This is my second time @Sugaring NYC. I had a fabulous experience with Sinead! She makes me feel super comfortable while providing the service . More importantly she is professional and knows very well what she is doing. Every-time she makes sure I check the progress in the mirror and I’m happy. I couldn’t keep track of how the time went by, while talking to her and she doing the process simultaneously. The results like the last time is gorgeous. Will recommend to my friends and I highly recommend her as brow expert for you!

What an amazing and relaxing experience! Didn’t even hurt and this is my third time waxing, second time at sugaring nyc at another location. I will definitely be choosing the Rochester location based on my positive and professional experience. Sinead was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made me feel SO comfortable the entire waxing. Even double checking her work with me to make sure the hair was gone and I was satisfied with the results. She was very personable and puts a lot of thought and dedication in her job. Super cute studio, very clean, and I had Brooke for my first sugaring experience and she was AWESOME! She was so friendly and personable. She was so professional and kept me laughing the whole appointment. Will definitely return!

I had never been here before, and it had been a while since my last Brazilian. Juliette made me feel so comfortable. She was very easy to talk to, and she did an excellent job with the sugaring. It was probably the best Brazilian experience I have ever had, and it didn't even hurt as much as I was expecting! She even offered me a stress ball during the process, which I thought was so nice. First time trying sugaring and Bella did an amazing job! She was welcoming and the whole process was very quick and easy. Basically no pain while sugaring and after no no redness, irritation, or a single hair! Love it and will be coming back regularly :) thank you again Bella!

I had the best experience with Bella during my first sugaring appointment at Sugaring NYC! I’ve done sugaring before and had some mixed results but Bella made it last so much longer than some of the other places I have been too. Very pleased and will definitely be returning regularly!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The place is so cute and clean, love the design! Alexis was wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable and was really nice to talk with during the appointment. If anyone is interested in trying, go for it!!! There is minimal pain, you feel great after and the results are definitely worth it

I have only AMAZING things to say about Sugaring NYC Rochester! Bella is such a superstar. Seriously— she somehow manages to skillfully clean me up so well without batting an eye and holding conversations that make me feel like we’re besties during vulnerable times of having to be bare. LOL! Last time I went here, I went with two other friends who’ve never had sugaring done. And Bella accommodated all of us and created a welcoming atmosphere. She did a great job educating us! We love her, I love her. And we love this location.

This was my first time experiencing sugaring and I love it. It's basically painless, my skin was not tender or sore and there no pulling or tearing of the skin. 10/10 I recommend and ask for Zariah she is so sweet and professional she did not miss a SPOT!!!!!! LOVE IT HERE

Great experience! My sugaring artist was incredibly sweet and very professional! The attention to detail was unparalleled. Would highly recommend you guys check out this location. Also, it was FAR less painful than waxing, I'm so glad I tried sugaring!

I'm not one to write reviews but I had to after my absolutely spectacular time there. To start, the restroom is beautifully and thoughtfully stocked of any necessities needed, with comforting decor everywhere. I had my appointment with Raigan, who was super nice and calming, kept me mentally occupied during my sugaring. She's truly a sweetheart and made the entire process so comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was my first time here and it will not be my last. As soon as I walked in the place was bright, nice and clean. I was immediately greeted and provided services by Destiny. Destiny was really good, quick and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was very thorough in the removal process. this was my second visit to this location and I was not disappointed. Sinead was my tech today and she was absolutely awesome, she did my first ever brow lamination and tint, the results are gorgeous! She was so sweet, and explained what she was doing in each step, and always let me check the progress in the mirror as she was working. 10000% recommend, she is a brow expert! Review was removed. Reposting my review from 5 months ago. First-time customer at Sugaring NYC Rochester MI. I selected Bella via online, for Brazilian Bikini and all-inclusive Vajafacial because of her raving reviews. Bella. intentionally, left chemical peel on (asked her was this protocol, she said YES). After leaving, I called the Warren location to validate this claim and was told that it should have been washed off. Returned within an hour, Madison, the manager, did a great touchup, and determined that due to the looks of things an inadequate job was performed and based on my conversation the steps were not performed in the proper order and protocol was not adhered. While this may be just a coincidence, I was given the business cards of two of the Black women who work there, if I choose to return.

Sinead is amazing! Today was my first time get sugar waxed and Sinead made me feel extremely comfortable! She is the sweetest, and caring. I will definitely be back to see her in a few weeks! Not to mention this is a beautiful place and the vibe was immaculate. 10/10 recommend.
