Cinnamon donuts and apple cider to start every fall. Make sure to go on fritter Friday for extra special apple fritters. Bring the family to enjoy the live animals.

Nice little park across the street to Yates Cider Mill and along the Clinton River. Crossing the bridge over the river leads to trails connecting to another park. A common place to launch kayaks or just relax.

Came back with my SO to show off fall and some of the best donuts and cider nationally. I needed my fall weather fix and colors. Yates never fails to deliver with delicious food and beautiful surroundings.

Best cider in Michigan. They used to pasteurize their ciders so it had slight unpleasant flavor but now they do UV treatment instead so cider is fresh and lasts a while. Also have a very nice nature trail. The loop takes about 30-40 minutes. Gravel trail is wide but nature trail is narrow so please exercise trail etiquette and let the faster group pass. It is frustrating stuck behind people walking really slow for 20 minutes.

May 2021 - great donuts, and in a building behind the barn you can get ice cream. Nice trails and a good spot to take some pictures with the family.

Best donuts and cider in my opinion, but watch out for the bee's cause they will get you! My advice is to walk down the path or away from the Mill so you can eat in peace ☺️

Getting there at 1pm you can get in the store easily but as the day went it got busier with a line. The good thing the line moves quickly. There was a petting zoo, plus fudge shop, ponies and other items in the main area. The trails were easy to walk and even the trail next to Clinton River was not bad to travel and a little more peaceful than the main trail. A great afternoon we spent for a nice 3 hour getaway.

Another great visit to our favorite cider mill. We have been coming here for decades. We take a picture of our kids in front of the mill every year, it's a family tradition. ❤️❤️❤️ Great food and service as always!

Surrounded by beautiful nature with a bubbling river and a tree lined hiking path, there is nothing more satisfying than to drink it all with with their personal brand of Cider and donuts! Love taking my children and my dogs to enjoy some special family time with a delicious treat and fresh air fun!

Found a hidden trail after seeing the stairs are gone to the trail I used to go on down by the river. What a great surprise to find an even more beautiful trail to take. Plus our reward after the hike is a small cider slush!!

First time back in a very very long time. My family and I had a wonderful visit. It was pretty busy but the staff pump that cider and donuts out so fast we didn't even have to wait. We enjoyed some roasted corn and our little stroll along the river. Will definitely be back.

Different kind of experience not very far from Detroit, just within an hours trek from the city. Though he place was less crowded when we went, Yates Park got crowded as the day went by. On a sunny but cold day, plenty of young families with kids and dogs came to enjoy apple cider, doughnuts and nature. We took a small trek in nature for about an hour. Highly recommend for folks in Detroit and and for those visiting the place.

I love the creek for my little one to explore. Cidar and bajed goods are wonderful. I hate the trash accumulated on the walking path. Clearly it's debris from Yates customers, but I don't know if it's Yates responsibility to clean up or the city's responsibility. Either way, it's horrible.

Love this place haven't been there in over 30 years and great to finally make it back and see that it still hasn't lost its charm. Only knock is not alot of signage along the trail. But it still brings back great memories and the colors where fabulous! Oh the cider is great and the donuts even better! And the apple and cherry turnovers still makes my mouth water. Lol

Yates has the best donuts and cider. There is a trail that runs along the river that makes for a pleasant walk the employees are always pleasant. Not too many people today.

This little park is wonderful for getting close to nature. There is a small shoreline, shallow areas for playing in the water. Lots of grassy area for dogs to run. They do a good job at keeping the area clean and they are working on preserving the wildlife. I haven't used the little restroom this year, if it's even open, but it's not really the greatest😜. Yates Cider Mill is right across the street with ice cream and donuts and some wonderful trails that are usually shaded by trees.

Amazing cider and donuts! Even the gluten free donuts are delicious! I love the new picnic area. Surrounded by woods with quaint lighting. Deducting 2-stars because of the pony rides. This is a cruel practice. The ponies fall asleep standing up between rides. They're exhausted. Please stop. I will not be returning until the Yates no longer supports this cruel practice.

My first visit. The line for donuts and cider was long but moved fast. Donuts and cider were delicious. Saw the beautiful trail and water, didn't get to experience it but I'll be back for sure.
