I have been a customer here for quite some time now, and I really should have done a review long ago because they deserve it. I am always treated well as a loyal customer of Bianca's, and I looked for a good hairstylist for a matter of years. I had many poor experiences before becoming a customer at Supercuts, and I hope Bianca will be there for many years to come (no idea what I would do without her, to be honest). She truly listens and wants the customer to be happy when they leave. You can tell it's important to her that she does a good job. I have hair loss at times, so I don't want too much hair cut so I can try to maintain volume. She understands this and amiably works with me to achieve the outcome I want. I have never waited very long at all. Additionally, my son refused to get his hair professionally cut after years of bad experiences, and wanted me to cut it. I was relieved when I was able to get him to see Bianca. He is a regular customer there now and has the best cut ever, for the first time in his life. We are grateful for Bianca, and both of us will continue to see her forever!

So I went in and instantly noticed the guy had a bad mood. After my haircut my hair was so uneven like I can hold a piece out and it’s so uneven. Then he cut my back part of my hair and cut one side down and didn’t cut the other side down. I would not recommend going to this place if you want a decent haircut.

Long time customer of this location and will never go again. Went in yesterday at 4pm and was greeted with "Did you check in online?" No hello or welcome. When I told them I hadn't checked in online, they told me they were booked for the rest of the day without checking anything. I've never felt so unwelcome as a customer. Went to Great Clips a mile away and they were very friendly. The last 2 times I was at Supercuts I was treated rudely and turned away. You've officially lost a long-term customer!

Good place to go get a haircut, which is a pro. Pro, the staff is friendly and helpful. Pro, you can easily book a online appointment with your stylist. Con, a bit pricey, but the staff is helpful and store is very clean. Close to me as well.

I have a son with special needs and I must tell you, the staff over here are very friendly and cooperative. I drove a few miles just to get my hair cut and for my Son.

I have been a client for a good few years now and I'm very pleased with their service. Debby is my go to stylist, if she's away Bianka does my hair. They are both very professional and friendly. They listen to you and take their time, if necessary, even though it is a 'budget' salon. All stylists seem to have a very good vibe. Very friendly atmosphere and the place is always spotless. They are very good with scheduling and the wait is very short if any.

I've been taking my sons to this location for 5 years, and we've always been pleased with the haircuts. The staff are polite and listen to what the customer wants. It's always a good experience!

I always enjoy my time at this location. Debbie is my go-to stylist who always accommodates my ever-changing funky styles. She is sweet, skilled and always checks on me to make sure the length is correct instead of making assumptions and doing my hair however *she* wants like I have experienced in the past. The place is always clean and the wait isn't usually long, yet I also need to note that I never feel rushed out of there either. Thank you Debbie!
