Jessica is the best. She has a very friendly and welcoming personality that makes getting my nails done very relaxing. What impressed me most was her attention to detail throughout the process. She is very talented at painting beautiful designs on my nails that exceed my expectations each time. My nails always last so long without any chipping when I get them done here, which can be seen in the first picture. I would highly recommend Red Gloss Nail Spa for an exceptional nail art experience!

Very neat and clean. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. No one seemed to be rushing anyone along - but they were efficient in getting clients in and out. I showed my technician a picture and she nailed it 100%. Only one thing I would have liked a little more of a hand massage after my manicure. It was good but very short.

First time here and I'm so glad I found Red Gloss! I used to go to a different nail salon in downtown Rochester but I always felt rushed there and I was never fully happy with how my nails turned out - every time there seemed to be something wrong. Red Gloss was by far a much better experience! Kay was my nail tech and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, took her time to help me pick out the perfect color, and was so detail oriented in making sure I was happy with the design I wanted. They came out perfectly! Definitely now my go to place!

My bridal party, mom, and I got our nails done before my wedding and Jessica did not disappoint! She cleared the whole last hour just for us to get our nails done together which was extremely sweet! She also did an amazing job on my pearly chrome nails!! I went back this afternoon to get a new color for my honeymoon and got this beautiful swirl design by Jenni! I think I’ve found my new favorite nail salon. You ladies are the best!

I have always had an amazing experience whenever I go to Red Gloss Nails. My manicure always last 3 weeks sometimes longer. Every-time I walk out of here my nails are always fresh and clean. I highly recommend going here!!

I typically love it here but last time I was there my nail tech was with another client even though I had an appointment and then they put me with someone else I never had before after waiting 30 mins… My nails were a catastrophe I went home crying. Every nail was a different shape. I didn’t even want to confront them about it and instead would rather go somewhere else. I know I should’ve spoke up but this is just awful and I was ready to leave.
