Well its not very often do i ever go into a clean, well maintained, and happy staff. The men's restroom by far went above and beyond on standards of cleanliness next to Godliness. It was that clean. A 5 star review and ratings would be a complete insult. This review exceeds passed the 5 star rating.

We traveled about 11 hours from NY and stopped many times. The Tennessee Welcome Center on South 65 was absolutely hands down the CLEANEST restroom I had been in for the whole trip! It smelled fresh, the floors were clean and dry, the counter and sinks were clean, the soap dispensers were tidy and full. Whoever works here needs an award or a raise! Thank you!

The best welcome center we have ever been to! Thousands of travel brochures, huge selection in the vending machines, very clean and accommodating. This is a tourist stop!

Very nicely laid out space and theme and well maintained facility, no..no…it’s a small museum! Yes, it displays the local history and relaxing waiting area, beautifully designed as your own luxury living room. Very educative. You will be personally greeted by the front desk staff ! Shelters with benches for family picnic. The restrooms are very clean and well maintained. No doubt, there’s a sign for maximum of 2 hours stay !

Perfect place to get out and stretch your legs and use the restroom. Highly recommend getting out and take a break.

Nice rest stop. Dog walking area. Separate vending area. Clean restrooms. Big welcome center with many maps, and brochures for Tennessee sights. Security guard on premises.

Stopped around 1am. Travelling as women we are always wary stopping at night, but the security attendant was very polite and greeted us at the door, as well as the maintenance man that was doing a stellar job making sure the restrooms were pristine. We felt secure enough to stretch our legs and looked around where they had historical information and tons of brochures for attractions around TN. The vending area was well lit and stocked with multiple choices, and the landscaping and clearly-marked recycling bins were nice. Also, they have solar panels to help curb energy use, which was a nice touch as well. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping.

October 2023: Very clean, plenty of restrooms, and a decent size green space to stretch your legs or let the kids play for a few minutes on a long trip. Staff are very knowledgeable and keep up on traffic issues so they can redirect you if needed. Have stopped here many times!
