I have been here 5 times in the last 2 months. 5 out of 5 times, i was given an order pickup time of 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes afterwards and had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes every time. The service here is simply non existent. During these times, I was observant and the workers and restaurant weren't overloaded by any means. The owners and workers are simply highly casual, exude an "I don't care" attitude, and what shows is that efficacy isn't a thought when it comes to their restaurant. It's made me like for multiple other errands I've had, every time. Once is one thing. 5 times is inexcusable. They simply cannot be on time. The owners have to do better.

Omg 😲 😱 first time going & i must say the sushi 🍣 was amazing . We got spicy crab roll 8 pieces 😋 then California roll 🍣 8 pieces then the cucumber cream cheese roll 😋 🍣 .. not sure what was better the cucumber & cream cheese or the spicy crab . Because that spicy mayo was theee best . I really don't like spicy & that was just spicy enough.. my husband even tried some & he doesn't care for sushi 😒 but he thought it tasted amazing. He now loves lots of Wasabi & ginger on his sushi . 🍣

New decor looks very nice and the new bench seating on the side wall has very comfortable pillows. The quality of the food is still great after a recent change in ownership. I got the orange beef and very much enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly both greeting us and saying goodbye as well.

This is THE BEST Chinese/Asian takeout spot I have ever had. The dishes are familiar but don't be fooled, the quality of rhe ingredients and flavor is next level. The staff is friendly and polite and I cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem! Spread the word.

I really enjoy Fuji, their sushi is awesome! Probably one of the best places I’ve ever had it. I can’t even single out one menu item and say it’s the best because of how good everything is. Their soup is also really good, and I’m typically not a soup person.

The food was good until I went to take a packet of sugar out of the sugar holder and a small COCKROACH got flung out onto my plate of food from it. Definitely put me off of coming here again.

In 2 years I've never had a bad meal here. I've eaten in and ordered to go and had food delivered. 100% on point every time.

Spring rolls tasted like they had been frozen. Drunken noodles had a bunch of filler vegetables like water chestnuts and mushrooms and the wrong type of noodles. Server was meh. Didn't seem attentive. Kept his air pods in while taking our order. Forgot half of our sushi order. We were the only family there for lunch for most of our visit.

The shrimp was mushy and there was HAIR, as in several pieces in my fried rice. It was sickening. I will never eat from there again.

I have been a customer since 2018 . It is a family type feel. Big push the food is always very pleasant for me. Service need a little more training but not bad 🙂. However would like to say they are very nice People 😉

Probably the worst food I've had in a long time. It used to be really good (we came here all the time), but it's gotten consistently worse and this is the last time we will give it a try. There are other places that charge the same or very close and taste way better.

Only Asian place I go to!!! I used to frequent the supreme buffet. Saw this business on "Washington County Take Out and Delivery" and tried it. I was a crab Rangoon lover. So many places went to the frozen rangoons. I ran across the "Cream cheese and crab tempura" and I will take that any day over the crab rangoons. Everything including rolls are made when you order!!! This is our go to place for Asian food!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Love this place!! The food is consistent and fresh, my order is never wrong and sauces are never missing. Prices are also super reasonable.

You might have made a bit more money if the guy with the earbuds asked us if we wanted to order anything else, but he just brought the bill. The food was OK.

I love Fuji. Their food is absolutely delicious, the people are always super nice, and the sushi? Top notch. My wife and I have been coming here for years and have had nothing but great food.

I don't know the waiters name but it's very rude to shame anyone's body size when you ask for a Togo box by saying "most Americans have your body type" let alone have the guy tell you "left overs are only good if you get a utility shovel and bury them in your back yard", then told my friend that he should go to the gym 7 days a week instead of 5, THEN told him to join the military if he wasint getting the results he was looking for. The food was ok at best. Airpods in while waiting on everybody. This was in a weirdly serious tone. Like dude. We're just here to eat.

Haven't eaten at Fuji for over a year. It used to be really good, but today was a huge disappointment! I was starving and still couldn't stand to eat it! Very bland and sauce was just not good. Looked beautiful and was very hot, but flavor was not good. Spring rolls looked perfect and outside was perfectly crispy, but the inside was like pure mush like way overcooked rice or something. Fried rice is just white rice with the not very good brown sauce. My husband - who eats EVERYTHING - couldn't stand to eat it either and we are not that picky.

Updated post.. Still good but due to staffing shortages you can no longer eat in.. Carry out only.. Food is delicious. Staff is super friendly and environment is clean! We really enjoy their smoothies they make. Get the Thai Basil Cooked Pork. It's to die for.

Presently Surprised how good the food was. They were very quick for pick-up and reasonably priced for the food. The rolls were also large and very well done. The fried rolls were incredible satisfying to eat and the only thing we didn’t like was the rice in the chicken and broccoli as it seemed like the wrong rice and soggy. Restaurant seems to have a good mixture of common oriented food that you may expect

Absolutley amazing! I've been a few times and every single time I get something new. Everything I've gotten has been fresh and delicious! I would highly recommended the Kani special roll! The staff is always kind and friendly. By far one of the best places to eat in Hagerstown, maybe even Maryland in general ❤
