WOW! If I could rate this salon 1000 stars I would. I’ve been here twice, the first time for a balayage back in 2021 which was amazing and then I moved to TN, where I went to a different salon back in October that totally messed up my hair 3 dif times so I came back here on a weekend trip and let me tell you, Alana pretty much saved my life and she was the absolute sweetest. She saw my hair and did an absolute amazing job fixing someone else’s screw up. I would recommend this salon to anybody because they know what they’re doing 🙏❤️ I’ll show some pics Down below but Alana was great and so was the owner! 🪨 100000/10 recommend

Rachel N. is the best. I have never been consistent with getting my hair done, but after finding her, I now make it a point to go in to the salon every month so I can switch up the color on my money piece. Rachel makes it possible for me to change up my style each month and have fun with different toners while also keeping my hair extremely healthy with a magical treatment that she uses! She is very patient when I explain to her my hair visions, and she always gives her honest opinion and the best advice. My hair has never looked or felt better!

Rachel did a fabulous job on my hair. I went from a blonde to my natural Gray . She made it look so beautiful!!

Randolph's saved my wedding party when my original salon backed out. I got married in April, and had 2 ladies standing with me. As the groom, and with really short hair, I didn't need hair service for me, but for them. They were originally scheduled elsewhere, but due to the other location not being able to keep its staffing straight, I was left scrambling for a place for them with less than a month out. Randolph's not only got my ladies scheduled, but the TIMES were better, the COST was better, and I feel the end result was FAR better than where I had originally scheduled them. I am beyond grateful and cannot thank them enough! They've earned any business I may need to recommend or refer in the future!

You know that feeling when something locks perfectly into place, and you no longer feel stressed or worried about it? My stylist of 15+ years sold her house and moved to France in January. While I applauded her bravery and sense of adventure, I was now faced with finding someone and somewhere to go. My son and his girlfriend recommended Randolph’s in Rochester Hills and I thought if two young adults vetted the salon, that would be good enough for me. Well, it was more than good enough! I called to make an appointment and explained to Lucas (the very nice gentleman on the phone) my situation. He told me that one of their stylists Rachel would be a great fit. He was spot on. Rachel was friendly and professional and gave me an amazing haircut enhancing my previous hairstyle. I was 100% delighted and quickly urged my 21 yr. old daughter to make an appointment. I should also add that the salon was spotless and the price points very affordable!

Rachel D. is the best! I always leave her chair so confident. The prices are very fair and you always leave with what you want. She’s also a great person to talk to, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

Nichole is the best!! Went in for a color correction and she did amazing! My hair still feels and looks so much healthier. I will be back for her every time!! 💜💜

oh my gosh, This salon and the amazing employees they have keep me coming back. Rachel N. is a great hairdresser and talks you through all she is going to do. She asks questions to make sure you get what you *actually* want and not what she thinks you’ll want. Amazing. I’ve never found a shop that is this affordable but churns out hairstyles that look more expensive. Thank you so much Rachel!

I was in desperate need of a haircut and booked an appointment online with Taylor. She gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had in my life. She listened very closely to what I wanted and even helped me with some ideas about what would work! I am in love with my hair. Not only was she professional and very talented, but she had a way of making me feel totally comfortable there as a first time customer! I already booked my next appointment with her. The salon itself is extra clean, calming, and the receptionist was very nice too! I would highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a new salon.

I have gotten my hair cut/ colored by Rachel and I can’t say enough about her and how talented she is! She is so patient and takes the time to make sure that she is understanding my vision. Every visit with her has been exceptional.

Huge shoutout to Taylor , she is the best stylist ever on earth, went above and beyond with me today with my hair , she took her time with my haircut, highlights, style and was absolutely perfect in every way and check up on me when I was processing a few times I appreciate her so much she always has a smile on her face so she is so so perfect I can’t thank Taylor so much my hair came out perfect I’m so excited to enjoy my birthday hair for a long weekend !!!!! Nichole was simply amazing with my 4 year old and her big girl haircut. My daughter has scalp sensitivity and was scared of the brush and washing and everything hair related. Miss Nichole used "princess spray" and talked to her about everything that she was doing. She treated her so well and we're no longer afraid of washing or brushing. Miss Nichole is talked about daily now!!!! 5 STARS!

I cannot say enough about my hair! I have honestly never felt more beautiful!!! Vita did an amazing job. She made my first time getting my hair colored an amazing experience!!
