Not recomended for foriegners! I made a reservation 2 months out and the hotel charged my card for the 2 nights immediatly. I returned witj more than 2 months before my stay to cancel the reservation and the hotel refuses to return my funds. This hotel is ran by the communist national party of Honduras and is not a place for foriegners.

Very good hotel and clean. Staff is very nice and engaging. Great breakfast. The steak restaurant on the 7th floor is very nice. You can take some great pictures. Swimming Pool are nice and big. Multiplaza Mall is near.

So far is my first day and I can’t sleep due to the noisy old AC in the room. I am writing this at 3 AM in the morning. Hopefully I get another room since I don’t see how they can fix this old equipment.

Wow, best place to eat brunch on a Sunday, a little busy for a party of 8 but worth the wait, they have different theme for the food (for a menu check their facebook page) live music and good service as always

Staff is always helpful, professional, and kind. It is a higher budget place, but has nice amenities. Large pool, tennis courts, lots of rooms for meetings and events. Always very clean. The restaurants have delicious food and very kind servers. Have not interacted with any English speaking staff and was not able to get someone on the phone who spoke English.

Very nice property. I stayed for 2 weeks. The food at the restaurants is very good. Laundry was same day as advertised. The bed had a little sag on one side but basically acceptable. My air conditioner was very noisy but it may be normal. The pool area looks beautiful but I did not have time to go. Security is good and it is in a safe area.

The location is great but if you book through a second-party site, Orbitz for example, be prepared to argue to get what you paid for (correct bed size, food coupons, drink vouchers). The staff is friendly and the good is terrific though the rooms are a bit smaller than I would have thought at a hotel of this size.

Customer service here is the best, very friendly and helpful, always trying their best, great rooms and a great place to stay, food is so delicious, very authentic, so tasty 😋

***** for food in CBari restaurant - delicious ceviche! *** for the evening buffet - 19 $ and very limited choice **** for service - very difficult to find staff members speaking English (outside of the reception where they all speak Eng), but at the reception they support you as much as possible - including sending Taxi to pharmacy for medicine! ***** for the pool and the room - all good So **** on average but definitely good and safe spot while you are in SPS! AirPort shuttle is 12 $ per person independent of the number of people

One of the first hotels in San Pedro Sula. I would recommend it if you are looking for an authentic Honduran hotel. Love the art (murals, sculptures, paintings by Honduran artists). The lobby is beautiful. The buffet is high quality and authentically Honduran. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

Good rooms, food is good but limited, staff were helpful but only one or two speak English. Reception is too cold.

We made a reservation for their mother's day's buffet. When we got there, the buffet turned out to be outdoors. They had some really loud music which wasn't what we had expected for a hotel to do. The food wasn't even a buffet, they had just 1 type of gourmet dish, either you got everything the dish had or just partially. You had to purchase water since it wasn't included. Overall, we had expected a quiet evening with a variety of good food. And got none of those. We left disappointed and went to another restaurant to get some actual food.

Be aware that the hotel charges $55USD one way for an airport transfer. Also, take notice of the abundance of "Local Guides" who leave 5-star reviews but don't actually say anything about the place. Could they be there just to pump up the rating and flood out the honest reviews?

The only amicable staff are the Bell Boys, the rest of the hotel staff is annoyed at the first request. They do not answer questions regarding location, accessibility or anything. They'll just assume you know.

Probably one of the best hotel in San Pedro Sula. The rooms are comfy, the employees are quite nice (si hablas español, take that advantage). There's plenty of breakfast foods you can choose, but it is quite limited. The pool is very humongous and it's really great for swimmers or those who just want to chill at the pool. There's more places that I haven't explored, but I can easily say that your experience and comfort would be much appreciated in this hotel.

The dinner buffet was disgusting. The breakfast was good. Rooms very clean need a little update.

Refurbished hotel a lot of people coming inn, breakfast is good, rooms are oK (Dont stay at 6th floor) horrendous sound from 7th floor restaurant. overall it is well located

Beautiful stay. The breakfast is great 👍 the architecture is beautiful everywhere and very vigilant. LGBT friendly. Great customer service. Nice deli and restaurant outside if you'd like a patio area. Nice pool and snack bar near the pool. Take cards everywhere. Nice beautiful views from the 7th floor at the Churrasco restaurant. Would stay here again.
