Stayed in the new Merlin's Crest houses. Well appointed and furnished. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Great for 8 people. Elegant bedrooms and bathrooms for the adults and plainer rooms for the kids. Good heating for the winter and plenty to do for the children. Been there several times and will be going again.

We loved the family friendly free activities. There’s plenty to do whatever the weather. The lodge was immaculate and really comfy. Food was delicious. The buggy’s really are so much fun and they make the holiday! Thoroughly recommend Bluestone!

A fantastic family holiday with small children (6 & 4). Great value and loved food not being from chains. Love all the free parts too like the hive, elf train. Loved having buggies too made it so easily to get around. Spa treatment was excellent too.

Peaceful happy environment, everywhere on site very clean with environmentally friendly policies and practices in place. Great, safe, dry play areas for children. lots of outdoor activities available. Blue Lagoon was the children's favourite with the Hive a close second. A thoroughly enjoyable 4 days and we definitely want to come back for a second stay.

Great for the children. They loved the shows and the pool. Pool was a bit cold on Sunday. Adults loved the accommodation and seeing the children so happy. The shows were great and so was meeting Father Christmas.

This is our first time visiting and we're really impressed, from the moment we checked in we felt welcomed and valued. We're in a Ramsey lodge which is spotless and homely. All the staff here that we've encountered have been friendly and helpful, not one has walked by without saying hello. We visited the Spa yesterday for a deluxe pedicure, upon booking I did think it was a little pricey but it was so worth it, the experience and treatment was fantastic - special mention to Hollie and Trinity who were just so lovely and made my mum's birthday more special with their little kind gestures. Had food at the Farmhouse Grill last night and it was beautiful, the service was great too. We're already looking to book another holiday here again soon.

One of the most fun and relaxing holidays I've had in the UK. Awesome accomodation (Grassholm lodge), felt really homely, very clean and well equipped. Such a beautiful place to explore too! The kids had a ball! We'll definitely be back again ☺️

Had a fantastic holiday here, the nature was beautiful, the activities were varied enough for a wide variety of ages and the quality of accommodation was superb! The staff were super helpful too. My only complaint would be the additional price of activities that are on top of the package. But hey amazing for the whole family!

Absolutely beautiful place. Lodge was well equipped and the perfect place for Christmas day. Christmas Eve was super special and the atmosphere during our 5 day break was magical. Memories were made. Looking forward to returning in the summer.
