We always get the machuca (seafood soup) and the whole fish of the day. Their food is excellent. Some people on here say the service is slow - it is for good reason - everything they cook is made from scratch! It is such a lovely setting over the water and the hummingbirds entertain you while you wait! Sometimes when there is a larger crowd, the local Garifuna come and put on a cultural dance show. As for expensive- personally I don't think it is outrageous. Their portions are huge!

Excellent food will local culture and fresh seafood expect a little bit of a wait but it’s worth it you have to remember normally one cook in a very small kitchen

Overall great food and an awesome location , in order to reach it you need a boat though. The owner and employees were quite helpful and very respectful. They short staffed when we arrived, but immediately told us and assured us even though the bartender wasn't present the owner will manage, and she did! :) . I coached her into making my favorite drink a cuba libre and she delivered above my expectations. Recommend this place to chill with your family or friends specially on a Sunday that things are a bit more quiet.

I went to this restaurant twice on my trip to Roatan. The food is 💯👌and you eat right next and over the water. The food was excellent and the service perfect.

Off the beaten track, probably the best food on the island. Quiet and laid back, far from the usual touristy crowd.

We kayaked here from Punta Blanca and had the place almost to ourselves. We had the catch of the day, red snapper, and the vegetable plate. Both were very, very good. The service was great. View and setting were amazing.
