely spoke. It took a long time and only 3 ppl in the restaurant. The cashier managed to not say a single word and had a hoodie Joanne pulled up over his head and covering half of his face. Was he sick? A gangster? Who knows! No wonder no one else is here. They should work on finding better employees

    I had high hopes for this restaurant being that the last one I went to was really good, unfortunately I was let down. I'll start by saying the employees were nice. As for the food it was really bland even with the addition of the toppings. The salsa bar was a great addition but most of containers were either super low or completely out and this was around 6 in the evening. I went to go sit down and all of the tables were dirty. It only got worse when I used the restroom.... it was filthy. I'll add that there were only a few customers in the restaurant so all of those issues should've been something that they were working to fix.

    Third time now they've not put in my protein choice for a burrito. For a meal like a burrito you can't even find this out until you eat it or unwrap the entire thing, which shouldn't have to be an expectation. I suppose it's my own fault for trusting them over and over. I hope this can at least prevent some other poor soul from making the same mistake of giving this place their business. Heed my warning dear friends.

    I have eaten here several times before and loved it.This time, I took 2 of my close friends for their first time and I was ashamed I had recommended the place. #1- They did not have the Open sign on, I myself cut it on when we went inside. #2- There was a Bag of chips spilled on the floor where the customers are supposed to walk around the counter and no one was in any hurry to clean them up.# 3 I know which one the Shift Manager was and she was VERY RUDE to my friend #4-The A/C was dripping in the floor and it seemed as if they mopped the floor very sparingly or with something that was used in the kitchen because the floor in the restaurant and the bathrooms were greasy. So, imagine that floor-being greasy and the A/C dripping on it. Like Ice! #5- They had not filled the drink dispensers with Ice and it was 12 o'clock noon! I was not happy then, and I am not happy now. The service and restaurant was very highly lacking.

    This might be the first time I've ever asked for a refund at a fast food place. I ordered a veg nachos with cilantro rice and black beans. When my turn finally came up they went hunting for the cilantro rice and couldn't find anywhere that took some time. The food counter was SUPER dirty. I asked for him to change his gloves which he did with no complaint but then proceeded to pull up his pants and touched his face then check the meat that was grilling. Finally got back to my nacho and put 1/2 scoop of black beans yep it was practically out too. Put all the other veggies on then put regular rice on and as I was going to go get a refund because of so much cross contamination he sliced up the meat on the grill and put it on my nachos. So done. I love moe but this location needs some help before I'll come back.

    On September 29th 2022 approximately 8:00pm I’ve witnessed an incident due to poor management to their own employee. I’ve noticed an employee under distress and overwhelmed this employee when to grab his free drink while an orders was being taken I currently don’t blame him for doing so. While he was grabbing his drink the manager has degraded, humiliated and embarrassed him by yelling and saying along the lines you can’t get your drink while we are serving the customers. I’ve noticed the expression on his face in fury. Just that chuckle he made which stated I’ve had enough considering his breaking point. He walked away from the machine and into the back of the restaurant and I’ve noticed him punching an object in the back out to relive his tension for my understanding. His manager continues to yell at him and told him to clock out and firing him at the same time. This is what we have as managers these days who can not handle an employee in distress and it’s obvious she did not try to understand and notice the problem and she did not give him a couple minutes to calm down and return to his duties. I believe she should be accountable for the incident and he should have his job back. Both parties are in the wrong but it can all of been handled way differently. Management in this restaurant is a disgrace for this franchise I’m not coming back here.

    This place was so dirty. Not one table was cleaned off, trash everywhere on the floor. One of the drink machines had water sitting on the bottom about to overflow. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what because we did see 4-5 people working at the time but food was not ready so they were having to wait on the food to finish cooking before they could serve you. Behind the counter was absolutely trashed and disgusting. The cashier was constantly coughing over the food. You now have to tell them what you want at the register instead of being able to look at the toppings which makes no sense because as a customer I want to look at the toppings to see what I want. What if the lettuce was gross? I wouldn't want that but you can't make that decision after you look, you have to make that decision at the register. Totally the wrong way to go Moe's and doesn't make things go faster, actually slower because people are not sure unless they see what they want. Overall terrible experience at this location which is a disappointment because we have been here in the past and it was good.
