It was good to be upgraded to a Privilege room. There was a wedding at the hotel which guests were warned about, but because we were placed on the other side of the hotel it did not impact on us in any way. We had checked in on-line in advance so were disappointed that there appeared to be no record of this. It was all resolved the next day. The room was excellent and we ordered Room Service one of the nights. The food was very high quality and reasonably priced. Breakfast was normally excellent but we arrived later on the second morning to find there were no croissants or pastries. The pool and spa area was excellent. We hope to return again as we have family in the area.

Went for a wedding do. Made use of the spa facilities all included in the room price. Drinks a little on the dear side but food was great especially breakfast.

Lovely place, consistent excellent service throughout, we were served by a lovely friendly girl called fatima when we ate in the bar, she's a credit to the team. Food was good, we chose to eat in the bar but they have a formal restaurant also. Spa is very good, better than most in the area.

We visited the Mercure Norton Grange hotel and Spa Naturel, which has lovely surroundings. The spa was fantastic with great facilities and the staff at both spa and hotel were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, the bathroom had an enormous mirror and excellent lighting for getting ready

Booked this hotel under the impression it’s a luxury hotel. The location is very nice and has a nice view. However, the rooms were same standard as Travelodge or premier inn with a heavier price tag. I booked a premium room. Reception area is always busy as it has a restaurant/bar connected. Hotel is very large and can easily get lost.

We arrived for a spa package we parked in disabled parking and displayed our badge. We went to hotel reception not knowing spa had separated entrance. The girl on reception was eating/spitting biscuits. She took down my reg number on a scrap of paper. Of course we got a fine 10days later through the post. Thank fully the spa staff higher standards after phone call deleted fine. The spa treatment brilliant lunch brilliant. But it was very cold all the time we where there freezing. Other people said the same. They need to come up with a better way to ventilation the sauna and steam rather than large roller door.

Great staff One person stuck out and went the extra mile to provide an excellent customer service not just to me but to all the guests that were present in the restaurant Holly you are an asset to the hospitality industry, you actually care about your guest. Staff are lovely and so helpful, in particular Ryan and Mo. Rooms clean and spacious. The spa is a lovely surprise! Much more than you can see on the website, gym is equipped with a good range of equipment. Food is standard, tasty. Good location for business if you are travelling into Manchester or Bradford. Leeds isn't too far either!

Went for a little getaway for our anniversary. Check-in was quick and smooth. The lady at the counter was so lovely, too! The room itself was really nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The only downside is that I wish they had smart TVs or had a way we could connect our phones for movies, etc. We felt quite bored when we got back after dinner, so we just watched on our phones. Overall, we had a good time 😊

I had a very pleasant stay. Even though some parts of the hotel require updating this was more than compensated by the quality of the staff who were excellent. I had one of the best steaks I have ever eaten (and I have had many!). Bedroom well equipped although housekeeping had missed on the empty soap dispenser and broken table - both were made good within an hour of being advised. Really peaceful location.

Booked a spa day for myself and my mum, such a lovely day. Lunch was delicious and plenty to choose from. Facilities great and wasn’t too busy. Had two treatments facial and massage in our package both amazing by the therapist and also accommodating as I’m pregnant. Definitely be booking for another day! Didn’t stay over night so can’t comment in rooms.

The staff were so accommodating! Ian, Louise and Micah were so attentive to our whole group. They have made us feel welcome at all outs of the day and nothing was too much trouble. We can’t them enough. The rooms were great quality and the spa facilities are excellent. A great choice for breakfast and the evening menu is fab… the food is delicious!

I found this place while looking for accessible accommodation on a disability website. I needed time away from home while the builders are in. A last minute booking and they managed to squeeze me in. I'm in a Privileged room with accessible bathroom etc. Since arriving I've been treated so nicely by the staff. I feel like I'm a VIP. As look would have it a member of staff was entering as I arrived. Zaynab. I hope I got that right. She has been a treasure. Helping me without being pushy, my every need catered for. Along with Ryan on reception who has been just as accommodating and making me feel welcome and special. They have both gone above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable and more significantly, memorable. First impressions matter and as this is my first night here, they have definitely won me over. If the rest of the staff are half as nice then they're on to a winner.

Had the most wonderful spa day today. I would have given it a 3 as it was very busy, the drinks came after we finished lunch, and the relaxation room was noisy. But I've just had my back massage and facial from Diane. What a superb therapist she is. Absolutely 10/10 for skills and experience. I feel amazing. She got everything just right, which is a skill not many massage therapists working in a spa can do when they're so busy. Truly grateful for such a positive experience with Diane.

Nice hotel, great staff, plenty of parking. Room comfortable. Stayed for work so can’t comment on the leisure facilities. Was noisy til late but they do state this as a consequence of being booked up for lots of weekend parties. No food after 2200 which is a shame being a shift worker. Would stay here again, but probably pick a quieter time unless was here for leisure.

My mum & I have had an Amazing experience at Norton Grange. Ian was absolutely Fabulous... Going above & Beyond to ensure we felt like Queens during our stay. Lewis, Leanne, Hayley & Josh in the Spa were so accommodating & helpful, again wiling to do all they could to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Finally, Micah & Katelyn in the restaurant... Nothing was too much and their service was always with a smile. We will Definitely be back here again! THANK YOU Norton Grange Team ☺️.

I went for a spa day. It was perfect: water temperature in both pools, in automatic shower next to the sauna, temperature in saunas. I liked that it’s clean and gets cleaned during the day. Staff is absolutely brilliant, I’m especially grateful to Josh. He is young specialist who will make you feel like he’s got 20 years of experience. I have back pains and he solved me for a week, I think I need to come back again :) But. I have read some info about the hotel and spa and I could not find what benefits the members of staff have and I got disappointed as they cannot seem to use at least one day of spa. I believe it’ll be beneficial for the hotel: staff satisfaction leads to good retention rate and also when they will have experience at work place they will see where an improvement is needed. Two birds one stone (Just thinking)

Spa day for birthday! Lovely facilities, yummy lunch and very filling. Coffee and biscuits throughout stay and fresh water. Treatments were fab - back, neck and shoulder massage and a facial. Tammy was lovely and very welcoming, she made me feel relaxed! Would recommend. 🤩

A very nice hotel in the Manchester area. Served an excellent breakfast, service was wonderful. The front desk staff were very helpful, and tried to help with a mix up over my reservation. Ian, Georgina and Atheef were all polite and courteous. I gave four stars instead of 5 as the rooms are a little dated, but the beds are very comfortable, bathroom and showers are great and the AC works very well.

Just Beautiful, very clean hotel and spa. Staff are amazing, very friendly and polite. Rooms are lovely and modern and the food was very nice. It was my first time here with family and we will definitely be returning and recommending the hotel & spa. A big thank you to all the staff who worked so hard at making our stay a wonderful experience. 😊

We got married at the start of June 22. The wedding coordinator 'Sally' was absolutely amazing and the hotel staff couldn't do more for us and our guests. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations, ( so much better than weddings we've attended at other venues). Would definitely recommend if you're considering this venue for your marriage.
