We went for a Monday-Friday stay lovely place!. Very environmentally friendly which was nice. Very clean place and well looked after. Staff were lovely. Swimming 🏊‍♂️ was free the hive indoor play and serendome were free but activities are all to payed for which can be pricey. Really liked that there was a free little train that stopped through out the complex if you don't want to fork out £150 for a buggy hire. We did have a lovely time but would only recommend for a weekend stay. Everything shuts by 6.30pm. Including the only on site shop. No evening entertainment apart from the Thursday where the serendome stayed open till 7.30pm. So my 12&7 year old found the evenings very boring. which then ended up in us having to leave complex most nights Which is why I only rate 3*.

Staff welcomed us on arrival and were friendly and informative. If you're checking in on a Friday you can use the facilities before you check in at 4:30pm. The hive has plenty to do for young children and an upstairs cafe for refreshments and small meals. Also has toilets on site. If parking your buggy you can park 🏞️ n the serendome buggy park which is right between the 2 facilities.

Indoor play area/activity area. You have a bouncy castle, a zip ride, a small court to play football / throw ball and a large climbing area. Plenty of activities to keep lil ones engaged. There is a cafeteria on the first floor too.

Really good fun for the kids and lots to learn and enjoy. Some food and drinks available but the chips were not so nice.

nice bar/restaurant as well as a play area for kids. the play area recommends ages 3-10 but it is for any age.

Brilliant activities for kids, wonderful atmosphere and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food is pretty standard and slightly over priced but the attitude of the staff makes up for any of the faults. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced in the UK. The staff at Bluestone truly are an asset to the business.

My grandchildren loved it here. Ages from 5-11, they loved the zip line and all of the soft play including football. Lots of seating areas, level floor throughout, lift, bowling, cafe upstairs. Really good place, kids were happy which made us happy.

Great space for kids, our two year old loved it, despite needing a hand on getting up many of the things. Word of warning for parents, if you need want to play with your kids on the stuff here, it gets very warm and stuffy - dress appropriately.

Great place, loads to do. Temperature was a little cool but difficult to keep these big warehouse type structures just right. Would definitely recommend, the skyline walk is great for 7-12 year olds. The play structure is huge and wish they had these when i was a kid!

Good indoor soft play, bouncy castle etc. Considering that all play has to be supervised by parents there aren't a lot of play-side seats. The cost-option extra activities are quite expensive. Definitely paying for staff supervision and installation cost rather than duration. The food options in the cafe upstairs are a bit limited. I can only comment on the quality of the hot chocolate, which was adequate (it was hot, and it was chocolate flavoured!).

Very good play area for the children with a pub/cafe on the upper floor also there is ten pin bowling, not sure if you got to book the bowling for a charge.
