Excellent service received here. Nice clean and quiet room for the family. Lovely experience from extremely friendly staff. Will definitely come again if need a hotel in the area.

This place wasn't up to the usual premier inn standard of room, when I ran the tap in my bathroom the pipes started to vibrate, the car park was full most evenings with works vans blocking the pavements and taking up 3 or 4 spaces at a time! There was a lovely rat hanging around the car park too! This hotel is close to a railway and the M62, I couldn't have the window open for the noise which made it very warm in the room! I really don't like it when the Porter on the desk is over familiar with the guests calling them Pal on every occasion of meeting!

Very easily reached from M62. Rooms fine, comfortable and well thought out. Clean. Not many bargains to be found so it cost more than I thought it was worth with no breakfast. Quiet considering it's next to m62 and railway. Booking confirmation was unclear and I got no answer from my email.

Room had a damp smell and was cold no matter how much you turn up the radiator. Restaurant was closed due to a maintenance issue for duration if my stay. Very disappointed, won't be returning.

Typical Premier Inn, comfy and conveniently located. Adjoining restaurant can get a little busy, but the staff are excellent 👍.

We had a nice stay the only thing I would like to bring up is Frazer who was on reception wasn't very helpful or pleasant when checking in I asked if I could have a room on the top floor he's reply was I have made up your twin room now surely he could of give my room to someone else. Why is it such a problem for some guests to have a room on the top floor we are paying for the room so therefore we should have a room of our choice.

We have stayed here many times, and never been disappointed . All the staff on reception , the cleaners , and Holly, Kyle and Dod in the restaurant are Fantastic. So friendly, welcoming and hard working.
